If I could give this place a zero I would ! I had an appointment to have my glass repaired at my work between 12-4. No one SHOWED UP! Not a call or anything. I tried calling at 415 and it would go to voicemail but the mailbox was full. So at 530 I get a phone call from the service tech apologizing and saying he will be there in 15 minutes to do the job. However I was at my work and I would be getting off at 6pm and I have a 45 minutes drive home. I said " No I will not be waiting for my car to be done when I'm off work " we rescheduled for 2 days later and I was PRIORITY and my appointment would be at 530am at my work. And GUESS WHAT. NO CALL NO SHOW!!! What kind of business runs like this ? I will make sure that my friends and family will NOT be using this company. PS. Driving down the 60 and my husband and I hear air coming from what we thought was the defroster, come to find out the windshield is not sealed correctly! If you push against the windshield you can hear MORE air escaping thru the seal! You are suppose to be good at one thing and you cannot even do that correctly. You are endangering people lives. I had my windshield replaced by A & E because they enticed me with the promise of $150 cash back for using them, well it's been well over a year and no money yet! Only empty promises of its in the mail or we'll Zelle it to you. I called today and get the dumbest reason for not honoring their promise...the coronavirus!! I was a person f my word and allowed them the opportunity to fix my windshield, I just wish they would honor theirs and follow through on what they had agreed to. I've used this place twice now and have very different experience is the both of them were not great. The first time, the technician brought me a scratched piece of glass. He noticed it after install, so he said he would come the following week and give me a new piece of glass. The following week, he didn't show up and I called the company to find out an ETA. They called, and then they showed up quickly and change my windshield. This most recent time, which was over three weeks ago, the windshield did not have any problems with it. However, the technician showed up an hour after the five-hour window they gave me and I didn't receive an ETA phone call. I had to call at 2 p.m. and ask what the time was. However, based on the way it was placed on my car, when I drive, there's a whistling sound. I called the company to discuss their warranty and get the windshield repositioned, I emailed multiple times, and all I got back so far was one call two weeks ago asking if this had been taken care of or if I have been contacted by the warranty department. this time, they didn't even give a check immediately. They give a voucher would you have to submit online and then wait to get the payment incentive. so now I'm sitting here with that whistling windshield waiting for somebody to actually reach back out to me for the numerous times I called and emailed without my cash incentive. Very bad customer service and bad timing on the company's part. Save the headache, and use another company. read more

