10 out of 10! I got their black bean burger and it so good! I would definitely come back for it. The patty was flavorful, and stayed together for the most part. Cajun garlic sauce inside was good. Highly recommend. Their Cajun Shrimp is good too. Something that you crave. You can adjust the spice level. I would have liked the shrimp to be cut instead of whole. Had cabbage, but more toppings would be nice. Fries are super crispy and good. Garlic aïoli and chipotle ketchup dipping sauces are good. They usually post daily business hours on their IG. They are not always in the same place every time. I like to call ahead to make sure. Outside seating. Customer service is good.

I had lunch with my granddaughter today and she suggested we try a food truck, A Movable Feast. It's parked conveniently in a shopping center parking lot right on Kettleman Ave between Ham and Hutchins Streets. I noticed that other than the strip of grass between the parking lot and the street, there is no available seating. Upon approaching the window to order, I was immediately greeted by Sam...friendly, charismatic and inviting! If I had questions about anything, he had answers! I ordered the Cajun shrimp sandwich, which is available in a variety of heat levels and I ordered it with the highest degree of spice! The heat level did not disappoint and the sandwich was delicious, packed with plenty of plump, juicy shrimp and cabbage! My granddaughter got the chicken Caesar sandwich that also looked delicious, packed with slices of chicken breast and romaine lettuce and Caesar dressing. She appeared happy and content eating it! We also got a medium size order of fries with Cajun seasoning and their Cajun dipping sauce. I have to say that the fries were maybe the best I've ever had! Super crispy outside and soft on the inside! I'm sure that I'll dream about them tonight, they were just that yummy! They are available in small, medium and epic sizes. The medium size fed both of us and we didn't even finish them! Even though the ambiance is only the weather the day has to offer, the food and service is worth the experience! I will be back to this wonderful food truck for sure to try their many other wonderfully creative offerings!

I've lived in Lodi 3 years now and passed this food truck saying how much I gotta try them and im totally kicking myself for not trying sooner! Today was the day! I got the loaded steak fries, my husband got a bacon cheeseburger with Cajun fries First thing we noticed was the wonderful welcoming gentlemen working, secondly we didn't wait long at all. And to the best part..The food was absolutely fantastic. I had such a huge portion of loaded fries, everything was perfectly seasoned. My husbands burger was cooked to his liking! We'll definitely be back soon ;)

I ordered the chicken pesto fries which was a smart choice. Fries are well seasoned, had that nice crunch to them, perfect portion, not too much and not too minimal. If I can do it over again I will order the same but I would ask for staff to put let of the sweet sauce, which had a little taste of bbq sauce which took majority of the pesto flavor. If cook added more pesto and less of that sweet sauce then that would be the game changer. Staff was friendly too. Definitely worth $17 bucks. I would rather give it to this place than fake fast food. Support small businesses.

This food truck gets busy and once you try it, you'll know why. There are so many unique flavors to try here that you can come back lots of times and find something new. Stopped here yesterday and had the crabcake sandwich and a medium order of garlic fries. The husband grabbed a medium rare burger and epic cajun fries and we headed home. There are a couple of picnic tables near where this food truck sets up, but it was chilly yesterday. The food is always pretty good but I hadn't tried the crabcake before and it wasn't my thing; luckily I have a husband to finish all my food for me. He liked it just fine btw. The fries are always a hit (see photos for a size comparison of medium and epic) and although they are good by themselves, they have lots of sauces to choose from. I love their Cesar aioli. Not to sound weird, but cajun fries with cesar aioli is better than you'd think! Try it. Lodi is lucky to have this truck and in such a central location. We will keep coming back.

Tried the chicken pesto sandwich with light lettuce, extra pesto and a small garlic fry with Cajun and Caesar dipping sauces. Also ordered the Cheeseburger with Cajun fries with Caesar and ketchup aioli dipping sauce. Well I did ask for extra pesto but they literally drenched the sandwich in it. It was excessive. Also noticed that They overcharged for the order by $10. Had to address this issue after receiving food. Issue was rectified immediately. Nonetheless if you go be sure to calculate your total and make sure you're not overcharged.

