I sat at the one available table and savored both items. The Biscoff latte was iced, with just enough ice to make it cold. I appreciate that they didn't overdo the ice like most coffee places. The flavor of cookie butter was vivid, sweet, and delicious. The cream top and crumbles of Biscoff added to the visual appeal. The lemon bar was slightly sweet and citrusy, with a tasty thin outer crust, the top of which was sprinkled with powdered sugar. For me, this was a perfect lemon bar in every way. If I lived anywhere near here, this would be a regular stop.

My first attempt with the Brown Sugar Fresh Milk I had a complete brain freeze since it completely remind me of authentic boba milk tea from Taiwan! This was during peak time with multiple cars in line. Nevertheless, paying for the drinks and then getting the drinks was a quick 2-3 minutes. It tasted like a good regular latte but maybe they held back on the caramel and cinnamon to the point I couldn't detect it. Seating is first come first serve.
