I knew that once I called Cindy early last Monday (1:30 am), we would be in good hands. Their team was at our house quickly and worked into Monday night to help stabilize / secure our house. I trust that each of your clients receive the same professionalism and concern. In a few weeks our house will be back to "normal" (if that is possible with 2 teenager and a 4 year old), but our lives have been forever changed by each of you.

We also contracted them for wood work for the duct entry to attic. The wooden entrance and reinforcing wooden structure, created for entrance to the attic has been in place for less than 6 months and has just fallen out of the roof. Water was dripping into my house, and I couldn't bear the thought of keeping a bucket on the floor until 2022! Lane showed up that same afternoon, took pictures, told me what to tell my insurance company, and got the ball rolling. They replaced my entire roof flawlessly in about 6 hours, and the only way you could tell they'd done anything was that the roof looked better.
