I very surprised how good the food was!!! It's bar food with a twist. I am not Leaving the review for the food it's more about the service. The bar tender and the manager are great the work well together. Very friendly!! Nice job I think his name was Anthony! read more

We had a costume night recently on 10/18/25. Staff at the front desk greeted and helped with any and all questions we had. We first had drinks at the bar, bar staff are super friendly and work fast. After we got our lane we ordered a pitcher of the mimosa, there's so much seating and the music definitely fit the vibe. I would go back again. read more

Had an event here and everyone was so kind and helpful!!! From the manager, the staff, the bartender made the best ginger ale ever!!! Would definitely come back with some friends for a fun girls bowling night. Also most important clean!! I didn't order any food, but the pretzels that were part of the catering was perfect! I had like 4 which I had no business eating because bread hurts my stomach . Thank you to your amazing staff and crew! read more

Concept of 810 is really fun but the service sucks. Food portions are way overpriced. Waited 25 minutes for drinks that tasted mostly like juice. The crowd is a mixed age group on a weekend night and music/karaoke is great. Lots of games to play after you purchase your fun activity (connect 4, giant jenga) read more

I pulled up to 810 Entertainment feeling like I was about to headline a tour stop. First trip flying with my brand new Pelican case for my bowling balls--had that thing rolling through the airport like I was on the PBA payroll. I was ready to throw absolute missiles. Instead... I stepped into a bowling alley that felt like it was actively at war with bowling. Let's start with the lanes. I don't know who's in charge of oiling them, but I'm convinced they retired in 2007 and no one replaced them. These things were so dry I could've started a campfire at the foul line. My plastic spare ball--a ball that normally goes straighter than a tax return--was hooking like it just got its CDL and decided to take the scenic route. I've seen dump trucks make tighter turns. By frame three I'm looking at my ball like, "who hurt you?" Naturally, I turned to survival tactics. Thought about rubbing wing grease on the coverstock just to get something--anything--through the front part of the lane. And honestly? The wings and fries were the only thing in this building doing their job. Absolutely incredible. If this place leaned into being a restaurant and gave up on bowling entirely, they'd be thriving. Now let's talk about the approaches... because WHAT IN THE BARNYARD HELL WAS THAT? I wore my brand new bowling shoes in there and walked out looking like I just stomped through a county fair livestock pen. The soles were so caked with grime I half expected to hear a "moo" when I took a step. No slide, no consistency--just vibes and debris. After one game I said screw it and bowled in my socks like a man who's given up on society. And for some reason--while we're all out here fighting for our lives--they're rationing beer like it's the apocalypse. Only two pitchers at a time for the group. Two. Meanwhile I'm trying to process why my spare ball just snapped across the lane like it saw a ghost. Then... the string pins. I don't even know how to describe this in a way that does it justice. It's like bowling inside a puppet theater run by someone who's never seen bowling before. Pins flying, getting yanked, doing weird little mid-air decisions--nothing felt real. Clean pocket hits turning into splits, absolute garbage hits striking like they were blessed by the bowling gods. It wasn't pin action, it was a social experiment. Final verdict: * New Pelican case: tour-ready, carried the whole night * Food: elite, life-saving, borderline reason to return * Lanes: criminally dry, should be investigated * Approaches: petting zoo conditions * Beer service: confusingly strict for no reason * Pins: possessed marionettes Would I go back? Yeah... but only if I'm eating wings, drinking beer two pitchers at a time like a responsible citizen, and leaving the bowling balls safely locked in the Pelican where they can't be harmed. read more

This place is great for families too. Nice lanes, great two bars, lots of pool tables, A/C was perfect, very big space. Bartender hella cool. The bigger bar was closed probably until later in the evening. We just got drinks, food is limited, we wanted a good lunch before heading to airport, so ate elsewhere. But definitely a cool spot and jukebox read more

Didn't have food. Just came for drinks and pool. Had a great time! Nice fun hip atmosphere. Would come back to go bowling!! read more

Couldn't pass up a challenge to play pool and bowl. This place was fun and has great vibes. The drinks were well crafted and served quick.

