Bolognese
Emmie H.

As far as Park City restaurants go, this is one of the better ones. I can't remember our waiters name but he provided top notch service and some really good drink recommendations. I got the bolognese which was delicious and flavorful. The cheese plate was disappointing (too much blue cheese) but the focaccia and meatballs were to die for. This is definitely a family restaurant with lots of children around. Pro tip: you can order off menu spaghetti and meatballs or an adult size chicken Parmesan.

Rainbow for desert. Lol

The food here is so good. My wife made a meal out of the salad. So fresh and good. My house made noodles were amazing. Service and food have been consistently good here. Definitely recommend their pesto dish but sub for the house made noodles and add chicken. Bonus we saw a double rainbow to end our meal.

Having dined at La Stellina for the second time we were impressed with the options for golfing. Michael has been our server for the second time and always does a great job. He is attentive & very detail oriented. The nachos were spicy and savory. I wish they had avocado to add to the dish. The charcuterie board was amazing again. The wings were sweet with a little bit of heat and overall amazing. Another great experience at the St. Regis. Michael went above and beyond to make my brother's birthday special.

Cacio e pepe

Service was excellent offering to take your coats and all that. Gnochi was very good and creamy but portion a bit small. The cheese board was a bit disappointing with only 3 types of cheeses and focaccia was an odd choice for the bread to pair with it. Cesar salad was good and had very thin pieces of lettuce that are easy to serve with a spoon and eat. Cacio e pepe was good but a bit disappointing that it didn't come with any meat. Overall food was pretty good but menu was a bit sparse.

Lasagna

I thought the food was really good especially given the prices for a restaurant part of the St. Regis (Pastas about 30). Food was so good relative to other options we went twice in 4 days. The lasagna was particular phenomenal but other pastas we had were good as was the cheese plate and ceaser salad. Special should put to the wine list which is extensive and has options at every price. I was also able to find a real steal of Ruffino Chianti Ducale Gold for like $66 a bottle when this should retail for ~$44. I've seen this on restaurant wine lists for 100+. This may have been an outlier but there were many other good options that seemed at reasonable prices as well as more special bottle.

Osso Bucco w/Polenta

I'm surprised by some of the negative reviews. I'd hope that "Victor", being a local and taking some pride in his town, would have talked with management before posting such a scathing review. Our experience quite the opposite. Exceptional meals in general hard to come by in Park City. This way exceeded our expectations. The food and service were so good, we cancelled our reservation at Ruth's Chris the following night and went back. The waiter, Felipe, was extremely knowledgeable and made outstanding recommendations. Not the least of which the wine, a Sor Ugo Bolgheri Superiore. The best Osso Bucco ever. Cavatelli all'Amatriciana... Amazing. Halibut Picatta, pizza, salads...outstanding.

Rigatoni with pork cheek

Great ambiance, beautifully designed space Solid service Our server knew the menu well We ordered: Pappardelle Bolognese: slightly over cooked pasta, good flavor Rigatoni with tomato sauce and pork cheek: delicious light tomato sauce, not much pork Chicken picante: huge portion. 3 breasts and sauted spinach Caesar salad: shaved romaine. Perfectly seasoned! The best thing we ordered Broccolini: well cooked and flavored We enjoyed our meal here. We thought prices were very fair (maybe even a bit low) for being at the St. Regis

Great food, wonderful ambiance and servers were friendly. Cost was reasonable, given the restaurant is in Deer Valley, a pricy locale!

Food was good. Ambiance more in the direction of "family" oriented. Lots of smaller children.

Characterized by a vintner-curated menu of blended wines and cocktails, the dimly lit spot is warm and attractive. The interior is appointed with art work, shiplap and stone work. The communal tables add to the festive decore and allow for making new friends, especially on Christmas (during our visit). The owner, Steve, is a Sommelier by training and has mad skills. His space is welcoming and he's passionate about a great guest experience, often planning unique events like an oyster shucking master class, glass blowing workshops, candlemaking, and, of course, private wine tastings. Flanked by his Alaskan Husky and best friend, Bear, he'll spend time with patrons, make a solid drink recommendation and ensure a memorable visit.

They did NOT have a glass of wine available for less than $45 (+$20 cover). They have $30/glass on the menu but was out of stock according to the waitress. I also did not go to Sundance and am not here for that so his comment about being *out of my depth* is just dumb. I encourage you to look at the one star reviews of this place and see the owners' hostile, immature, and abrasive responses (others also note his blatant habit of lying). Stephen, book a therapy appointment. Original review below *********** There is a $20 cover charge to enter, and they were out of all of the cheapest ($30/glass) glasses of wine, so we were forced to get the next cheapest, a $45 glass of wine. Are you willing to spend $65 for a cheap glass of wine? They also only have five cocktails on the menu and you can't order anything else with liquor (I asked for a hot toddy cuz I'm freezing and they said no can do). The singer was good and the ambiance is nice; not very crowded. But overall, I would never pay $65/glass for mediocre wine unless I'm at an ultra luxury resort (which this is not).

Service can be slow and the food is unmistakenly Provençal: Beef tartar (nice mustard notes), Saffron Muscles, and Pressed Chicken. All dishes were light and authentic flavors to the region of Provence -- I think we just like other French regions better. HITS: Cocktails; Bread; Poulette (presents as a salad served on pressed chicken) MISSES: The muscles were dry - served in a small puddle of saffron beurre blanc. Service and a remarkable lack of knowledge by our waiter made Le Depot feel more like Le Dope. From the drink menu to the ingredients and preparation of some dishes, the waiter didn't possess some basic knowledge. Maybe we just asked "really hard" questions? The bar for service in PC has been set high by surrounding establishments like Handel, River Horse and Fletcher's, where the waitstaff is knowledgeable and helpful .. this was the lasting memory from Le Depot.

I love the experience of going up the vernacular to the bar area and the hotel and restaurant is very nice in general. The drinks and the food looked good. This is definitely the type of places I always go to with this kind of vibe. The drinks were good and very cute! For the food, I go back-and-forth because it wasn't very good, but it was good for bar food. But then it's really expensive for bar food so I would expect more... for escargot at fancy hotels or places in general I expected to be better and just like a few pieces. This felt like it was quantity over quality. The brussels sprouts were good, I would say that was the best food item that we tried. I was really excited about the escargot, so I'm a little disappointed. Our server was very nice and helpful! It was great service in the bar area, but the staff throughout the hotel getting there was not the friendliest. Overall, I don't regret coming here and I definitely want to give it another chance and possibly try the main restaurant.

We were seated by the window, and the sweeping mountain views paired with the elegant interior created a serene and elevated dining atmosphere. While the experience inside was exceptional, the arrival left a bit to be desired. The hotel entrance felt somewhat understated for a property of this caliber, and on a 35-degree evening, the outdoor heaters were not in use. When I inquired, the response suggested they are only turned on when it is "really cold," which felt slightly misaligned with the level of comfort and attentiveness one expects from a St. Regis experience. That said, the cuisine, ambience, and views were truly wonderful. With a more polished and welcoming arrival experience, this would easily be a five-star destination.
