Awful experience. We had a 5:30 reservation, arrived on time. Have eaten here 10+ times so I was surprised how salty the food came out. Promptly at 6:30 the hostess came to our table and said I need this table for another party - you have 5 minutes to leave. Are you kidding me?! They book tables in 1 hour increments? What a joke. Spoke the manger and she was unhelpful. The table next to us had food on the table when we arrived so obviously they were there before us and they weren't asked to leave. They sat us near the window, and my husband had an awesome view. Carla was our waitress. She found out it was our first time and took us through the whole menu, noting her preferences. It was nice to get a feel for everything they offer. We ordered Brie bites, grilled asparagus, piquillo peppers, and pork ribs. The Brie bites were amazing. My husband said, "That's how Brie should be." It was super melty, with a sweet dipping sauce, and disappeared quickly! The asparagus was really good, and the crab stuffed peppers. The duck was not our favorite, but it was fine. Service was a little slow. We wait a while for our waitress, so maybe Carla was covering for someone. Had a reservation and were seated promptly. Service was good, but the food was completely mediocre. Wanted some yummy food after being on the slopes and this left more to be desired. We got the Crispy Chicken Croquettes which were bland pretty crispy overall okay. The Patatas Bravas, they were very crispy, but had little sauce (which was not spicy at all) and had burnt herbs surrounding the plate. The Albondigas were so tough we only finished one and then asked for the check. The two things that gave it two stars was the service and the drinks. I had the Red Wine Sangria and my fiancé had the Spicy Margarita. If you are looking for somewhere in Park City that has decent food look elsewhere. This place was absolutely and utterly terrible!! As a proud Spaniard, I was profoundly disappointed with this place. I understand completely to get truly authentic Spanish classics like tortilla española and pulpo a la gallega (Polbo a Feira) it's not realistic in Utah but damn make an effort in approaching a reasonable level of authenticity to the dish. Especially Tortilla Española it's literally only potato, eggs, Olive oil, onions (if you prefer), and salt! It's not supposed to taste like an actual cake! What a disaster! Not good my friend. My husband and I dined at 710 Bodega last night with another Couple. We enjoyed most of the tapas we ordered, except for the Brussel Sprouts. We were served 6 Brussel sprouts cut into halves, that were still crunchy and whatever they put on them was not appealing to the eye or the tastebuds. But the service was TERRIBLE. We waited for the servers for 20-30 minutes to bring water. The food came out and the drinks (Beer and Champagne) took another 20 minutes to arrive. Yes, the place was full, but if you can't bring the drinks then that is incompetence at a new level. Our server was never to be found as we wanted more bread, or more water. The place cleared out until there was only 2 tables left and we were still wanting of things. Another 30 minutes went by before I flagged down another waiter to ask about dessert. He was extremely rude and wanted to know what we wanted without giving us a dessert menu. Finally we ordered and it took another 15 minutes for dessert to be served. We also wanted after dinner drinks but he couldn't take our order so we waited for another server to take cognac orders. More waiting... Then we saw that all the servers were eating inside. What happened to taking care of patrons? If you cannot take care of your patrons, someone else will and we will be looking for another place to eat, because of the poor and rude service. read more

It's just incredibly not good. Chimichurri is not chimichurri, it's pico de gallo. Chicken sewers sucked. Potatas Bravas we're garbage, undercooked potatoes with weak sauce. Duck rolls were plain and basic. Only good thing here was the pork ribs, they were delicious. Hilarious claim considering we could see their iPad with all reservations and our table was clearly marked. Everything about this place was awesome! We had a part of 2, no reservation on a Saturday, and happily sat at the bar. Started the night with a glass of red wine and had a few tapas. Service was quick and very professional - food came out quick and everyone was very attentive to serving us. I'd say this spot is underrated in Park City. I have to say, I went into this restaurant with high hopes based on other Yelp reviews and was extremely disappointed. My girlfriend and I were looking for a good meal in downtown PC after a day on the slopes and sadly, 710 Bodega did not deliver. Our experience was only so-so. First and foremost, the food was blah. When I go for tapas, I expect flavorful food with lots of fun spices that really burst with flavor. Everything we ordered seemed to be missing flavor. Maybe it was our choices, but I think the best thing we ordered was the salad and bread basket (pretty disappointing at a tapas restaurant). The second issue was the service. Our waitress was rude and seemed impatient for us to get going. In my mind, tapas are meant to be served over time and enjoyed - not rushed. She was constantly coming by trying to clear our plates and get us moving. I will admit we were an earlier reservation (6pm). But seriously - expect your customers to sit for a bit to enjoy their tapas post-skiing. Her impatience prevented us from ordering anything additional. The only plus side of the experience was the cost. This place was actually pretty reasonable for being on Main Street in PC. With all of the fun options in PC, I doubt I will be back. The location couldn't be better as it's smack dab on the charming Park City Main Street. While many other restaurants in this area are overpriced tourist traps, 710 Bodega is pretty good! Some of our favorites included Patatas Bravas (great flavor and generous portions), the Brussels sprouts, the lamb lollipops, and the Piquillo Peppers. The drink menu also seemed extensive. However, our server wasn't amazing. We had to ask her to bring us bread -- only knew that was a thing because we started noticing all the other tables with bread baskets. Half way through, she forgot the request our second order so we waited a lot longer than necessary. This is a fun spot but come with a group so you can try lots of things. Specifically, a group who shares your same food preferences, restrictions, etc. And this is more of a destination meal, not a quick fix read more

