one of my fav late night boba spots. previously tisane, fynix rizen is such a fun spot to grab a drink and hangout. inside, they have tons of things to do including the nintendo switch, an arcade game table, and claw machines. the employees are also helpful and polite. i have tried many drinks and i definitely recommend getting the blush drink. it is fruity and creamy. i think this might be one of the best on the menu !! though, i think they are somewhat revamping the menu so i hope the blush drink stays ... and i can't wait to try their new items. read more

I recently moved into the area and my kids like coming here because the ABGs that did work here prior were always nice to customers. It was our local boba shop until today. There is a new blonde Asian girl workign today. No smiles and when asked for recommendations pointed to the menu and said the numbers on the board reflects the popularity. Um yeah I can read just fine thank you. The cherry on the top was when my husbands drink lychee ice comes out and there's like nano particles of lychees. See for yourself if you can see the lychee or the lychee bits. When I questioned where is the lychee or lychee bits in the drink she has the audacity to confidently tell me that's how the drink is it's a lychee tea, if I want lychee bits then I have to pay for it as a topping. Look for yourself at the picture if it looks like theres any lychee or lychee bits. This girl went back to the kitchen to share I was complaining about the drink. Then another girl who made the drink had a much more better attitude and came out and ask if she could add lychee bits to the drink realzing she made a mistake making it as she was apologizing. First and last time for me having to bring up what's missing in a drink that the menu clearly states. Also didn't realize they premade all their drinks and put the jugs out on their kitchen counter. All other shops if they do this they usually store it in the refrigerator and pull it out as needed. Not sure if that's even proper procedure if there was an inspection. Only was able to see that because I was waiting for the restroom and there was a clear view into the kitchen. Another reason I will not come back. Should give them no stars but ended up with 2 stars because the other employee tried to make it right by making the drink right by putting in the lychee bits that should have been there from the start. read more

This place is no longer Tisane but not much has changed tbh (which is great). The banana espresso is CRACK, I'm in loveeeeee with that drink, it's the ONLY ONE I GET TBH. The service is always friendly. The drinks are ALWAYS PERFECT, I've never had a banana espresso taste different... well actually, today my drink had sliced bananas in it (nice touch) but either way, sliced banana or no sliced banana, this drink is AMAZINGGGGG. My daughter always gets pink volcano, that's her drink! Always a chill vibe here, very clean and well taken care of. Important update: this place was originally called Tisane and now even the Yelp name has been updated to fynix rizen but At the moment the drinks appear to be exactly the same as what Tisane always had. Originally I was planning to review this as tisane and what I already love about it. I enjoyed the Blush drink the most because it was like a sweet strawberry milk tea with jelly which was more preferred than paying extra for boba. The ambiance of the place was always a vibe and I always enjoyed that this place opened late. The new store with a new ownership remains to be seen of how good their drinks will be based on the photo of stating it's the end of Tisane and there's no rebranding, and it's a new ownership. It's sad to see Tisane go as it was good enough as it was, because it's hard to keep a decent boba place in operation with loyal customer bases. they really could have just had new ownership and no need to change the storefront. I would have given it 4.5 stars anyway simply because I didn't like that Tisane was closed on Mondays. But this is the 2nd boba place that I found to be good where the storefront is changing to entirely different store. If you had tisane rewards, use them asap before it fully changes! read more

