Happy to find a coffee shop inside a green forest! There is something so soothing when you're surrounded by greenery and the hanging chairs add a special, relaxing vibe. I ordered a 6 ounce cappuccino and it was definitely on the strong side. Unfortunately, I did not find anything spectacular and savory to eat, but it was already 2 or 3 PM so most things were gone. If I could change anything, it would be the music. Sometimes it was quieter and other times it was loud and some songs were noisy. It interfered with my work. Wow...what a lovely place!!! I was so pleasantly surprised with how beautiful this cafe was inside, especially with all of the wonderful plants! It's such a versatile space where people can come together to use this space however they please (respectfully of course, hehehe). It was wonderful to see the kind of atmosphere Cafe Conmigo has cultivated here...so welcoming! The barista's were very friendly and seemed to have great energy! I had the lemon ginger honey loose-leaf tea, and gosh it was the BEST tea I've ever had in my life! I really enjoy how they have reusable glassware for enjoying items inside the cafe--their super cute mug is pictured here. I'm honestly super excited to go back! I am really trying to get out of my usual coffee shops that I like to hang out at so I decided to start here as I heard so much about it online. I loved how I was greeted and how it felt welcoming + how many things they offer outside of the drinks. They sell plants and other cute little items (esp Pittsburgh themed). Seating was super cool but I sadly needed an outlet and had to reserve at a larger table as the smaller ones were full. I love how the plants and the environment gives a nice work space without it being too overwhelming. I felt comfortable though I felt a bit weird being at a larger table for being 1 person. (I also went in the afternoon about 1.5 hours before they closed). Now let's get into the food and the drink which is probably the highlight of the visit. I am a huge, let me say huge again, matcha snob. I know the best of the best and I get so nervous trying other shop's matchas but I was really blown away with how good this tasted. It wasn't too sweet or too "greeny" and the quality tasted really good compared to other places I have been too. I did get lavender as a flavor shot because some shops are either a hit or a miss with lavender (or any flavor where you can't taste it). I could definitely taste the lavender in here and it was really refreshing. To the gluten free community, this muffin was so good. I wish I remembered the name of who made it but it wasn't too sweet for being a muffin and was really good especially warmed. I felt like I was enjoying a balance of both sweet and refreshing than an overkill. I am also one of those people that would put chocolate with my matcha and possibly lavender as it combines really well. I definitely want to come back and try their coffee drinks as I'm curious about it. Another positive is their parking and getting out of the lot isn't so scary as there is a light and you don't have to risk your life trying to cut across the highway to get where you're going. The only complaint I would have, though it was a lovely treat, is that the pricing seemed a lot higher than what I'm used to paying at other local coffee shops. I felt like $1 for non-dairy milk is odd when a lot of other shops charge either 0 to .50 cents max and I felt like the drink overall was more pricey than if I went to another shop for a matcha. Cafe Conmigo truly has one of the best chai lattes I've had. They don't use a concentrate, which makes it lighter, not overly sweet, and perfectly balanced with warm spices. The interior is unique, cozy, and clearly designed for people settling in to work or study. While that creates a great atmosphere, it can make it difficult to find seating if you're just stopping by for a quick drink. I was a bit surprised by the pricing. A simple breakfast sandwich was $10, and considering it wasn't made to order, the price felt a little steep. read more

