I'm never disappointed when I visit Abbiocco. My favorite dish is their chicken Abbiocco. I recently tried their Tuesday night special 2 for $50. You will not be disappointed in the selection or the portion. Needed to take home a portion of both meals. The service is top notch. Servers are very attentive. She doesn't make a bad specialty lush. However, the special last night was chocolate chip cookie dough lush and it was over the top delicious. Love the BYOB option. Comfortable, clean, linen tabletop dinning. Incredible. OMG. Delicious. I believe I had the chef special " Chicken Abbiocco", this was the best chicken parmigiana in vodka sauce over penne I have ever had. I'm still thinking about it. Went there with family for dinner. Our dinners took 1 1/2 hour to come out. Owner asked us to leave at the 2 hour restriction time. We spent a lot on our dinner and the quality fair and the time restriction (when kitchen takes sooooo long to put out meals.....WILL NEVER GO BACK....NO ONE SHOULD EAT HERE.... I attended last Saturday evening's birthday get-together and was generally pleased with the service and atmosphere. However. the hoagie I ordered was a disappointment. I ate half of it at the table and the remaining half I took home. What bothered me was the tough and fatty lunchmeat. It certainly ranks as the worst hoagie I ever had. Please inspect your sandwich meats more carefully before placing them in sandwiches. Sorry to send you this negative message but I am sure you would want to know. Paul Ewasko P.S. Love that you can bring your dog and that they have a doggy menu. The service is good and everyone is so friendly. Love the lights inside, but wish the outside area was a little more fun and exciting. I took off a star because most of the meals I've gotten have been good, but the last 2 were so salty to the point where I couldn't eat them. I know they make their meals fresh so maybe next time I will try asking for no salt to see if that's an option. The meals I found salty were the eggplant parm and the steak and cheese hoagie. Had dinner here last night with a group of friends. Everyone raved about the food. The bread had a wonderful texture. Salads were crisp and fresh. I had the Shrimp Piccata, which was cooked perfectly with tender, flavorful shrimp. Other favorites included the Eggplant Parm and Chicken Marsala. I chose the classic risotto with mushrooms and spinach. The risotto came on a large plate. It was very creamy, but I could not see nor taste individual rice grains. The mushrooms (seemed dried) and spinach were placed over the rice. I am used to the vegetables cooked in the rice. I wonder if the rice was arborio or carnaroli, or if plain white rice was used. The kindness, care and service they provide is something you don't see all too often these days. We are so happy to see it thriving and doing well during this COVID pandemic. Fortunately, we've noticed that this restaurant has been taking the necessary precautions to keep it's works and guests safe. Which is to no surprise as to why it is doing so well! They brought out frozen watermelon and water for him right away and after looking at the dog menu I decided on ordering him the meat cakes, when they arrived there was no time for a picture he ate them right up! I try to give any new place a few tries before I cross it off completely and I did make multiple attempts here. The vodka sauce is amazing which is why I gave them one star.The chicken Marsala is by far the worst marsala I've ever had and that's my go to dinner everywhere. I tried the Sambuca chicken over linguine (it was a special) and it was bland. The Buffalo cauliflower bites (appetizer) were good but extremely soggy. The shrimp with cavatelli in pesto sauce (another special) was bland and barely any pesto. It's just like a creamy sauce that has no real flavor besides maybe cheese. There definitely isn't a pesto flavor at all. I also attempted another special "marry me chicken" and it wasn't horrible but just not my taste in general maybe. read more

The fact that they are pet friendly made me try this place, and it was worth it. The view from the patio isn't great but the fact that I could bring my boy made it worth it. They brought my fur baby a bowl of water and some watermelon ice cubes soon after we arrived. I had a very yummy meatball hoagie; the meatballs had a great taste and just the right amount of sauce. I requested the doggie menu as well and ordered my big a puppy patty with sweet potato chips which he devoured! Service was a bit slow. I really love this place. My only complaint ever has been the wait staff not paying attention to tables as much as they should. I have been in many times busy and quiet. Just make sure drinks are filled and customers have what they need to enjoy the delicious food. The time to wait is very worth it. This is a place to go with family or friends that you want to enjoy being with! A great date night place. I sometimes get takeout as well! Great prices for delicious food.