This place is awesome! Especially after having a horrible experience at the place next-door: Stadium Sports Bar & Lounge. Was immediately greeted by staff at the front and grabbed a seat at the bar for Sunday Night Football. Tons of lanes for bowling and tables for billiards if that's your thing. Special shout out to Anthony & Melissa who made my night- They were both so personable and friendly! Food & drinks were awesome and at a reasonable price! Thanks for turning my night around, will definitely be back... read more

I was so happy to stumble upon this place for an excellent date night out! New fresh clean hip feel, great atmosphere, GREAT pricing ($10 an hour (adult) for bowling which is 2 to 3 games based on how fast you go, $10 an hour to play pool regardless of how many people play, $4 shoe rental, unsure on kids pricing), food was surprisingly delicious and well priced, and yummy drinks. We will definitely be back, and will refer it to anyone and everyone. I posted lots of pictures of all the different games - pool, darts, bowling of course, giant Jenga and an overall great vibe and nice service - AT your table or couch - NO standing in line at some basic snack bar here. Also posted pictures of updated menu. read more

This was by far the absolute best customer service by both managers (that just jumped right in) that I have had in YEARS! Thank you so much for such a fun time, great food, fun drinks, and an overall great experience. Corrine- thank you! And what a fun mock tail Sam made me. It was great!! We just loved it all. read more

Might be a cool place to bowl and play pool. I went for neither. I went because the sign outside said "scratch kitchen", they had chicken on the menu, and they had a big sign outside of someone shooting baskets in an indoor basketball game which looked fun. The chicken was overpriced bar bleh. There was no basketball games. Just pool and bowling. Again to be fair this might be a good place for pool and bowling. They had lots of pool tables and I think 4 bowling lanes. Vibe was quiet. Not intimate or fun per se, just kinda like a big room with pool tables. Employees mostly standing around because there wasn't much to do. (I don't blame them for that.) Service was fine. I remember feeling a little awkward when I asked for water and a food menu. They seemed caught off guard but nothing bad. Food took a while considering how empty it was but I mean it wasn't a bad experience. Just mediocre. That was six months ago and I haven't been back despite living one block away and walking to cityscape several times per week for food and fun. read more

Stopped in here to continue my bday celebration after brunch. We had a great time! The drinks were really good and some of my party ordered hookah. Definitely recommend. And the dj was playing the hits! read more

This place is fantastic. I held a business event there for 40 people including bowling, dinner and drinks. We had multiple nights out during our law firm retreat and people absolutely loved this night. This is NOT your average bowling alley; it is very clean, intimate, the food is amazing, and the service could not be better. For a fun night out, a party, or an event of any sort (rehearsal dinner, business retreat, birthday party), Bowling 810 is a perfect choice. If we are back in Phoenix again, we will repeat for sure! read more

horrible food detracts from the whole experience. it's awesome but the food is actually disgusting. I never send food back but this is the first time. eat elsewhere and the bowing is decent and it's a clean spot. read more

This place was overall wonderful! Walked in with a party of four and was greeted with a friendly smile by an employee name Asani. She set up with our pool game and our bowling lane. The manger was also present and was welcoming. We didn't get any food when we were there but the menu had some good options to snack on. My friends and I enjoyed the vibe of the place. We had lots of fun and we like how there was no issues with the bowling lanes. Recommend coming here; for sure coming back! read more

I was in the Phoenix area work and several of us (8 total) came here for dinner and drinks. We were lucky to hit happy hour! We ordered mostly appetizers. We had the spinach dip, the loaded nachos, the rosemary fries, the fried pickles, the two types of wings, chili cheese fries (at least that's all I recall). Usually at a place with bowling, billiards, and ping pong the food is greasy and nauseating - NOT true here! The food was super good (except maybe the fried pickles). We had a variety of drinks. I had cider which is one of my go-to's. There was music, which was loud, but not deafening; several large screen TVs with various sports playing; and the above mentioned billiards, bowling, and ping pong. The service was tremendous; they put together two long tables to accommodate our group and they did a pretty good job of keeping up with our orders and keeping our glasses refilled. OH! And the water they gave us at the start were LARGE glasses of water - much appreciated! Highly recommend for groups! read more

Great place for pool and bowling! Drinks are amazing! Would recommend, especially for a date night.

