Then, the young lady at the register told me those are not $29.98, they're $49.99. I told her the box was next to the price. Because the stripes are glossy, they're not $29.99. How the hell do I know? I went back to talk to the manager she blew me off!!! I waited almost an hour nothing. She could only offer 10% off. That store can stick that discount up their asses sideways!!! I'll never go back to that messed up store again. They immediately without question and with support honored the pricing based off where the items were found, they made the process very easy. VERY UNSATISFIED EXPERIENCE!!! Store manager had really bad attitude! My family and I bought two backpacks from the store, paid the price partially with 2 gift cards, wanted to pay the rest with credit card. But the cashier girl told us that we reached maximum numbers of swipes, so now we MUST pay the rest with cash ONLY. However, we wanted to pay with credit because we have NO CASH on us at the moment. So we said we do not want to purchase it anymore and wish to have a refund. The cashier girl told us she can only give back the refund on Adidas cards ONLY. We went a along, however, the store manager came and told us that he CANNOT stop the transaction NOR give us any refunds AT ALL. At the end we were forced to pay and purchase the bag with cash by BORROWING MONEY!! They did NOT warn or tell us beforehand that there was limit numbers that you can swipe a card, even though they saw us swiping 2 gift cards, and the store manager's reason was that they have, here I quote him, "NO RESPONSIBILITY OF TELLING YOU THAT" Anyone who shops at this Adidas in the future, PLEASE BE CAREFUL!! read more

I love adidas, I buy a lot from them. I waited for about an hour to go inside the store but that was expected with the covid regulations and all the holiday shopping so I didn't mind that. What prompted me to write this reviews was the cashier, I don't remember her name unfortunately, I'll post it when I find it. I went to return some pants I bought online, when I got the counter I told the cashier I wanted to exchange them for the other items I was carrying, and I told her I got them online. She asked if I had a receipt and I said no because I got them online and they didn't send me one in the package, but I had the label. She then asked if I had the email, I opened the app and showed it to her and she asked to see the email. I struggled to find the email since there's little to signal there & I managed to get it from my boyfriend's phone. After I showed her the email, she calls someone over and asks "She had an online order and she wants to exchange it, can we do that?" and he said "No, we have to refund it and charge you the two new items in a separate transaction." She asked me for the order number and did the refund. Now here's the thing, why don't you know that you can't do the exchange? Be informed about your own policies!!! And why make me waste my time searching for the email when I could've given you the order number from my app!! Wasted time!!! To make it all worse, she asked if I had an email and I wrote it down because I thought she would email me the receipt. When I walked out the store, within 15 minutes I realized I had an email from them & I had joined their list. Why would you do that?! Yes part of your job is to get customers to sign up but ASK ME, don't just add me to the mailing list WITHOUT MY CONSENT!! Good selection of clothing, but not great. They're usually out of the small and x-small sizes so my purchases are always limited. I've been coming to this store more frequently, its so much better than Nike. Each time I go in there's always great deals going on such as extra 30% off or 50% off. That's already on top of discounted items. The customer service is great too, always helpful and checking in with you while at Nike they just look at you as if you were another tourist when you're not. Awesome outlet with great sales. Friendly staff even over the phone. I called initially before heading over and talked to Gabby. She was informative and told me about all the sales which then led to me going to this store the same day. First time there but very happy. I was at the store looking for some basketball shoes for my husband and some running shoes for myself. The sale they had going on was buy 2 get the 3rd item free. I was undecided about what shoes to get for running, but thanks to Adrian and Sergio who made this experience easy and fast. If you are at the store definitely ask for them, they are friendly and go the extra mile to assist you. My husband got the lillard 2 and I ended up getting the Adidas alphabounce and the third item was an Adidas sweater ($80 value) paid $200.21 as our total price. Outlets are sometimes a hit or miss with sales. This store is always having great sales. One day I came in and bought a pair of crazy light 2 shoes for $25. There also pretty stock on the shoes that they're carrying. Place kinda gets a little hectic when they have a major sale. Worst customer service. Went to go buy a pair of shoes and the check out clerk (who already seemed like she didn't want to be at her job) rudely informed me that there were two left sneakers in the box. Instead of trying to assist me in finding the right shoe, she decided to stay behind the counter while giving my family and I several dirty looks and I had to go and search for the shoe not even knowing how they could be missing the right sneaker if they check the shoes every time someone buys them. I ended up giving up on finding the right sneaker and completely walked out on the items that I was going to buy since her customer service was so awful. They also have specific directions to walk up and down the aisles due to COVID. I was aware of this, however I needed to back track down an aisle to look at a pair of shoes that I passed up when one of their employees scolded me for walking down the aisle in the wrong direction, which she was also doing. Keep in mind I was also the only person in the aisle until the employee started walking down, meaning I wasn't putting anyone in "danger" by not following their arrows on the floor. I would suggest hiring a new staff of employees that actually enjoys their jobs... with all the people unemployed in California right now, I'm sure they could find some much friendlier staff that's willing to help their customers in a polite manner. read more

I would recommend highly the Addidas Outlet store in Commerce, Ca. This store has a wide variety of both Men/Women apparel including many shoes which is priced below the regular retails store. Further, what impressed me the most is that the service that is provided from the manager(Nikki) who I spoke on the phone to the senior staff named Esteban who really helped me in returning/replacement of my son's Addidas Backpack which he uses in school. After spending much time- close to 1 hour on the phone waiting to speak to a rep. at their call center, I decided to call this store where I bought the backpack for my son to bring to school. We just bought the backpack in Sept 2017 before school started and unfortunately after few months the addidas bag's straps started to come off and eventually barely hanging on to the bag. Since Addidas does have a life time guarantee provided you don't abuse it, they will give you a new replacement one. In my case, I did not have time to return this defective backpack and wait for a new one which would have taken at least 10 days. By going back to the outlet I was given a new replacement back pack for my son on the spot and the staff was excellent, expediente, and professional. So Adidas is having the best sell everrrr! I had gone a week before and were going to get some shoes at 80$ but didn't get them afterward. A week later I decided to go get them and I'm so glad I did because I got them for 30$! They had redtag 50% off (even on discounted prices) and 25% discount on green tag. They also had spend 60$ get 10$ off, spend 100$ get 25$ off, spend 150$ get 50$ off! So I got 6 pair of shoes, 2 shorts, a tee, a sports bra, a cap, body wash, and socks all for under 200$!!! Besides the amazing prices, customer service was great! Usually (I strongly believe because I'm a Latina), at these kind of places nobody offers to help, well not this time (kinda) when we got there an employee came outta no where, very friend and attentative and helped us out. He told us about the sell and kept checking on us during the whole time. I was looking at some shoes in the woman section and a different employee passed several times and never asked if I needed help but would ask the people around me. Later on, once he saw everything that me and my brother were takng he decided to go ask if we needed help. We obviously said no. Then we started looking at the clothing, and another employee was very helpful and friendly. Bought some workout wear and a duffel bag at great prices, but when I got home, the bag was missing its strap. I called the store, and assistant general manager Francisco Rodas took care of the problem immediately. When I explained I lived too far away to conveniently come back to the store, he mailed me the strap, which I received within a few days.
