I can never bring myself to believe it that a business could refuse to follow a court order for so long. I spent endless time and energy during this period and I hope you, whomever reading this review, could save your life and stay away from this company. What's both funny and frustrating is that this is not really a "win" for me - I'm literally just getting back my extra money paid to another provider to clean up Pacific Pest Mgn's mess. I cannot even collect interest because they filed SC-105 when I was out of the town, so the case was automatically closed after 10 days without the typical 10% annual interests (total $237.55).

During their inspection of the crawl space, they found and documented with photos all of the entry points they identified and sealed. In addition, the service technician discovered a water leak and showed us exactly where it was located. We would have never known about this leak without the photos he provided. We were shocked that the previous two companies never mentioned the leak, which turned out to be caused by a bad water pipe connection from the previous owners' remodel. After the work performed by 3 Step Rodent Proofing, the crawl space was rat-free. We did not see another dropping around the vents. About a year later, my wife thought she heard noises under the house. I was pretty sure the sound was coming from our HVAC system, but decided it was better to be safe than sorry.