The outside of Cafe Conmigo doesn't match the inside. The inside is very aesthetic and cool. I love the swing seats. I also love that it is filled with small businesses and unique items to purchase. However, I do not appreciate that there are not prices on things or signage indicating pricing. There was pricing on some items but not all. I would have definitely purchased things had I known how much they were. Also, no pricing that I could see for the bakery items - I purchased what I thought was a sugar cookie but the girl handed me a chocolate chip cookie and then said, "oh I didn't realize you wanted one of those cookies - those ones are $6". I feel like even the employees are confused on the pricing which made me feel slightly uncomfortable. She also wasn't super personable either. Moving on to the real star of the show and the reason they still get a 5-star review. The banana latte. I am a huge fan of banana and this latte was one of the best I have ever had. While it isn't much to look at - the taste is real and spot on. I didn't realize until after my visit and checking out their instagram - you have to ask for garnishes (cinnamon powder, whipped cream, fruit slices) at no additional charge. Examples of products are baked goods, artwork, condiments, soaps, greeting cards, and many plants. Some of the foods are vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, keto-friendly, dairy-free, or allergen-free. The dozens of species of plants that are available for sell come with information about lighting, watering, and pet-friendliness. I purchased a couple of baked goods that were leftover from Easter. Another super loveable coffee place in Wexford (greater Pittsburgh region) - my favorite thing about this place is the abundance of foliage inside. But the coffee itself was pretty nice. I ordered a cold brew, little milder than what I'm used to but still refreshing. The cookie that I bought looks like a dull, frosted shortbread cookie, but it was much better. Disappointing because I'm pretty sure they forgot the syrup in my blackberry vanilla latte. As a normal iced latte, the latte tasted just like oat milk and whatever brand they use has a specific underlying taste (if that makes sense?). It's not my favorite oat milk because it is less creamy and has some flavor to it. My friends got matcha lemonades- I thought this was ok but didn't get much matcha flavor. Stopped by cafe conmigo to try their flights! Was hoping to try the matcha one but turns out it's a spring/summer special. The current one is a maple themed cold brew or hot coffee flight. I personally was not a big fan of it. I couldn't really taste the maple flavor, and felt the other flavors were too strong. For example, the salted flavor is actually super salty. There was lots of undissolved salt at the bottom of mine. I do appreciate the workspace though. There were many large tables available for customers, and lots of cool things on sale in the cafe. I liked their collection of Pittsburgh magnets by the cash register. It was more busy than I thought and nearly all tables were full. Would recommend keeping that in mid if looking for a non-crowded place to study. read more

Cafe Conmigo is such a vibe! It had been on my list for a long time after receiving recommendations from friends, and it did not disappoint. Upon entering, you're greeted with so many beautiful things: plants, trinkets, and of course the smell of delicious coffee. I spent a lot of time checking out their little marketplace that has so many great finds! I enjoyed their hot lean bean latte, that includes pistachio syrup and skim milk. I was also SO excited that they had treats from Wild Rise Bakery, so I took their vegan pizza roll home and it was such a treat! This place is a vibe! We took the drive into the burbs and it was definitely worth it! There's plenty of parking available when we arrived (early morning ish) and also plenty of tables as we walked inside. The main ordering area is in the middle of the large establishment and then there's different tables, couches, benches, etc. to sit and do work, read a book, meet, etc. There are some great coffees and teas to enjoy. My wife ordered their very berry lavender latte and I got their salty bee in oat milk. We also had a slice of their zucchini bread and their oat bar. This was a perfect breakfast and a start to our work from home day at Cafe Conmingo. We enjoyed the meal and worked for a few hours and had great internet and space to plug in. Stopped here on my way out of Pittsburgh and was pleasantly surprised by how adorable this place is. Not only is the coffee fantastic and the staff very welcoming, but there is a ton of seating making this place a great spot to do some studying or work. Driving from Virginia to Chicago I detoured to come check this place out. The coffee/tea shop has a lot of character inside ranging from plants to a great sitting environment with multiple chair types. Located across Route 19 from the Whole Foods plaza, it's easy to stop by before going shopping. Its ambiance is so inviting especially on a cold winters day with its rich colored wood decor and living plants. Finding seating during peak times can be challenging. The staff is awesome. And the passion for coffee and tea is apparent in the menu offerings. There's ready-made food offerings produced by other local businesses. As well as a wall full of other type products for sale as gifts or for your own home. This visit on a snowy Saturday morning in January, we ordered their seasonal hot chocolate flight. This is a must see in Pittsburgh. The coffees are really unique and good quality. The cafe is an experience in and of itself. There are plants, crafts, candles and other trinkets to browse for sale. The food that we tried was hit or miss, but we mainly went for the coffee so that made up for it. My favorite thing was the berry matcha latte, and we wanted to try the grapefruit cold brew but didn't get a chance. I also heard someone order a cherry blossom latte but it wasn't on the menu so I asked about it and they told me it wasn't only for that one customer who had preordered it. That was a bit of a disappointment, but hopefully I can try it another time. read more

I'm so sad.... I wish this place was closer to the city! What an absolute gem of a cafe. Instantly greeted by the friendly barista. She offered recommendations and I chose the blueberry lemonade elixir. So glad I did because the drink was not only tasty, but photo worthy as well. Not everyday you get a pretty purple drink! I felt like I was enjoying my magical lemonade in a cozy jungle cafe. There are plants everywhere you look, even placed around the outdoor seating. Plenty of comfortable indoor seating as well. Canned/bottled beverage fridge in addition to their simple crafted menu. They also have some baked goodies as well. A lot of the plants are for sale, just ask! They have a wonderful variety of small gift type things lik cards, mugs, bagged coffee, stickers, keychains, and more. You must stop in to see for yourself! I stopped here for a quick coffee, and I wish I had more time to stay. My blueberry lavender latte was really delicious. I did not try any baked goods but they all looked really good. My boyfriend ordered a golden turmeric latte, which was very different. It was more tangy than sweet. The inside of the cafe is so adorable. They have egg chairs hanging from the ceiling, couches, high top counter seating and more. Coffee shops are my ideal place to study or get work/reading done, so this is definitely a cafe I will be returning to! Oh and they sell house plants!! read more