I've heard great things about this truck and was excited to finally try it out. They catered an event so they didn't provide everything on the menu, just a selected few. I decided to try the Cajun shrimp sandwich. It was okay. I was expecting more spice or kick to it because that's what I expect when it has the word "Cajun" in its name. Am I right? I did appreciate that they were jumbo shrimps. However, they could have provided more fries. They kinda skimped out on that. I'd still come back just not anytime soon. The food is not bad. read more

Pleasantly surprised! We were just passing through Lodi and decided to grab a bite :) looked stuff up on yelp and found this place! We live in the bay and are no strangers to food trucks! Omg just had a custom creation of the French fries it was super good if you like steak, bacon, shrimp, and their salad all mixed in one. The absolute best place to eat in all of lodi! The greatest frys in the world and they are backed by science at them about it! You will not get the quality of food from anywhere In Lodi! The Cajun shrimp sandwich is the BOMB!!!!! Everything we've ever ordered here has been amazing. Will definitely be back. I hope this truck never goes away, better yet please open a restaurant! I got the Cajun shrimp sandwich after hearing good things about it. My mom got the steak sandwich and we shared an order of garlic fries. There was a good portion of shrimp, but nothing else on the sandwich (it was more like a burger, as it was on a hamburger bun), however tbe FLAVOR OF the shrimp was crazy good. A tad spicy, but so extremely bursting with flavor. The steak was tender and there was a ton. The fries were crispy and had a lot if garlic on top. I believe they are double fried. We also got bleu cheese and malt vinegar dipping sauces and geezus were those delicious as well. Very homemade-tasting. I was blown away by how flavorful everything was; there wasn't a bland bite. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because I haven't tried anything else yet and can't really base it all off one visit. Highly recommend it though! read more

I'd been wanting to try A Moveable Feast for so long, and finally stopped in tonight after work, about 15 minutes before they closed. They were super nice, and the food was amazing! I had the black bean burger with a small order of garlic fries, and chipotle ketchup for dipping. Oh my damn. Soooooo good! I highly recommend. read more

Excellent quality food. Congratulations on offering the public food that is way better than most brick and mortar restaurants. We ate our food on the tailgate of our vehicle in the shade of a parking lot tree -- not glamorous, but the focus was on the food -- yay!!! read more

The fries were the only redeeming factor of the gross yaki burger that was over cooked, bread was stale and something tasted like it was cooked from frozen guessing the shrimp that we didn't even know came on it. We both took 3 bites and threw away our $15 burgers read more

Been driving past this mobile restaurant for some time now and decided to give it a chance. What a treat, a new spin on American favorites, had the loaded fire fries! Amazing, they have a secrete menu that the staff can recommend. The guy told me exactly what I wanted, he nailed it. Pulled pork with brisket and diced shrimp over fries with a sauce. Amazing, can't wait to go back and explore their menu. read more

Seriously....I'm in heaven! I just had the BEST island salmon burger! OMG yum!!!! If you have not tried this food truck, you need to. Located on the corner of Lodi Ave & Sacramento St. Big green truck! You can't miss it! Also downtown on Farmer's Market's nights in Lodi across from Fields Family Wine Tasting Room & Ollies. They are not as good as they used to be a year ago. Their cajun shrimp sandwich has gone down a few notches in quality, the cabbage and the sauce seemed like it was just slapped on there. So it's safe to say I love this place! From the food obviously to the amazing employees running it I'm won over. So creative and unique for Lodi. It's definitely a place you would see in Sacramento or San Fran, you know big cities so it's so cool that Lodi has such a gem. Big things in a tiny green food truck. I came here on a Tuesday afternoon had no clue what I wanted. Can't go wrong with anything I'm sure, but Drew steered me in the right direction and suggested something off their "secret menu" The Fire. Shrimp, bacon, steak, cheesy BBQ, grilled pepper/ onion deliciousness. I could go on and on. In fact I did, I went to work and told everyone. Got a small order of pesto fries to go with, some delicious dipping sauces, THEY ARE ALL GOOD BTW. I especially liked the garlic Caesar aioli and the malt vinegar. So good, they also have the best bleu cheese. I was so impressed I came back the very next day to try the signature pesto chicken sandwich BEST EVER. Flavors are on point here, and the quality of the meats are too. I would say you definitely get what you pay for. Beats going to any local sandwich shop. Sorry ya'll they are doing it right here, not to mention all their sandwiches you can get as a salad. Overall, best staff, awesome food. Don't change anything guys! read more

i emailed them to cater an event and they never answered. so, i went over to the truck at a location where they were parked. a very arrogant and rude young kid told me that i needed to give them more notice and they were on vacation anyway!! i am so glad that i found someone else to cater my event! they won't get another dollar from me or any of my friends or family. lodi is a small town.......better watch how you treat people! you will lose your business in one minute! read more

