Also, I recently picked up an old knitting habit and wanted to replace some old yarn. It was nice to see an area dedicated to yarn, other crafts, and other hobbies. I can say I really got lost inside the store, discovering so much. I saw some frames to purchase to make a gallery wall. So, I will say this: if you need to revise a place or restock on some office supplies, please come here. I made the drive down and the gentlemen who worked there asked me what I was looking for in terms of comfort then walked me through my options. I made my selections and two days later the cushions were ready for pickup. My sofa feels brand new and so much more comfortable than it was before that I can't believe I didn't think to do this sooner. And the cost of getting foam for all four cushions was *very* affordable, especially when compared to what it would have cost to get the work done by one of the upholstery stores in town. You can find especially good deal during the season change. At the moment, they have up to 70% off on fake plants and patio/balcony decorations. Some more niche and specific things are a little hard to find in store and there never seems to be anyone who works there on the floor except for one person at the front. So if you don't have an app you might wander for a little bit before you find everything. I strongly prefer to order a pick up here for the aforementioned reason as it is usually ready in under 2 hours.

I feel compelled to give this in-store location a 1/5, however due to positive experiences with one Team member in-store and the Support Team online, I think it's important to clarify that this review is specific to in-store experiences on South Congress in Austin. Two separate visits I, at some point, felt gaslit, judged and pressured. While these experiences always ended receiving a "have a good day", with a smile, it truly felt like an inauthentic interaction. The first time I had walked into a store, the representative told me the sale was only going on that day. Meanwhile, online it showed it was going on through the weekend and even longer. In fact, the boots were still on sale when I went back to the store two days later. I wonder if they were trying to get the sale the first day... Next, having received a pair of boots that, literally, had a defect, the exchange process was much more complicated than should have been. Any request for a possible exchange was shot down, despite the defects being received from the manufacturer before worn. Fortunately, reaching out to Online Customer Service, resolution was found with kindness and understanding, unlike in-store. In fact, photos sent confirmed that the in-store experience was both inappropriate and unjust. I will not be returning to this store. Nor would I recommend it. I do, however, hope that the experience with the replacement boots work out and keep the overall experience positive.
