I would like to give a 5 star rating to the young man that helped me today. I called at around 7:30pm to ask what time they close and for a specific type of sneaker. I still made my way to the store even tho he said they did not have that shoe in my daughters size. He went above and beyond when I arrived and started showing me other options and looking for sizes in the back. I wish I would of gotten his name, I was in such a hurry I just didn't pause to think. But to his manager I hope you read this, I am also a customer service manager and that kids attitude and disposition to help even when I was in such a hurry really has me now paused and thinking that the least I can do is write a nice review about him, I looked at my receipt and his name is not on it. My husband and I took our girls back to school shopping a few weeks ago. The lady told us there was a sale on socks for $5 so we picked up some sock with our shoes. We used a coupon and while ringing us up the lady failed to mention the socks would not be on sale with my coupon. I returned to the store after realizing this. I explained I wanted only the shoes with the coupon I had. They began the return and my coupon was not longer valid (the only reason I went to the store in the first place). They called the manager who said the coupon didn't work and her correction was to sign up with a different email (why would I do that?). So I said forget it and I asked for a full refund. I am a couple weeks out from this event. My original receipt (with the shoe purchase and overpriced socks) was emailed to me. They did the refund and I left without checking my email receipt and refund receipt (I'll never do that again!) Today I logged on to my account. My purchase was $93.57 they refunded me $77.89. I walked out with nothing but a terrible experience and was charged $15.68 for walking into the store. I will NEVER shop at this store again. I don't write reviews but this is insane. Let me just say, I went in last night looking for a pair of docs and Stephen or Stefan, he was working the cash register, has amazing customer service. He acknowledge my friend and I as soon as we walked in even though he had a lot of other customers around. Super patient and just the sweetest. He made us feel very comfortable and was super helpful. Came here to get the coveted, ''can't find them anywhere'' Hello Kitty chucks! I snagged a pair of black low-tops, because they were out of my size for the white high tops. Great customer service, and the place has lots of selection. Also the store was kept clean. I went on a weekday, so it wasn't crowded. read more

We had a specific shoe in mind and she went as far as lookong for out shoe on line for us and place the order for us. Came here with the bae to find some shoes. There were 3 ladies that helped us out and all were very nice, but Miranda was the one putting up with us trying on so many different sizes and shoes. Normally when I shop, it's very simple. I come, I get what I want, I leave. The people don't normally make a difference. Today though, Jennifer made all the difference! She welcomed me to the store, she answered all my questions, and made the perfect recommendations for me with new shoelaces and a cleaning kit for the shoes I mentioned I had at home. She was super knowledgeable and helpful and honestly I don't think I would have made a purchase today had she not been there. Definitely ask for Jennifer if you need any help! read more

What an unpleasant experience with #1, the sales rep by the name of Jennifer and #2 with the manager Britney. They handled my situation POORLY and with the littlest concern ever. Jennifer did not want to call customer service for me without having me wait in the store until she got off the phone her excuse, absolutely ridiculous! "Because you have to be here.." The manager, Britney, initially came and solved that problem said I didn't have to be there for them to call customer service, obviously they had all of my information on their computer. I called in the following week to see if the size was changed and if I should expect the new size in the mail and Britney said she checked her system and that I would be receiving the new size. WRONG. Shoes delivered a week later in the wrong size. I call the store again and at one point Jennifer picks up the phone and gets off a minute in the conversation without departing while another employee says, "just ignore her." Seriously? The customer service that's being operated in this store is POOR. I will definitely be reporting their poor customer service above and beyond than HR and the BBB read more

I just want to recognize the customer service we got from Claudia. I had several kids with me and the store was crowded but she serviced us all the way to checking out. She helped all my kids with sizes and they didn't have a size she took time to locate it at another store so we could pick it up. She takes her job serious and treats people how she would want to be treated. I was very happy with her service and patience she had. A lot of places young adults working there don't take their job as serious as they should but Claudia did and she should be recognized for it. read more
