I wish I could say the experience was different with Jason but it wasn't. He said he had availability and would bid for the job. That was October 31. The entire week he said he would get out there, then apologized said he would the next day. Then he said he would get out there this weekend and then finally, no more communication from Jason. Thanks for wasting a full week of my time when I'm desperately trying to get this thing finished ASAP. I could have been trying to find handyman who wouldn't waste my time instead of not knowing how to say they were too busy for the job. I'm very disappointed and would recommend someone else if you need the job done quickly. He's nice but not very responsive to your needs.

Not anymore, power as it were, now rests in the hands of the people. I needed 3 things; A dumpster rental, a quote and information regarding getting said dumpster to my house. So I turned to Yelp and used the quote system and at the ended up with about four quotes. But I had many questions, and Danny was very quick on the response, quoted me a fair price and allowed the dumpster rental for 20 days which was a BIG plus for me. Did I mention he answered my questions promptly? Look, I have dealt with the murky depths of contractors and callbacks...not a good time. Danny shattered my expectations and what's more, on the day of the delivery I had to check status of the dumpster due to working from home that day and having to be on a conference call I could not leave. Danny got back to me in minutes, contacted the driver and had the driver quote me an updated delivery time which I was able to coordinate with my schedule. Imagine that? Working with MY schedule...Great Job Danny. Bottom line, call Danny and see what I mean. I have some floor work coming my way in the future, guess who just put himself at the top of that list? 5STARS!!!

Danny came out and gave me a quote that was detailed, fair and easy to understand. We ended up having to rip out most of our master bath. (The shower floor, half way up the shower walls and an entire wall down to the studs.) I also had a few other projects around the house that I kept adding on, and Danny never minded and always reworked the over all costs for us. They patched the sheetrock in the ceiling and a 6 other places in the walls, completely re-sheetrocked one wall, demo'd our shower, finally sloped the shower floor correctly (it never drained properly before!), matched the tile/grout seamlessly, installed a new vanity, reinstalled a vanity in the guest bath correctly, fixed my back door, built a banister and took an old nasty crawl space under the stairs and helped me turn it into a "hidey hole" for my son. Having a one year old and going through a home renovation like this was stressful. Danny and his guys made it so much easier. They talked to my kid, waved at him, kept their work space as clean as they could during a demo..They were even respectful of nap times! We have to redo our siding on our house soon and Danny is the only one I will be contacting. No other quotes needed.

They were quick to reply with a detailed estimate for all of the variations we asked for. We ended up having them only do the deck framing and they did a fantastic job! I appreciated the fact that they cleaned up their work area every day before they left, never leaving a mess when they were done. I was particularly impressed with the effort that they took to answer all the questions I had while they worked, even making a point to give me various tips and details that would be helpful when I went to lay the decking boards later. Their advice was invaluable! I have the strong impression that they care about both the quality of their work and reputation and were invested in the final product being as good as possible even though I wasn't paying them to do the entire job. They communicated between the two of them and set up times independently (based upon our schedule, of course!) for the plumbing to get done and the drywall etc repair to start. Then like clockwork, the one was finished, the other arrived and took over. I cannot stress enough how gentlemanly and considerate these guys are. They covered all surfaces, moved furniture carefully, and lined the walkway between the front door, where they'd set up outside, and the pathway to our dining room where the repair work needed to take place. I'm working from home these days, and even though some of what they had to do was noisy, it was never obtrusive or distracting. They made sure to tent the area to keep debris, dust and noise to a minimum. In fact, they're taking their time to make sure the area is completely dry and secure before putting any finishing touches on the ceiling. AND they custom mixed paint into the popcorn they have to blow on so that it matches as closely as possible to our existing ceiling paint!! Hired this contractor to install a driveway and dual RV concrete slab. Within less than two months,…read morethe newly poured concrete developed multiple cracks across both areas. I understand hairline and shrinkage cracks are normal, but not where I have to pay someone to fix the cracks as they continue to grow, concrete chipping, flaking or breaking away and damage appearing within weeks or months in multiple areas. The contractor did respond and came out to inspect after numerous text messages and months later; however, they refused to accept responsibility and declined to repair or replace the cracked concrete. No resolution was offered. During removal of the old concrete, small sections of the existing slab were damaged. These areas were filled in improperly rather than repaired correctly. The patch material has since loosened and is now missing, leaving exposed and deteriorated areas. Additionally, a copper drainpipe exiting my garage was damaged during demolition and has not been acknowledged or repaired. Their website states they are "Licensed and Insured" When I asked for proof of insurance, she has refused on numerous attempts, so I am assuming they are not insured. No license found. Based on premature cracking, improper patching, unresolved property damage, and refusal to stand behind the work after inspection, I would not recommend this contractor. More photos and documentation are available. Their response: For the sake of accuracy, we worked directly with Diana Jones on this project. We are a fully insured company; however, Diana explicitly requested a cash price and chose to decline the insurance coverage and standard contract fees to reduce her costs. ​Regarding the property damage, those were pre-existing conditions of the old slab that we did our best to bridge during the new pour. We also inspected the hairline cracks, which are standard for new concrete, and found them to be within normal range. Since our communication has been with Diana, we would be happy to speak with her directly at 512-228-1758 to clear up any misunderstandings 5/27/2026 My response back: Payment method or pricing arrangements do not eliminate a contractor's responsibility to perform quality work or repair property damage caused during the project.
