I met Pete, and Jose, and talked to Mark over the phone. They are all gentlemen. I didnt meet any of the mechanics. Im in Fl for a short stay, when my 2 passenger calipers froze. Something I can easily do, but since my tools are in NY, I looked for a shop, and found Mobile Mark. They understood exactly what i needed, and since I have a commercial account at Autozone, they were fine with me bringing my own parts. The work was completed quickly, and to my satisfaction. Just called to make an appointment to get an oil change on my Smart car and was told that they don't work on Smart cars. Which in itself isn't abnormal except on their website, they have a whole page that says they are a one stop shop for smart cars!! Maybe update your website so people aren't wasting their time. read more

I have been a customer with Mobile Mark for many years. We only have one car right now and depend on it for everything. Our heater hose broke while we were driving and Ryan came out and was able to get it so we could get home. Ryan and Jose spent time trying to find our hose because it's a older car. Ryan even came to the house to take pictures to make sure we got the right one. After a week he was able to get the correct hoses and came to my house and had the car running. That is great customer service and one of the many reasons why I trust them. Not many places would do all that for their customers. And he was fair with price. They are the best in town. read more

I dont like trashing businesses, but this one is worth a look. MOBIL MARK came highly recommended by everyone. Ralph came out to my house and did oil changes on my 4 vehicles, I love him, he is great. My Mercedes needed a new water pump so I had to bring it to their location. If you havent been there before, the parking lot is tight, and customers park around the vehicles that need to be worked on. My car sat there for a week and a half. When I got it back, it had scratches on the bumper, and on the side of the car near the wheel well like someone scraped it with another car. I called Mark and he was not happy, said he wasnt "calling me a liar". Told him hes seen all my vehicles and they are in tip top shape. My boyfriend brought the Mercedes down there for them to look at the scratches. The employee that worked on my car THREATENED my boyfriend, with a wrench in his hand, telling my boyfriend to get back in the car and "get the fuck out of here", while banging a wrench in his hand looking at him. All we wanted was the scratches on my car fixed that happened when it was on their property. Instead, we get called liars, receive threats, and I will take my 5 vehicles and have them serviced elsewhere from now on. I will still be pursuing this until they fix my car. read more

Mobil Mark has been to my residence on 3 different occasions, yesterday being the last one. Each time he has been we have been charged a fee and no work completed . On each visit he wasn't there more than 10 minutes , he would look at the issue then tell us he couldn't repair the issue but still needed to be paid, hell if he does that 2-3 times a day he doesn't need to do any repairs . Seems to me he's making a living off ripping people off by charging them a traveling fee and not doing anything. Each time he was called he knew the make model and repair needed. I originally had an appointment today and he showed yesterday without letting anyone know. This man is a joke and a scam artist and I don't recommend him at all. read more

Had an a/c problem that started at the end of the previous summer. I believed that another shop, a dealer, had fixed it then, but at beginning of this season, no a/c again. In spite of my previous loyalty, the dealer failed to respond to my calls. A third shop, not far away from Mark, gave me an estimate that was about 50% higher than Mark's. I found Mark very reasonable in price, very trustworthy, and very competent. Although he was very busy, and understandably so, he communicated very well and updated me on the entire process. He came highly recommended from a highly discerning neighbor, and I also highly recommend him. read more

A few months ago a negative comment was made about mobile mark on this site I am here to say my husband did it for me and I want to tell people that mobile market is a great mechanic he and his brother have taken care of my 2001 with 320,000 miles. My comments were made out of Bangor and mobile mart did not have to take me back as a customer but he did and I thank him and I apologize for my actions. My 2008 Toyota Highlander had an oil leak. I called and was told to clean the engine and bring the car in. After cleaning the engine I took the car in. I was called and told that the oil leak was due to the engine oil cooler gasket and the engine oil cooler line gaskets and that this repair would fix the problem. In addition,although this was an oil cooler and oil cooler line gasket I was also charged for anti freeze coolant(?) The repair cost $343.80 labor plus $41.31 in parts. I drove the car home after the repair and but the next morning I noticed that the oil was still dripping onto my garage floor from what appeared to be the original leak location. I called Mobile Marc and was told that I should bring the car in and they would take car of the issue. I took the car back. I was informed that this was a different leak and that to fix this it would cost $1700 in labor plus parts (gaskets). When I asked why I was initially told that the leak was found, fixed and paid for and why am I now being told of an "additional " leak? Why was this leak not found when the oil leak problem was first evaluated? Marc's answer was that my car was high mileage but that as a courtesy I would not be charged for "finding" the oil leak.....yup...that was the answer. So I still have an oil leak...was the first repair to an oil leak?...and it would be $2000 to fix. If I was told this on the original assessment I would not have wasted $419.43 (tax). read more

I feel the same way as the last Review (Pamela S.) did. I spent over a grand $$ and he treated me like poop. After getting my money everything went down the drain. Always took my car to him but I will never go back, never again..... Business must be good when you treat your customers terrible. I could of took my car to any major mechanic but since he work on my car before, I honor his work. Not any more. Now I rather give my $$ to a business who respect and does good work and treat their customer in a reputable way. read more

My car broke down and I remembered seeing their vehicle drive past. I took the chance and called them after hearing numerous great reviews. And I'm very glad I called! They were amazing, friendly and fast! And most of all they were extremely reasonable...and they come to you!
