I really have to recommend this dish. Also had a pile of their skewers. Taiwanese sausage, chicken gizzard, and 2 flavours of wings. Not the cheapest, but similar in pricing to the competition. Everything got gobbled up. Delicious. Honestly I wish more people knew about this place. I think the only thing stopping them is the rather "bad" (not too visible) location. The 5 star rating for dinner remains.

The second time there were clams and lamb neck? The things that were the same: tomato egg, dumplings, steamed baos, chineze fried donut, and cold dishes like bean sprouts, smashed cucumbers, tea egg, tofu dessert. They also have hot soy milk for drinks. Their deep fried chinese donut has got to be the best I've ever had in my life. With the price of a pair of fried donut being over $6 these days, I get my fix here. Other things are standard, good but not outstanding. I really like having soy milk to drink instead of water. $18.88 is getting a little steep for a limited choice buffet with not too many meat choices. The crab/clam are a nice addition but if there are days without it, it wouldn't be worth. I would rate the food from this place higher than the similar chinese lunch box style place in richmond, K squared mansion.

They have a deal that if you order a pitcher of beer and the chicken for a total of $37. That is basically selling the pitcher of beer to you for $15. B ordered the lunch special beef on rice. The food was really tasty. I really like my chicken. It was juicy and flavorful. I was surprised how empty the restaurant was. Parking is pretty brutal in this parking lot. It is a one way parking and you have to go around the entire parking lot to exit. If you like drinking this is a good place to go to. B said we should come here again.

I wasnt expecting the cheese balls to be sweet but were mildly sweet as well - very oozy and molten centers and crispy exterior - we liked these. Reg tteokbokki was yummy but was verrry spicy - which we didn't mind but it was spicy enough to make some people I know cry lol.. in hindsight, we should've ordered a plain fried chicken and not 2 sweet fried chicken dishes.. I didn't like the garlic crunch chicken- the garlic crunch topping had a buttery and granulated garlic taste that I found nauseating .. the chicken beneath was still deliciously crunchy and juicy.. soy garlic has long been my favorite but it's so much saltier than in Korea.. we liked the food overall but keep in mind the salt/sugar content on future visits - ie, ordering non sweetened foods or asking for sauces on the side. Service was friendly and prompt.

Service was super friendly and prompt. The food was ok. For the all you can eat. The meat options were good and the seasonings used were tasty, however. We also ordered a few of the side dishes and these left a bit to be desired. The teokbokki for example were pretty flavorless and the sauce seemed watered down. Overall I'd expect better for the price

For banchan we got kimchi, pickled radish, a potato dish that's sweet (gamja bokkeum?), and a bean sprout salad. The only thing we ate a lot of was the potato, and they actually gave us a free refill of it! The boneless galbi came with only eight slices. They were super delicious -- the marbling on them was beautiful. The pork belly came with three strips and there was also cuts in it (I assume for faster cooking/searing). The meat also came with four slices of zucchini, one onion ring, and a few mushrooms. The zucchini was delicious on the grill! The mushrooms were really delicious -- it came with cremini and oyster. I particularly really liked the oyster mushrooms. For dipping sauces, there was finishing salt, soy sauce, and a soy sauce/wasabi combo. The finishing salt was really good with the meat and I used the soy sauce for the mushrooms. The corn cheese was really good -- one of the best I've ever had. It didn't have the usual mayo mix (which is good for me) and instead it was cooked in something sweet (brown sugar?). It was really good and not too rich. I could taste that the corn might be frozen corn though as it was pretty chewy in some parts and didn't have the usual bite fresh or canned corn niblets have. Regrettably, after I took a picture of the banchan, I forgot to take a picture of everything else. Service was really good, although they didn't oil our grill.. Ambiance feels like a late night spot (which it probably is?). Although everything was really good, I don't know if I would come again because of the price. In my opinion, everything was too expensive for what we got.

Place gets busy very quickly - so you will want to reserve ahead of time if possible - as the wait can get pretty long. Ventilation for our table was so bad - just kept blowing fumes right into our face - smelled good, but the excessive smoke a bit much. Service was friendly - However, very very slow - just getting the basic tea/water and utensils was a wait - and the wait for the raw meat was even longer -. I find the combos here pretty pricey - not much value for dollar in my opinion - portions were pretty small - even food at other customers tables looked a little lackluster - Don't get me wrong the food was fresh and tasty - In terms of value and service - I won't be able to give it higher then a 3. - most likely will skip this place - as the korean scene in the area is very competitive.

Mothers treat Due to getting manicure nails done i shyed away from trying their marinated crabs and fried chicken. Butttt i did get to try their beef tartare, unfortunately it wasn't as amazing as i hoped it was BUT aesthetics 10/10. I would have preferred for the pear to be more finely sliced instead of it being such big chunks. The dish was missing a bit of flavour. You'll know once you try. There definitely was a generous amount of beef though i do admit. Side dishes did not disappoint! Cheese corn is always a hit almost at any korean place ive been to so im very glad this dish was standard good! I would have loved the tteokboki a bit more but the rice cakes weren't as bouncy and chewy as i would like and the flavour wasn't like sunk into it. The dish was definitely spicy and there wasn't all that much cheese either. I think the stir fried chicken udon was my fave . The menu overall had a good selection and prices were pretty standard, portions are pretty big so be mindful and can easily share. Decor was cute, washroom was clean. Parking is pretty manageable. Service was 10/10. They take all payments. Restaurant is pretty small so i highly recommend you make resos if you know in advance you want to go. I plan on revisiting and trying some fried chicken next time with a soju flight.
