The finishing salt was really good with the meat and I used the soy sauce for the mushrooms. The corn cheese was really good -- one of the best I've ever had. It didn't have the usual mayo mix (which is good for me) and instead it was cooked in something sweet (brown sugar?). It was really good and not too rich. I could taste that the corn might be frozen corn though as it was pretty chewy in some parts and didn't have the usual bite fresh or canned corn niblets have.