This should be ZERO stars because these folks won't even return a phone call. Called them on Wednesday 5/1 and again on 5/2 to get a windshield replaced and a chip filled (on a second car). No human, just a machine answered, and I (foolishly) waited 24 MINUTES on hold the first time for a live person, while a recording told me every few minutes that I could leave a message and they'd call me back, or continue to hold for a live person. No one ever picked up. I finally gave up after the 24 minutes and left a very detailed message with name, phone number, details of the work I needed. No return call that day or the next, so next afternoon I called again. Same recording, after waiting about 10 minutes, I hung up, having already left a message. TWO WEEKS LATER, NO ONE HAS CALLED ME. Clearly these folks have no concept of customer service, and after a little research, I'm also highly suspicious about these "cash rebate" type offers for insurance-paid repairs, which are apparently verge on fraudulent kickbacks. I did the advertised deal where you get $140 rebate plus a free meal in December of 2019. Initially on the add, it says you get the money immediately. They told me they would mail the check within 30 business days. I had to call them back after not receiving it, they said they would mail it on March 10 2020. I opened a claim and ordered a windshield in February 2019. After multiple unreturned phone calls, and a trip to their office, the windshield was finally replaced in May 2019. The following day I submitted the online form to claim the rebate. After multiple emails and phone calls, I opened a BBB complaint in April 2020. I have still not received the rebate check. UPDATE!! I have called Sharon multiple times, left my phone number and address yet not a return phone call or rebate in the mail. Just another manipulative, false tactic to reply that they are responsive and would like to help. Don't use them, there are a thousand other choices so don't make the same mistake I did. I hate liars. UPDATE!! For one, they use incredibly cheap windshields, I had mine replaced only a few months ago, to have it cracked again. But I figured for $120 bucks in my pocket I'd call them again. I waited the 4 hour time block at home during the time they promised to be here. They never showed, never called, it took me waiting on hold 3 separate times for 45 minutes each to finally get to be rescheduled. I guess they smartened up, they don't pay you cash anymore, they tell you they will mail you the check in the mail, knowing that most people will forget. Well it has been a month now and guess what, that check they promised was never mailed. I wonder if I'll ever see it or how much time it will suck out of my life to get it. AWFUL experience so far. I contacted A & E after hearing all the commercials hyping up their service, so I was excited to try them out. My first call went great, a girl named Danielle was super helpful, we got the ball rolling on setting up a claim with my insurance company, and she took care of everything she said she would on her side. She sent me a text right after our call, and even sent a follow up text a few days later checking in to see if I had sent the inspection photos to my insurance company yet. Unfortunately she was the last helpful person I dealt with, everything went downhill from there. I called the number provided in the text messages a few days after I had sent everything to my insurance company, just to check on the status, and it wouldn't connect, like it was a wrong or disconnected number. So, I called the general business number and got another girl, who told me that everything came through and I should be receiving a call from scheduling soon. Almost a week later, nothing. So, I called back, and spoke with a man who said that everything had NOT come through, and they were still waiting for a referral number from my insurance company. Incredibly frustrated with the miscommunication and additional wait time I had already experienced, I called my insurance company to get to the bottom of this, who said they sent an email to A&E ONE WHOLE WEEK earlier. This man expressed that he was sorry for all the trouble I had been through, but that he would send me a text, and as soon as I had my referral number, that I could just text it to him and he would take care of pushing everything through. Guess what text never arrived??? So, I called back A&E, and spoke with another man this time, who I told I had my referral number, and then I shared my whole experience with. The reaction I received? He acted like I had no idea what I was talking about, and told me their company 'doesn't even do half of the things you're saying,' which is NOT something you tell someone who is already frustrated with your customer service, his attitude was awful...Anyway, when we finally circled back to the topic of the referral number, he acted surprised and annoyed when I reiterated that I had it, which I had already stated AT THE BEGINNING OF THE CALL. Turns out it didn't matter that I had this magical number that he was so eager to get, because he didn't even know how to use it, and claimed that there had to be a different number provided. He claimed he tried looking up my information and referral every which way, but it wasn't the right number. He then tried to conference call my insurance company, and after 3 or 4 attempts of him trying whatever random extensions he had...I was hung up on. He never even tried to call me back, even though he had all of my information in front of him. I immediately called back, sat on hold for over 30 minutes (this is all while sitting at work, mind you...) to finally reach another guy. I told him I had my referral number, gave him a short and sweet version of the hassle I had dealt with, and left it at that. This guy knew exactly what to do with my referral number (apparently it had to be filed without the 3 letters in front of it, which the guy before this one claimed he tried...yeah right) and was FINALLY able to complete my claim. He told me I would receive a call from scheduling soon, so now I wait... Oh and fun fact, I asked the final guy who I just spoke with if they keep a record of who speaks with the clients and when, and he said yes, but on my account it ONLY shows that I spoke with Danielle...so apparently the 3 useless people that I spoke to between her and this guy logged nothing of our conversations. Had my windshield replaced and was given a $20 check for the balance from the $120 promo. I deposited it at Chase in my bank account and it was returned NSF. I was also charged a $12 fee by Chase. So now A & E has cost my $32. What kind of a business writes its customers bad checks? It makes my wonder about the quality of my windshield replacement. I used them for the first time because I heard about them on 104.7fm but I will never use them again. I will also be contacting the police and BBB as I read other reviews and see that this isn't the first "bad "check that has been written. I was really optimistic about this company at the start. When trying to get in touch with them to schedule an appointment, they were readily available and very informative. The process of communicating between them and Geico to schedule my windshield replacement was easy as can be. Now, 12 days after I've tried depositing my $120 check which bounced and my bank charged me for, they are impossible to reach. I have called their billing department every day and end up on hold for ages. But I have a job and other responsibilities like anyone else that make it impossible to sit on the phone on hold for an hour - as if that's acceptable under any circumstance! I would highly recommend using any other glass company you can find. read more

I was looking for a glass company who would replace my front and back glass. I heard good things about them both on the radio and from coworkers, plus their incentives sound nice (cash back, dinner vouchers, etc), so I thought I'd go out of my insurance and try them. First time I called, I was on hold for 20 minutes and tried to leave a message, but their voicemail box was full. Called a second time, was on hold for over an hour and finally got a hold of someone. The person I talked to was nice, courteous, and answered my questions. I set up an appointment and was told they service my part of town between 9am and 1pm. Day of the appointment, no call, no show. I attempted to call again to find an eta, and was on hold for another 30 minutes before finally giving up. Finally went with another company who actually answered their phones and showed up to the job. And the other company was cheaper too! My only inclination is that they seriously need to hire more staff. They're trying to do too much too fast and they're losing customers because of it. read more