Came here today with my co workers for a quick happy hour celebration for my birthday. The Bangin Shrimp was bangin, the Crush drinks were crushin', and to top it off, our server surprised me with a brownie and ice cream for my birthday. Great fun, good food, good drinks, and amazing service. Not to mention, the happy hour drinks and specials were reasonably priced and you have plenty of tasty options to choose from. Myself and my team will be back soon! read more

Such a great environment! The bowling was fun, it is like a combination of traditional bowling and duck pin bowling with the pins being on cords. The pins don't fall the same as with traditional bowling but it is still a good time! Also the lanes are oiled very well, but it's great for just a fun game with friends! We got pitchers of beer that were great! And we got the soft pretzels which were surprisingly good! They were crispy and flakey on top! read more

This place looks cool on the inside but you can't bring gear, foods expensive, and even worse the bowling alleys don't even have oil! Absolutely worst bowling alley I've gone to and it's somehow worse than a place with tilted lanes but I can still curve the ball, the service is chill, but anyway it's all the bowling alleys with no oil?!?! This place is supposed to be for pro bowling but how can it be that when you can't bring gear nor oil on the lane. read more

A perfect retro hipster experience. Like stepping into a Rat Pack hangout, we were expecting Dino and Frank to join us on the leather couches by the red velvet drapes aligning our alley. The place is pristine clean with a great, friendly staff. Though we already had eaten before coming, there's a great snack menu and a full bar. Come slay some pins here ... you will not regret it. read more

Came for a going away. It was hot! We asked multiple times but no one turned the AC down. The food was okay. I ordered the bang bang shrimp but had to send it back to ask for it to be recooked to be hotter. The atmosphere was great, great place, lots of fun bowling. The waiter was very attentive but didn't tell us about the gratuity being added so we have more than we would have. Overall we had fun and would go back but not for food. read more

Great clean upscale atmosphere. The managers on shift on Sunday night were pleasant and Asani is super helpful at the front!

WORST lanes I've EVER bowled at. Even our friendly server, quick service, and okay food didn't make up for how bad the lanes were. I even told the server I'm going to have to put in a bad review, and she was still nice to us. Haha. So, back to why these were the worst lanes ever... There was absolutely no oil on the lane we were at making it nearly impossible to hit the head pin with any sort of spin/action. And, as a righty, forget about picking up that spare on the 10 pin, if you somehow were able to manage knocking 9 pins down. If this was a dive bar, maybe I'd give it a 3 star for service/food/drinks, but since this is a bowling alley, I have to give this place a 0/1 star. read more

Good food and drinks, easy check in. We just reserved pool tables and played for a couple hours, but it was all great!

Bobby makes a mean cocktail. Great bartender! This place is super fun, definitely a go to when downtown.

We had an ABSOLUTE AMAZING time tonight! Celebrated a birthday and the hospitality was 10/10. Corrine was the BEST....so friendly, accommodating and made our night better than we could have asked for. Corrine and the GM personally sang Happy Birthday. I will definitely come back again and again. Pay them a visit you WILL NOT be disappointed. read more

Our server was very uninterested in helping us with our orders. The music sucked, I asked our waitress to switch it up, she said no the CEO was in the building. Then I asked the manager, she switched the music 15 minutes later. Thankful for the change tho. read more

My husband and I really enjoy bowling and found this place near our hotel. It is really over priced for bowling prob 30-40% more than any average alley. But, it's in a downtown area so we settled. The balls are off-centered. Also, the pin setters are on strings so they don't fall like at traditional alleys with automatic pin setters. The place was decorated nicely, but it was hot and a little humid. They definitely should've cranked the AC up. read more

The food was absolutely AMAZING, & the host with the Beautiful name, "Asani" was the best! . I'll definitely be coming every Weekend

Bobby was amazing!!! He made amazing drinks and was so accommodating to us. He made my diabetic friend drinks that wouldn't cause her issues. Will come back for him. read more

I came in to watch a UFC fight and catch a quick bite and and a drink. The food and drink were decent, gravy fries and a Maker's and coke, kind of hard to screw up. I sat at the bar top it wasn't crowded and I never had worse service, ever! It took over 20+ minutes later my fries were still not delivered. They get dropped off and the server says "oh yeah I'll get you silverware, 10 minutes later and half way through my fries he remembers to get my silverware. Not once was I checked in on again. One hour and twenty minutes later and the bar even emptier I had to practically beg to be closed out. Horrible service. read more
