The main reason I chose this pedicure was because my heels really needed some attention and I was looking forward to leaving with my feet feeling refreshed. Throughout my pedicure, my technician seemed very distracted by conversations happening around her. At one point, she completely stopped what she was doing on my feet to listen to someone else's conversation. I noticed she only used the pumice pad briefly on the top of my right foot, while my entire left foot and both heels were essentially left untouched. I kept thinking she would come back to them, especially because I could see my friend receiving the same treatment on both feet for a much longer amount of time. When the pedicure was finished, I initially decided to just let it go and take care of my heels myself at home. My friend encouraged me to speak up, so I politely explained that I noticed the pumice treatment hadn't been done on my left foot and heels. Instead of simply acknowledging that it may have been missed, my technician insisted that she had done it and then said she intentionally didn't do my heels because it would hurt me and cause blistering. I explained that I simply had dry skin on my heels that needed to be removed. She then grabbed my heel and used a nail file on it, but only did the left heel and did not actually address the issue I had brought up. I left disappointed but figured I would just finish taking care of my heels at home. Once I got home and actually looked at my feet, I was really upset. The entire reason I paid for this particular pedicure was to have my heels refreshed, and I walked out with them looking like they had barely been treated. Unfortunately, the experience didn't end there. I realized after leaving that I had forgotten my tote bag. My partner went inside and told the front desk that I had left a bag, and instead of checking for it, the employee simply said there was no bag and walked out of the store. I had to go back inside myself, where I was then told, "you could look for it," and had to walk back and retrieve my own bag. None of these things individually would have been a huge deal, but combined, the entire experience felt very dismissive and lacking in customer service. I was polite about my concerns, still left a tip, and was even asked for a good review, which honestly made the experience feel even more frustrating. I don't expect perfection, but if a service is missed, I expect it to be acknowledged and corrected rather than argued about. I also expect basic courtesy from the front desk. Unfortunately, I left feeling like my time and money weren't valued, and I wouldn't return for this service.

Today (Sunday), another one chipped. This has now happened the last three times I've come in, which is really disappointing given the time and money spent. I should also mention an uncomfortable moment during my pedicure. After finishing, my technician directed me to a seat for my gel fill, and the technician at that station yelled back at her in their native language, refusing to take me. This went on for several minutes before I was moved elsewhere. As the only African American customer present at the time, the situation felt extremely uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I'm sharing this because I do want to continue supporting your business, but these repeated issues make it hard to feel confident returning. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future visits.

My pinky nail is crooked lol Which I noticed as I had walked out the door and my left hand is noticeably blotched. Both with a wait. Kept driving and ended up here. Best decision ever. Susan gave me the best pedicure and I don't know what they do with those oranges but it felt AMAZING.