So after reading these reviews, I guess I am not the only one that had issues with this company. They brought the wrong windshield out for my original appointment, got the windshield replaced on their second trip. Submitted the required documents in October 2019, I have yet to receive the rebate check, every time I inquire about it I get sorry we are behind on rebates. Now they are giving instant rebates? How? They also have a theater and free ice cream for consumers that stay while their vehicle glass is being replaced! I guess I can figure out where my rebate went!!! First of all it takes a minimum of 20 mintues to get ahold of someone anytime you call. Secondly, if you dont like answering phones, go find a new job. The man who i talked to twice one to set up an appointment and one reschedule, was so damn rude. Completely acted like he didnt care he's representing a business and like he had no other choice to be there. So after calling multiple time to try and get through, he acted like i was a complete burden for asking him to reschedule. And after he rudely asked for my information said someone would call me back because thats not his job, he only does insurance, then why the hell are you answering scheduling calls. Horrible experience. Called them to set the initial claim. My insurance required an inspection. The inspection was completed as required. Now they won't answer their phones. I heard their commercial on the radio and thought I'd give them a try. It took multiple phones calls for several days- never reached anyone when calling. You can't leave a message as their VM was full. There automated message says your the "5th" caller in the queue every single time I called, no matter what day or time- that was a "set" up to look professional and is fake. Nobody answers the phone, and never did any of the times I called, morning, noon or early evening. I then did an online quote, received a call the following day, set up an appointment. They called me 2 days later at 7pm at night to cancel the appointment the next morning which I took off the morning for work to do this. They couldn't give me another appointment until 5 days later. Absolutely the fastest response ever on Yelp! I spoke with Sherolyn after I posted my update regarding not getting the rebate. She promised it would be taken care of and I got the rebate within 2 days! I have to change my opinion - they stepped up and impressed the heck out of me! I mean, the work was EXCELLENT and even though it took a while to get the rebate (they had an unfortunate situation with a scammer hacking their bank account), I am very grateful for the professionalism and would not hesitate to use them again. Sounds like a great deal but don't expect to be able to contact them for "lifetime" warranty replacement . Also do not expect anything less than sub par or poor workmanship. They use great glass but the installers were too busy messing around and having fun during instal that they didn't seal the glass with enough glue. So when it came time for a car wash water leaked into my car and ruined lots of electronics I've been trying to get a hold of them but this is ridiculous. Have been on hold and left messages but no one ever calls. Update. Got glass replaced with a different company that fixed all the garbage seals they put on gave me the same rebate. However, I had to pay out of pocket for the electronics mounted near headliner of windshield. First it was promised they would come to my house to assess the damage and check the leaking seals. That was never resolved as they just blew me off and several attempts to call months were half hour hold times with hang ups. Guess they keep having phone/internet problems for close to a year now (since this was a response from them to problem on reviews mentioned before mine) Stay far away from this company out to do terrible install on glass then waste your time trying to get a hold of them to see if they'd like to fix anything. read more

DO NOT USE. Not worth the headache. The rebate is a scam. You deal with 808 if you are a Geico customer and it's all a sh*t show. You have to practically stalker call them to get an appointment and get people to show up to fix your glass. Then they will give you a window of time they will be there BUT come after the window is over. No one is on the same page. Every time you call you get a different answer. Last week they told me they mailed my rebate. This week they told me that it's not paid by Geico. Then Geico basically confirms that's not true at all. read more

They advertise get 120 back for windshield replacement. So my wife and I each had to replace them. It take way to long to wait on hold just to get them to answer. Then it took like two weeks to get them out. So finely they get done. Then I get an envelope with a note saying I had to get on line and register to get my money back. Now it's been 2 more and still no money in the mail. I have left voicemails and no one has called. We have used other glass companies in the past. Never again will we use this company. Poor customer service!We had our windshields (2) done in May placed our rebate information on website the same day and we still have not received rebate! We have called three times and was told the check is in the mail. 8/16/19 still no rebate. Emily mgr said that she doesn't have control of when checks are sent. This company promises 120 check for window replacement 30 days after insurance company pays them. It's been almost 8 weeks and still no check. Emailed several times, no response. When calling you have to wait 25-30 minutes to speak with someone. I would not recommend this company The customer service advised me that the tech would hand me a check after install. That is not true and she knew that. I spoke to Progressive six 3 weeks ago and they said they paid. I will check again Owner just responded to advise me that they just billed Progressive today for windshield replaced on April 5, 2019. I don't think 1 star is low enough. I called Tuesday the same day my windshield was damaged, scheduled for today Thursday my install window was 12-4. I never recieved my 30min ETA call. I called at 3:45 to let them know I'd be going home soon and had to leave a message AFTER I waited 25min and was disconnected. I called on my way home after another 36min sometime finally picked up. The tech LIED and said they called me. THEN the person on the phone said sorry we're short in glass I'm not even sure we have your glass in stock..... Which is it the tech called to install or you don't have the glass for my scheduled appointment? AND the person who has me on hold again said they can't reschedule until next Tuesday even though the crack migrated from the top passenger side to across the driver's line of sight. So unless they can come out tomorrow to replace my windshield (if she ever comes back on the line now at 53min and counting) I'll have to call my insurance and find a company who wants my business because as much as their recording says how important I am to them I am really not thinking I am. 55min still waiting.......