10/10 Matcha Flight - The four flight flavors I got: Ube Matcha, Sesame Matcha, Vanilla Matcha, and Strawberry Matcha. The three toppings I chose: Egg Pudding, Boba, and Mango Stars. We stopped in for drinks drinks the other night. There is ample parking available. The vibe inside is club like with low lights, great hip-hop music and even video games to play. The menu is amazing and we had a hard time trying to narrow down what to order. The staff is friendly and super helpful. They helped us narrow our choice down to 6 drinks. That's right, we got 6 drinks. First up was the seasonal Pumpkin Thai. A Thai tea with pumpkin spice, creme brulee and crushed OREOs. The flavors paired so well together! Next, we got a Barney & Fruit tea. Lychee tea with dragonfruit and mandarin orange slices. So cool and refreshing! The Open Sesame was next. It is a blended black Sesame with organic milk drink. You get that initial sesame taste but then it becomes almost peanut like in flavor. One of my favorites! We also got the Matcha Vibe. It was another blended drink with matcha, organic milk and creme brulee. Sweet and refreshing but not overly sweet. The Kona Coffee was next. Iced hazelnut coffee was strong, yet refreshing. This place is located in a fun corner spot of their stretch of the shopping center. Everything about this spot is super cute. From the sign to their spot outside, to the decorations inside. This establishment gives night club vibes lol but not complaining because their drinks are actually pretty good. Parking isn't an issue as the store is located in a big plaza with many businesses. We've come here several times, and if I'm ever in town, this is on the list of boba shops to stop by! What we've gotten in the past: - Ride or Thai (4/5 - standard, can't go wrong with this if you don't know what else to try) - Totaro (5/5 - classic taro and reminiscent of what I always got as a kid growing up in OC) - Green Panda (4/5 - really good and mild, combines two of my favorite things which are mung bean and pandan) - Blush (5/5 - one of my favorites, I LOVE THOSE HEART JELLIES) Overall, the drinks are made with just the right amount of sweetness (though I do prefer my drinks on the sweeter side) with reasonable prices. Tisane is legitimately one of the coolest boba cafes I've ever visited (and ya girl underwent an extended ABG phase - she's BEEN to boba cafes). Loved everything about my experience, from the humongous tea selection (and now coffee, which was strong and deliciously flavorful, by the way), to the sleek fun club setting, and free unlimited arcade and Nintendo switch games. What a fun spot to hang out with friends, or even a date. I also saw students studying in addition to catching up. What a unique concept for a boba spot that you don't see very often. The Ambiance is similar to a nightclub with all the LED lights and the hip hop DJ music playing overhead. Obviously this is a place they want you to come and relax to enjoy your drinks. The girls behind the counter were really friendly, and they offer samples to you see what you like to select. All the drinks on the menu have funny pun names, which was pretty cool. I got the Green Panda which is their pandan leaf, mung bean, coconut milk cream drink. I must say, I really liked it. I really wanted to like this place, but the experience was disappointing from start to finish. I ordered the "Blush" drink and it tasted overwhelmingly artificial and painfully sweet, like straight candy syrup with no balance at all. The atmosphere was also a lot. The music was blasting and the whole place felt chaotic and overstimulating instead of fun or welcoming. I understand they get busy, but the staff came off pretty dismissive and unfriendly. This has become my pit stop going to LAX. My kids get some yummy boba, fun scene with the Nintendo games and Pac-Man table, and clean bathrooms. I love this place! The service is super friendly and clean and truly some amazing drinks. The menu is pretty vast and you might be standing there for 5 mins determining what awesome drink to get. My kids are easy to please anything with sugar and boba and they're good. My parents not so much. My mom is that typical Asian mom that doesn't like to buy anything expensive outside when she can just make it at home cheaper and better. If you have a parent like this, take them here! My mom was actually blown away by their coffee (which isn't really featured on their menu you have to ask). She was very impressed with the taste and actually wouldn't stop talking about it the whole way up to LAX. My dad also very hard to please, not for the same reasons, he's more than happy to eat out, but just taste wise also very particular. He had the two to mango and drank that in two seconds. That's how I knew it was good. My husband who is always fussy (typical husband) loved his as well. I got him the mangochado I think it's called and it came with a tajin tamarind straw. The drink was 100% sweetness and it tasted perfect. The boba wasn't as soft as I thought, but it was still good. Overall, this place is really good if you enjoy boba drinks more on the sweeter side. Came in a Saturday afternoon and the place was pretty empty. It's evident this place is better at night by the decor and music. The store attendant was nice and offered samples. I tried the lychee ice but wasnt a fan. Bf tried the two to mango and it tasted better, so he got that and I went with the blush half sweet on a whim because I didn't want to be annoying and sample something else. The place has leather benches and loud music like you're in a club, which was different, but I think I prefer quieter atmosphere because even with no one in there we couldn't be heard so our drinks came out with a name on it that sounds nothing like my bf's it was hilarious.
