1-Star My experience…read morewith this nail salon was extremely disappointing sadly, I was charged for 9 months without attending this business , and throughout that time, I did not receive the communication or customer service I guess I expected. When the issue was finally addressed, I was offered very limited options for complimentary services, which I did not feel were a fair or satisfactory resolution. To make matters worse, the way the agreement ended was rude and very much unprofessional. I hope the salon takes customer concerns more seriously and learns to handle financial issues and agreements with greater transparency and professionalism. Based on my experience, I would not feel comfortable recommending this salon to others. Glad to not be allowed back there , wouldn't want to give them one more dime anyways!

From the beginning, he seemed irritated and had an issue with listening to what I was asking for. He repeatedly rolled his eyes, and even seemed annoyed when I simply asked to see the different color options before choosing one. What bothered me most was how rough he was while handling my hands and nails. At one point I physically flinched because he was hurting me, which should have been enough of an indication for him to be more careful. Later, while he was dusting off my nails, I directly told him that he was being too rough. Instead of apologizing or adjusting how he was handling my hands, he responded, "Are you talking to me?" I told him yes, because who else would I have been talking to? Also, I requested almond shape names at a certain length and he made it seem like he couldn't do and he had to cut them to "look right". Now I am not satisfied with the nails. I didn't get the designs I wanted because of his horrible attitude. This is a day after my service and I have three toenails that are chipping badly like I've never gotten them done. Tried calling them (over 17x) no one ever answers. I will be going in the morning to get these fixed but this is absolutely ridiculous! The entire interaction felt rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily uncomfortable. When someone is providing a hands-on service, especially doing nails, they need to know how to handle a client's hands gently and professionally. Being rough, rolling your eyes, getting irritated over simple requests, and responding disrespectfully when a customer says they are being hurt is unacceptable. I left extremely disappointed with both the service and the overall experience. I would not want this technician doing my nails again. Only giving a star because I have to.