I finally had to post about it because there's literally no way to look them up unless you've got their business card tucked in your glove box. It's that kind of local secret. They're pretty quick but when they're busy, it's a wait. I wanted to call them the other day so I could go in and out and couldn't find her business card in my glove box. Also, they only take cash. Let's talk about the sopes -- these things are unreal. Thick, fresh masa with perfectly crisp edges, loaded with your choice of meat, beans, fresh toppings, and that house-made salsa that hits just right. Nowhere else in town makes sopes. Then there's the mulitas -- a must-try, especially with al pastor or carnitas. Crispy, cheesy, meaty heaven stacked between tortillas. They don't hold back on flavor. And of course, the classics: the carne asada is juicy and full of chargrilled flavor, and the birria is rich, tender, and perfect whether you get it in tacos or on its own. La Fondita may not have a flashy online presence, but that's part of the charm. It's authentic, consistent, and always delicious. This truck is a staple in the community, and once you try it, you'll be hooked. If you stumble upon it -- consider yourself lucky. That I decided that new customers won't have to keep that business card somewhere safe.

On my first bite of sopas I must have bit into a pepper because my mouth was on fire. I waited a bit and then went back to it but for some reason it was so spicy. In contrast the flautas had zero flavor. They give you 5 so it was filling but incredibly bland. The burrito was meh and there wasn't much meat or crema, mostly beans. I don't think I would come back to this truck.

I ate here during my vacation to California. I am pregnant right now, so when I something, I want it right. I ordered a spicy chicken cesar sandwich (which I'd had before) and it was not what I expected. It was kinda dry, not spicy and had way to much chicken on it and not enough salad/dressing. I decided to give the place another try, based on past experiences that were great. I told the guys that my last sandwich was not right and described to them what I wanted. Not only did they apologize and listen, but they asked me genuine questions because they wanted to get it right, AND Oh man did they. They made exactly what I was craving with a smile! The next time I went back they remembered me and asked if I wanted the same "Christin Special" as they called it! As an aside, they have the best bread. I bought my saucy sammy and put it in the fridge for about 12 hours and when I went to eat it the bread was not soggy or mushy. The whole sandwich was still delicious even though it was not fresh from the truck. This place is so good!!!!! read more

Racist much? Lodi already has a reputation for being a racist town. This doesn't really help improve anything. As a country, its important to call stuff like this out. If this isn't racist in any way can the owner or someone associated with the business explain why it's not? I tried asking them in a personal message and their reply was "It's a viral TikTok?" and nothing more. read more

I decided to try the food from this food truck, and I was truly impressed! I had the Fries with Caesar Aioli, and they were absolutely delicious. The fries were perfectly crispy, flavorful, and served warm. The service was great, the staff was kind and friendly. The prices are fair, and the food is amazing. Fantastic for food on the go! Rolling with the trending "food trucks" this place is awesome! Everything is made fresh and delicious. The only down side is that they sometimes run out of items, but then again that's the price of being popular. The guys are friendly and the food is amazing! read more

Ok so first off you need to understand this a food truck... Some of the adds online and the way it shows up in Google make it look like an actual restaurant. With that said, the food is actually really good! I mean its greasy comfort food but so yummy. Try the Cajun Shrimp Sandwich! read more

I love the name of the shop coz it's always a feast whenever I order food from this food truck! Their garlic fries are the one to die for! And they also have a pesto chicken sandwich that is juicy and full of flavor. The crew was also really nice. Good job guys! read more

Epic garlic chicken fries are amazing. And they have best black bean burger if you are vegetarian. Best way is call and put in your order before you get there line could get quite long in lunch time. Mostly open Monday thru Friday. read more
