I ordered a cold brew with the sugar free hazelnut & asked for extra syrup, which I soon determined was not necessary. That's a great thing though! It was an amazing sugar free syrup & if you get the SF hazelnut I'd suggest just keeping the amount as is. Their cold brew itself was really yummy too (well from what I could tell because I accidentally asked for too much syrup, hahaha). It is so stinkin' cute inside this shop and I wish I had more time to look around a bit. I definitely plan to go back, and fingers crossed I can try the GF everything bagel next time! We also ordered a breakfast hand pie (why does life not use the term hand pie more often, you just feel so fun ordering one) and an Egg & Cheese Bagel. Both freshly put together and toasted to perfection. It is great when a cafe has actually delicious and intentional food. The staff was more than ready to give their suggestions and help. Moroccan Tea - 5 stars - I first encountered Moroccan tea last year when I vacationed in Morocco. This tea tasted similarly minty and sweet. Iced Chai Latte - 3 stars - My husband ordered this drink. Since we were in the Mars area, we decided to head over to the Mars Brew House. This shop is located in downtown Mars on Pittsburgh Street. It is located in what looks to be an old large house and I think that you were able to go in at one point in time but only the window was open on this morning. The gentleman that was working the window as super nice and introduced his dogs to both of my kids. After looking around for the menu, he had to take a picture of it with my phone so that I could see it. After looking at it l ultimately decided on a large latte and after being asked about a flavor chose toasted marshmallow while my wife also chose a latte and went with hazelnut for her flavoring. It wasn't long before we had our coffees and headed to our car. My coffee here ended up being alright. The flavor of marshmallow was good but I found the coffee itself to be mostly lost behind it and the milk. So it wasn't bad but I just wish that I had more flavor coming through on what should have been the star. My wife did at least enjoy her hazelnut coffee. The bottom line for me is that I might stop by here again in the future. While my wife enjoyed her latte, I definitely could have used more coffee flavor in mine.

The barista seemed a little unsure of the flavors of syrups available and they don't have any latte menus out with featured drinks, but she did recommend a few off the top of her head. The latte was up quickly, as was the danish. The coffee was smooth and the drink wasn't too sweet. The danish was amazing. It looked like it might be dry, but it was so moist and flavorful and the apples were fresh and delicious. I'd go back just for that. The seating area was beautifully decorated with a star ceiling, lots of cozy chairs, and even a little space heater.

Be warned, they don't have a ton of options that are non-caffeinated but the hibiscus lemonade was pretty good. I love that it's open late and would come back!
