I called, let them know when I was moving and the size of my house, whether there were stairs or particularly heavy things and I received a quote. If the approximately 8 quotes I got for my move, Mike the Mover was the most competitively priced in this area. When I was ready to reserve they just needed my email and phone number, pickup and drop off address and we were all set to go - no deposit required. A team of three guys did my move and they were great! Aleksie kept me updated as to his eta and once he and his team arrived, they quickly loaded the moving truck (about 1.5 hours) and unloaded at my new house (1 hour + drive time) so the entire process was about 3 hours in total. None of my items were damaged and the team took great care with wrapping my furniture to avoid scrapes or damage. I would definitely hire them again!

Probably $1,000 worth of damage and not a hint of ownership on the issues at hand. The CEO is not taking ANY responsibility for the damages. No return on emails or phone calls. 5-STARS for Flat Rate Moving Company! I was extremely stressed about our office move across town…read more We have heavy and sensitive machinery like laser engravers, etc. A SUPER tall / big guy came to our office for an in-person estimate. He answered all my questions and replied back very promptly! Excellent communication. The quote was lower than other companies. We had other in-person estimates but it took them a week to get the quote to me. They also do NOT charge weekend overtime rates! Day of the move... the 4 movers were super quick, efficient, and strong. They clearly have a great system to get the job done. The laser engraver, machinery and even delicate plants all arrived in perfect shape. The final price was in-line with the estimate. WORTH EVERY PENNY Thank you guys!

Do not book this company. He is a scammer. Literally any other mover will be better…read more We spoke with Steven a few months before our move to get a detailed estimate and scheduled a pick-up date. He seemed professional and helpful--until the day of the move, which turned out to be an absolutely horrible experience. He hired third-party movers who were originally scheduled for the afternoon, but instead, they arrived late, after 8 PM, in a U-Haul truck, and did not finish until after midnight. They were completely unprepared--no tools or equipment--and didn't have a truck large enough for all our belongings. Once they arrived, they re-quoted us for nearly $1,300 more than the original estimate, and only part of our belongings fit on the truck. Upon delivery a few weeks later, we were told the day before that the truck was "too big" to fit on our street, despite having confirmed with our building in advance. The third-party company charged an additional fee and held our belongings until it was paid. We paid extra for wrapping, but nothing was wrapped. Our couch was destroyed, wood furniture completely scratched, and many items are still missing. Steven has been unhelpful throughout this process, and we have been going back and forth for four months trying to get an update on our insurance claim, that he just denied because I left this review, and additional false accusations, even though we had a signed contract that included insurance.

The team is honest and starts a timer from when they arrive and pause when they take breaks. They show you the timer at the end for the hourly rate. What I appreciated most about their crew was their efficiency, coupled with care and concern for your items as if it were their own. First they did all the boxes which they were super fast loading into the truck. Then they wrapped and disassembled anything that needed to be. They removed legs off dressers to prevent them from being broke. They wrapped my sofa carefully, and dismantled my TV from the wall. I had a lot of mirrored furniture and a glass dining room table and they were all in excellent condition. Nothing was broken or missing, everything was as promised. They charge by the hour and offer a discount for cash only. If you are looking for a reasonably priced mover, then this team is for you! My only recommendation if you are seeking to save money is to wrap and disassemble as much as you can before they arrive. However we were okay with them doing it because we wanted someone professional to handle our items! Would highly recommend WeDo Moving for your upcoming move. Again reasonably priced, staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Your items are treated with care.

The men that showed up to my house had never met each other, been trained or even educated about standard moving expectations. They showed up with nothing. No packing material. The move was not even completed! 1/4 of our belongings are still at the old house. We have been going rounds with customer service. Defend, deny and delay. They took a page out of UHC's book. If I could rate them negative stars I would.. The ONE bright…read moreside was that the movers who came were extraordinarily nice. That being said... My dad booked them for my move. They gave him a quote that was cheaper than others so we went with them. The DAY before the move, they called back saying that we were misquoted and doubled the price which was more on par with other quotes. (Not happy but okay fine) The day of they arrived with a smallish trailer. They were positive and upbeat about it all fitting but there was no way. They asked if I could take all the small items...(nope, this is why we are paying what we are, I can't afford to get an additional trailer or anything) then I told them I have a sleep number bed, provided them with the make and model, and they said they could disassemble and reassemble no problem and disassembled the bed. When speaking to the sales person or perhaps I think it was operations, the itemized list that they had for us (which they never asked for initially and only asked how many bedrooms) was completely incorrect. We gave them an itemized list and they came back and gave two options: one we can get just a 10% discount, let the movers continue, have them bring a second trailer that we load ourselves, and pay for them to come bring it up to our new place which would be more money, or we add labor and completely double the price. Yeah no thank you. Also they mentioned that they don't do sleep number beds and we let them know that the movers said they could and already took apart the bed. Needless to say we asked for our deposit back and fired them and asked them to reassemble the bed. They did that, assured us it was working, and were so kind, thanked us and left. When I went to the bed to check on it later and to make the bed since now we had to book other movers for a different day, they were not inflating. Upon further inspection they had ripped the magnets from the mattress and now half of one side of the bed wouldn't inflate nor is it now staying on the base correctly. When I reached out, customer service simply said they would send out a claims form that would take 7-10 days to review. It is going to cost 190$ just to have someone from sleep number LOOK at the mattress and try to repair it. The kind customer service rep also said nobody was able to speak with me regarding this aside from her because they were "busy". Considering the amount of headache they have caused and wasted time, I would think they would have made this more of a priority. Apparently not. If they resolve this issue with my bed at the very least, I'm more than happy to amend my review but I could not stress to use another service more. The fact that they misquoted by over 1000$ only to let us know the day before, did not communicate about an inventory list and misquoted AGAIN based on our needs, and then broke my bed (accidentally I'm sure) but without trying to resolve it right away...absolutely unacceptable.
