We looked for one contractor to take over the security system at our facility. Doors with access control, panic Bars, CCTV, and locks. We wanted to leave nothing from the older system. Everything new with one company that know everything about the system. So we got in touch with Essential, and I will let the photos talk and show what they did. I Last will thank Isaac, Jose and the office team for all they did for us. Thank you.

Definitely knows what he is doing and does everything possible to resolve the problem in one visit. Isaac is also super nice, and that's a plus! I am really impressed with every aspect of their service. I even referred my sister (Referrals are the best form of flattery for a business, right?!). Another plus is that they are VERY inexpensive compared to other security specialists in Brooklyn. Definitely recommend! P.s. Essential Security Systems will work with your preinstalled alarm system! That was definitely convenient for me and saved us ton of money!!

Just wanted to give a shoutout/recommendation for Yaroslav at Melsteph Inc…read more( Melsteph.inc@gmail.com - 347-634-1761) We are over here at Henry St Brooklyn Heights and had an ABB video intercom installed 5 years ago. Its been great and highly recommend the system, however recently we were replacing our exterior metal door that required disconnecting and connecting the existing strike plate release locks. I reached out to the original company to get a quote and was given a ridiculous outrageous quote (even though original quote 5 years ago was very reasonable) they wanted to come in the morning, remove the unit then sit there the 5 hours would take to install the new door.....then install the lock...... getting paid for the entire time - apparently it was cheaper that way than doing 2 call out fees. Yeh hard pass. After hunting around i found Yaroslav and not only did he know the ABB system but he used to work for the original company.....but he's now independent. Turned up at 7.30 morning of, had everything disconnected and taped up before 8am - was back at 4pm to reconnect/test/ make sure everything was working properly and cheap as. Cant recommend him enough. Feel free to mention Henry St or get in touch if you want to view the work he did.