I visited this place on a Saturday when visiting my brother in PA. What a cute little place! This little café is FILLED with plants and local goods. I appreciate that you can order to go or "for here" as a big fan of sustainability. The ambience is exceptional...it's warm with modern and "farmhouse" style lighting. One wall has lots of vintage-looking posters of different national parks and countries. I ordered the sugar-free pistachio latte with oat milk and it was absolutely delicious (5/5!). It was very sweet though. Others in our group had a vanilla latte with oat milk that was good (4/5) and chai tea latte (3/5, kinda watered down, not a lot of spice). I would certainly come again! The only thing stopping me from giving this place 5 stars is consistency. I love the atmosphere, I love the cute local crafts, I love that it is dog friendly, and I love the menu. One day I can have coffee so good that I stop in my tracks and let myself enjoy the moment. The next day I can get the same latte and it barely resembles the flavor from the previous day. What an adorable little shop. The ambiance is so peaceful and welcoming. The shop is located in a little strip of shops on the end with outside tables and many, many plants (most for sale!). Inside there are MORE plants for sale and the most relaxing little coffee shop. They sell many knick knacks and items such as coffee, coffee makers, dog toys, scrapbooking supplies, art, MORE plants, etc. The first time I went I ordered a caramel macchiato and was warned it was the Italian style, a double shot with foam. The lovely barista suggested a vanilla latte with caramel drizzle instead. It was not only delicious, it was also complimented on by other customers. I dined in and went to the other half of the cafe that had much more seating and many comfy seats. I sat in a large wicker chair with large cushions and relaxed. The next time I went I got a lavender latte. It was also amazing. They do have pastries, some grab and go items and a fridge of food and drinks. I will definitely be back for more. Oh! I stopped by here twice recently for my morning coffee. This was probably my 10th or so visit to Cafe Conmingo since it's conveniently located close to both my doctor and my kids as well. The inside consists of a large room for ordering and then a side room with plenty of seating. The inside is definitely on the interesting side. It has the usual coolers, baked goods display case and merchandise area but also had a bunch of cards/mugs/prints for sale and then there are plants everywhere. Finally they have some giant swinging chairs near the back which always seem to have people in them. For my drink on the first morning I went with the cherry blossom latte and on the second morning I went with the Italian Wedding Cookie Latte. Both drinks were actually quite good. The cherry blossom latte had that nice subtle cherry blossom flavor and I really enjoyed it and will say that it was one of the better drinks I have had lately. Then my Italian wedding cookie latte was good too. The syrup was almond flavored and played a nice supporting role to the coffee and milk. The bottom line for me is that I would stop by here again in the future. As a matter of fact I already have. Their coffees and drinks are good although a bit on the higher priced side of things. read more

This place is so cute! I popped in for the first time earlier this week. I loved the decor. Plants everywhere, all kinds of fun seating, plenty of space to sit for hours. There were also games scattered around. My kid loved the big connect 4 and the swing seats. Staff was very friendly. We chatted a bit about different coffees. I tried the spring special Cold Brew con miel. It was a tiny bit sweet, but not too much. I usually just like milk and no sweetener in my cold brews, but this was just the right hint - perfect for an afternoon treat. They have a few baked goods to choose from - my 5-year-old was a big cake pop fan. I saw a few people comment that it's pricey, but it seems in line with most other coffee houses in the area. I'm not often in Wexford, but I might even make a special trip to visit here again. read more

Ok, but pricey. I was so excited to try this place and it was on my list pretty much since it opened. The place is super cute inside and conveniently located off the highway. I wanted to try to coffee flights I kept seeing on instagram. I was a little dumbfounded that it was ~$15 for the coffee flight, which consisted of about 4 ounce pours of 4 types of coffees. (image like slightly more than a double shot glass of coffee each). We also got the tea flight, which was about the same price. We spent just over $50 (plus tip), and were still hungry and thirsty when we left. the food and drink quality was good, but unfortunately I don't think I would be coming back here based on the quantity/quality for the price. read more
