I was lucky years ago to have Bruce recommended as a great plumber. Bruce is honest, does a great job, is efficient and fair. Whether it is an emergency or like the last visit, some renovation work, Bruce always returns my calls, shows up as promised and does excellent work. I can't say enough about Bruce's integrity! Thank you Bruce, the hot water supply is much improved and I LOVE the gas range you helped us install! I appreciate the years of great service! read more

Bruce is friendly, kind, professional and efficient. He took good care of our place and was very fast. He was recommended by a friend who is a plumber and booked for a couple weeks. You know they're a good plumber when another plumber recommends them. I'll call Bruce with all future plumbing issues. read more

Bruce is great to work with! Responsive and top notch work. A joy to work with! Highly recommend.

We've been using Bruce for 16 years, for plumbing problems large and small. He is great - very capable, professional, honest, but more than that, just a really nice human being. Highest recommendation! read more

An elderly shower faucet started leaking so I attempted to replace the cartridge. Removing the old one proved to be impossible and so I called ASAP in the afternoon. I eventually made contact about 4pm, explained the problem and was told that the plumber would arrive to do the repair between 9 and 10 am next day. Bruce arrived on time and did the job in under 1 hour. He was very personable and obviously knew what he was doing. He had all needed parts and special tools for this very scenario. His pricing was very fair and I will not hesitate to use ASAP for my future plumbing needs. read more

Bruce came to our rescue by connecting a couple of new faucets. I'm a DIY guy but I just couldn't get the connections right on the supply lines. Bruce responded the same day we called and came to the house 2 business days later. He was running a little (45 minutes) behind and he called to let me know. He took care of the faucets in less than an hour and explained to me what I was doing wrong. Great job and a fair price. read more

We have an old house with a bathroom sink that hadn't worked in more than a year. Needed new faucet, but more than that, the sink didn't drain. At ALL. Thought I would need a new sink, countertop, pipes, etc! Bruce came and looked- we just needed a faucet and for him to snake it?! So I bought the faucet online [he told me what kind and good place to buy.] The faucet came in 2 days, Bruce was there to install it. Woohoo! Works great! So so glad Bruce just literally made our day. Highly reccommend ASAP plumbing! read more

Bruce has done several plumbing jobs for me. He is very professional, prompt, efficient, capable, reasonable and kind. Highly recommend.

Bruce is the best! He diagnosed the problem that eluded another plumbing company for two and a half months, and fixed it right away. He's not only a great detective, but a genius who can figure out anything. He's also very kind and unfailingly gracious. Oh, and he even returns calls promptly (that has *not* always been the case with other plumbers) and is punctual. Such a talented and consummate professional. read more

I met Bruce of A.S.A.P. Plumbing through a home warrantee on my condo five years ago. I no longer live in the condo but have continued to hire Bruce because he is very easy to work with, does an excellent job, is fairly priced, and is honest. He is a really decent person and a very skillful plumber. read more

I've used Bruce a handful of times over five years. The first time I used him I felt like I'd stumbled on a hidden treasure -- he was prompt, thorough, and explained what he was doing while I watched. I've recommended him to friends and they've all been pleased with him as well. As others have said, he's incredibly tidy in the way he works. It's nice to have one vendor that I can count on time and again! read more

I was a home builder years ago and then got into the facility management business. So I've worked with a lot of tradesmen, even to the point of having full-time plumbers, electricians, and HVAC technicians on my staff. Bruce is the most positive, helpful, and skilled plumber I've had the pleasure to work with. Our first exposure to ASAP was when our property manager needed to replace a water heater in a rental. When I saw the workmanship, I was very impressed. Bruce didn't miss a detail and every soldered joint was perfect in execution and appearance. It was a higher-end water heater, but the bill was very reasonable, considering. So naturally, any time we've needed plumbing done since, we call Bruce. Last week I finished remodeling a bathroom in our house. Bruce came to install the under mount vanity sink, which had a tricky-to-install external overflow shell, and to set the toilet. While he was working, I couldn't help but notice the total lack of wasted motion in everything he was doing. To me, that is the primary sign of professionalism and I mentioned that to him. He clearly has concentrated on developing maximum efficiency in his work. Never mind the hourly fee, Bruce provides great value. The very next day, we had a leak inside the wall cavity that was caused by a trim nail from when I installed the baseboard days earlier piercing the supply line. Whoever did the original plumbing had installed the line tight to the drywall on the remodeled bathroom side, rather than further inside the wall cavity. Bruce was booked tight for three days, but called late in the afternoon to say that he had finished his scheduled work early and could come over and fix it. Despite the very tight quarters, he was able to plumb the repair and he set the pipe further into the cavity to prevent future mishaps. He left a small specialized tool behind to make my drywall repair work easier. Beyond his skill and overall helpful mindset, Bruce is witty, has a good sense of humor, and is a good communicator. If there was a way to give him six stars, I would. read more

Bruce has been the plumber we call for 20 years. He is always in a good mood, gets you scheduled ASAP, and is fair with his pricing. He came with the new home warranty, and has been working on this home ever since. Highly recommend his service! read more

Bruce was the plumber my home warranty company had come out for a problem 20 years ago at my own home. We used him a lot the first 10 years, then forgot about him. In the last year we have rekindled our business relationship and are wondering how we lost contact with him. We have used him in our own home and some rentals. Bruce is not the cheapest, probably his charges are somewhere in the middle. But what you get is someone who is reliable, efficient, doesn't come at you with extra charges, problem solves, tries to save you money, leaves the premises in same condition as when he arrived, and when he leaves you know the job was done right. I am a real estate broker and property manager and I would not use anyone else. read more

I called Bruce last Sunday to see if he could do a small job unclogging a bathroom sink and tub. He asked if the toilet was backing up because that would indicate a mainline problem requiring rotorooter type equipment. It was not, so he offered to come first thing Monday. He came promptly at 8:30 the next morning, as agreed. The job took less than an hour and we were back in business. Bruce was very nice, professional, efficient. I will definitely use him again. read more

I called Bruce at the recommendation of a good friend who had used him before. He told me that he was honest, reliable and could fix anything. Bruce came on a Saturday morning. Bruce is WONDERFUL beyond the call of duty in my opinion. I called him in a dither at 5:30 am with some sort of mild stream running through my kitchen. He called me back within 45 min, told me what to do over the phone to stop the bleeding and then said he could be there by 8 am at the latest. He is honest, funny and a joy to work with. We also have rental properties and use him for those as well read more

I've used ASAP Plumbing a few times ... when I first moved into my home 4 years ago, he hooked up my refrigerator to the water line. My refrigerator was across the kitchen from the plumbing ... he had to crawl under the house to do it. It was February and very wet under there, and he put a sort of hazmat suit on (I know that wasn't what it was, but it looked like it), found where the entrance was and crawled under there. He also recently fixed a leak in my shower and a broken toilet seal. He is prompt, courteous and shows me what he's doing and what's going on. I can't imagine calling anyone else. read more
