So I've been coming here regularly, I'm talking once or twice a week. If someone actually comes to buy food and you see him enough I don't think you should charge an additional 1$ fee just to use my debit card. It's been fine always and now all of a sudden they have a 15$ card minimum. So on top of having to wait 30 minutes for a simple cheeseburger order now you have to pay more. What got me even more frustrated is if I pay an extra 1$ and ask for just hot sauce, is it that hard to give me a packet or 2 of hot sauce? TLDR - This is a very solid local place, but it looks like they have a bit of work to do. Even though I lived in the area for a while, it was only recently that I decided to try out their food. I got their hot spicy chicken breast burger, cheeseburger, spicy crispy chicken wings, and a crispy garlic chicken wrap. The chicken burger was good! Even thought it was white meat, it was very well seasoned and had a lot of flavor, and the bun was fluffy and rich. The mayonnaise was a bit strong in flavor, but some people may really enjoy that. The cheeseburger was really disappointing. Wherever they got their chicken from, their beef was clearly from another provider. It was gray, had a strange metallic taste, and tasted even more processed than fast food places do. I could only have a few bites before I began feeling really sick and had to throw it out. The wings, just like the chicken burger, was really good! They were fresh, juicy, and had a very generous amount of seasoning. Their crispiness was the real deal, very flaky but without being too oily. I wouldn't imagine many being dissapointed with their wings. The wrap had chicken that followed suit with the rest of their chicken menu items. Not only was it tender and savory, but it had a garlic aroma that was noticeable but not overwhelming. Unfortunately, the rest of the wrap had a poor assembly with inadequate ingredients. The tortilla had a very chewy pull and had a floury aftertaste, while the lettuce was scattered all over the container and there was very little in the wrap itself. I also asked for cheese in mine, but the cheese was not melted properly and had a bit of a salty-sour aftertaste as well. If you are looking for some good chicken, it looks like 98K Hamburg is the place. However, their more complex items seem to be more processed and does not have the same kind of care that their chicken has. If they want to increase their overall quality, I would suggest that they remove any menu items that they feel that they cannot guarantee the quality of, such as their cheeseburger or their wrap. read more