The octopus salad was underrated. Yes the salad is kinda warm from the freshly grilled octopus, but you immediately forget that detail once the food enters your mouth because the flavors are AMAZING. We inhaled the salad and seriously contemplating ordering more and canceling our other items. The paella was pretty good, too, in a hot pan so your rice gets toasty on the bottom. Our waitress was wonderful too, we had the Spanish olives, the Shrimp, calamari, fresh beet salad, fried Brie bites, the stuffed peppers, and the Brussel sprouts, all finished off with The Churros of course! The Brussel Sprouts were my least favorite, the shrimp was and Brie bites were my MOST favorite. I love Brussel sprouts and am quite a Brussel sprout conissoir, but these didn't grab me. So the boyfriend ate them... all of them but he too said they were ehhhh, he just loved the bacon hahahahha. The Churros are the best here than I have ever had before, fresh not crunchy and served with melted dark chocolate omg. Yum! Only thing I would change here is the lighting. It affects the ambiance it's really quite bright and the spotlights hit you in the eyes. Not romantic or cozy. Trendy with design but lighting is way off. Definitely will be back ! read more

For those of you who have had authentic tapas in Spain or even dined at Jaleo (by Jose Andres), turn around and look elsewhere. This is Not Spain. This is Not Jaleo. I repeat, do a 180 and save yourself the disappointment. Park City is a tourist town. These are tourist tapas. Meaning, they Look like something resembling the real thing (well, some more than others). And the menu mirrors what you'd expect to see at a traditional tapas bar. But all attempts at providing a unique "twist on the classics" (their words) fall short. And you're left with a dulled-down (or dumbed-down?), cliche, uninspired version of what non-foodies and business owners who don't Love food *think* is good, quality tapas. It's what the Olive Garden did to Italian food. Sigh. - The duck spring rolls were meh. (Go to P.F. Changs for better rolls.) - The jamon and manchego croquettes were meh. (Not creamy, melt-in-your mouth, why-is-this-plate-so-small good.) - The Gambas al Ajillo were okay. (At least the shrimp wasn't rubbery.) - The Pincho pork ribs were half-decent. (Liked the Sherry glaze.) - The Brussel Sprouts with bacon were okay. (Not particularly unique, but surely a crowd pleaser? It's just brussel sprouts, guys.) - The Sangria was okay. (Is this even possible to screw up? Mix red wine, triple sec, fruit, and call it a day.) And as much as I love Patatas Bravas (merely fried potatoes), I didn't have the heart or hope to order this at the get-go. These are So Simple yet So Hard to execute well. Service was reasonable, no complaints. The host stand (hostess?) was altogether confused when I tried to explain that they didn't check us in upon arrival -- which resulted in OpenTable flagging us as a No Show. Service was slow toward the end when we wanted the check. Food was hit and miss. The lamb pops, jamon Iberico, and potatoes were good. My friend and I loved this place. It was the best meal we've had in Park City since we arrived. It was a stormy Wednesday night so it wasn't crowded. I enjoyed the sangria very much. We ordered the Spanish olives, grilled asparagus, tiger shrimp, and mixed chorizo. Along with warm bread, we were completely satisfied. One of the sausages was a bit dry but still had great flavor. The asparagus were to die for with a lemon aioli. The shrimp had a delicious sauce and were cooked perfectly. Then to top off the meal we shared the churros with chocolate dipping sauce. Being that we were staying at the Marriott Summit Watch and the temperature was 11 degrees and snowing, we decided to try this place on 2/19/2018 since it is located with the timeshare complex. The restaurant used to be The Reef restaurant that moved near Deer Valley. We started with the octopus salad with a chimichurri vinegarette since both Yelpers and the waitress both suggested the dish. I know octopus isn't everyone's cup of team but this was the highlight of the night. The octopus was so tender and paired well with the dressing. Got an answering machine that stated they were closed from some dates in Oct-Nov. Its now January. Figured if we showed up right at 5p, we might squeeze in, even a bar seat would work. Nope. Greeter said no, they were completely booked up all night, no reservation = no seat. So we left. As we were eating somewhere else, I checked my app again- suddenly there were tables available- there was seating @ 6p, 615p, 8p... determined to try it, we booked & walked over for dessert & coffee. Guess we were sat in the don't bother me section... 15 mins for water & bread. 20 mins for dessert & coffee with cream, but the cream didn't come & then finally we had to walk up to get the bill. We had asked for it, but wouldn't get it without pursuing it. Weird. For a place that was supposed to be fully booked, they weren't in a rush to turn our table.
