I was so excited that another Teahouse open close to home that had my cream cheese green tea. However, I was a lil disappointed when I tried it ( Jasmine green tea with cream cheese). My cup was filled with 75% ice, the cream cheese lack the cheese flavor (plus I got very little), tea was a lil on the sweeter side. I'll probably come back to try something else but I'll probably have to ask them for less ice and less sweet. Clean and friendly staff. My only issue is that if they open at 11am, people would expect them to have boba. I came in at 11:25 and was notified that boba would take 20 minutes!!! Ding Tea and Knottea has boba available right when they open at 11 am. There were 8 people all waiting 20 minutes for boba. I stopped by here during my trip around SoCal. I ordered the strawberry milk tea with tapioca to try something new; the drink was pleasantly sweet and the tapioca nice and soft. The staff is really nice and helpful. The size of the cups was just right and the cup lids themselves had cute little hearts which I loved! The store interior is very cute as well with its wall decorations, and the menu has a very wide variety of delicious drinks to pick from. The first couple times I came here my drinks were not made properly the way I requested so I was really dissatisfied. It was one worker there that always would get my order wrong on purpose. The other workers listen and make your order correctly. My last visit was pleasant. The customer service was average but my drink was made the way I wanted. I ordered the milk tea and it was great. I always get it to be more sweet because otherwise it's very bland. The workers don't really explain to you the level of sweetness so you just have to keep trying different levels until you get to a level where you are satisfied. Overall the customer service, some days are great some days are not. Lately the drinks have been made the way I want them to be and that's why I'm giving them 5 stars. Hopefully the employees will continue to make drinks the way the customers request them to. read more

My best friend and I decided to try this new boba place because of the good reviews. We visited on a Saturday and we understand its the weekend and everyone is out. Service was very slow to order and service to get our drinks was another 25 minutes. We looked around and you can tell everyone was frustrated and irritated. Side note: everyone was melting their faces off because Gotcha has no air conditioning! The place was fairly chaotic but its understandable and we were hoping the drinks made up for the long wait time. My best friend ordered a black sugar milk tea with boba and I ordered my go to coconut milk tea. I could tell my best friend was not happy after taking the first sip (the milk was not fresh as described). She tried my drink and same facial expression. The coconut milk tea did not taste like coconut, it had a slight sour tarty after taste. We were pretty disappointed and we tried the most to like the drink, stirred it around, shook it and tasted again until deciding to return the drinks. The stars is to show appreciation for refunding us our money for the drinks. I was In line for their opening this morning. First 100 gets a free drink. Then you get BOGO free drink. So many boba places opened up around my area this year. There is Gong cha,Kung fu tea, 7 leaves and Ding tea. So far my fav is Ding tea, but I still decided to give place a try. I ordered signature milk tea, matcha latte and winter melon green tea. I have to say their signature milk tea is pretty good. A lot of places don't use good tea and milk, so it usually leaves a nasty creamy after taste in my mouth. That's not the case here.
