Cowboy atmosphere with live music. Unique cuts of meat or traditional seafood or steak. Really good smoked old fashioned. 8oz tenderloin with loaded potatoes was really good. Perfect crust and pinkness. 8.5/10

So good! The steaks the staff and the entertainment! Been here twice now and would definitely go back again!

    Elk Sirloin and baked potato

Probably my least favorite and the most expensive meal we had in park city & it was the place I was looking forward to most. we came here on Saturday night for my birthday dinner. My husband ordered the elk sirloin & loaded baked potato. He really enjoyed his meal. I ordered a full rack of ribs and fries. The fries were good, the ribs not so much. I thought they were supposed to be baby back but they seemed like spare ribs for the size and the cartilage in them. They also tasted old, like they had been cooked and just reheated. Was disappointing especially for $60. Service was ok. Not bad but not great either. They also charged for soda water in a cocktail. I wouldn't recommend or return. Disappointing choice for my birthday!

Run by the same group of restaurants that own the Market Street Grill in South Jordan and Cottonwood, which are known for their seafood. Grub is a steak house and is has a western style theme. The restaurant is very dark inside. Grub isn't located on Main or in downtown; rather it is located in the Prospector area yet offers no parking lot only street parking. This would be a 3-star review, however, they have really nice staff who are attentive and their food is good quality. Within our party we got Caesar salad, house salad, fresh rolls, Bison Tenderloin, New York Steak, cheesecake, bread pudding, and their flourless chocolate cake. For the men the food filled their bellies; for me, I needed a box and then my son ate my leftovers for lunch (which speaks to the deliciousness).

    Elk Sirloin

Really tasty elk that came with sides (I got the mushroom soup and creamed spinach). Really liked the vibes of the place and our server Edward was extremely friendly. Only complaint is that the mushroom soup was really salty and the lamb chops were too fatty, but again, the elk is delicious.

This used to be our favorite place to visit each year we visited Park City. Sadly, we've noticed the quality of the meat, service, and overall value have all declined. Each year over the past three or four, one of our meals was incorrect. Tonight was no exception. The NY strip Steaks were very fatty with two of our party needing to spit out or cut off about 1/3 of their steaks because of it. One of the filets was not cooked properly and tough. It was another disappointing experience. I'm very sad to say.

Elk steak with the baked potato... But do try the mushroom soup?

The elk steak was absolutely delicious! The bread pudding as a dessert was outstanding as well. Jesse was our waiter and we could not ask for a better waiter.

    Is the salad bar open?

Nope. I was there two weeks ago and it was not open.

Hi Megan, we haven't been required to implement that. Summit County does require the donning of masks however until you are sat, or get up to leave your table.

Hi, Yes, we serve a natural grass fed beef tenderloin (filet mignon)

Characterized by a vintner-curated menu of blended wines and cocktails, the dimly lit spot is warm and attractive. The interior is appointed with art work, shiplap and stone work. The communal tables add to the festive decore and allow for making new friends, especially on Christmas (during our visit). The owner, Steve, is a Sommelier by training and has mad skills. His space is welcoming and he's passionate about a great guest experience, often planning unique events like an oyster shucking master class, glass blowing workshops, candlemaking, and, of course, private wine tastings. Flanked by his Alaskan Husky and best friend, Bear, he'll spend time with patrons, make a solid drink recommendation and ensure a memorable visit.

They did NOT have a glass of wine available for less than $45 (+$20 cover). They have $30/glass on the menu but was out of stock according to the waitress. I also did not go to Sundance and am not here for that so his comment about being *out of my depth* is just dumb. I encourage you to look at the one star reviews of this place and see the owners' hostile, immature, and abrasive responses (others also note his blatant habit of lying). Stephen, book a therapy appointment. Original review below *********** There is a $20 cover charge to enter, and they were out of all of the cheapest ($30/glass) glasses of wine, so we were forced to get the next cheapest, a $45 glass of wine. Are you willing to spend $65 for a cheap glass of wine? They also only have five cocktails on the menu and you can't order anything else with liquor (I asked for a hot toddy cuz I'm freezing and they said no can do). The singer was good and the ambiance is nice; not very crowded. But overall, I would never pay $65/glass for mediocre wine unless I'm at an ultra luxury resort (which this is not).

HITS: Cocktails; Bread; Poulette (presents as a salad served on pressed chicken) MISSES: The muscles were dry - served in a small puddle of saffron beurre blanc. Service and a remarkable lack of knowledge by our waiter made Le Depot feel more like Le Dope. From the drink menu to the ingredients and preparation of some dishes, the waiter didn't possess some basic knowledge. Maybe we just asked "really hard" questions? The bar for service in PC has been set high by surrounding establishments like Handel, River Horse and Fletcher's, where the waitstaff is knowledgeable and helpful .. this was the lasting memory from Le Depot.

I love the experience of going up the vernacular to the bar area and the hotel and restaurant is very nice in general. The drinks and the food looked good. This is definitely the type of places I always go to with this kind of vibe. The drinks were good and very cute! For the food, I go back-and-forth because it wasn't very good, but it was good for bar food. But then it's really expensive for bar food so I would expect more... for escargot at fancy hotels or places in general I expected to be better and just like a few pieces. This felt like it was quantity over quality. The brussels sprouts were good, I would say that was the best food item that we tried. I was really excited about the escargot, so I'm a little disappointed. Our server was very nice and helpful! It was great service in the bar area, but the staff throughout the hotel getting there was not the friendliest. We were seated by the window, and the sweeping mountain views paired with the elegant interior created a serene and elevated dining atmosphere. While the experience inside was exceptional, the arrival left a bit to be desired. The hotel entrance felt somewhat understated for a property of this caliber, and on a 35-degree evening, the outdoor heaters were not in use. When I inquired, the response suggested they are only turned on when it is "really cold," which felt slightly misaligned with the level of comfort and attentiveness one expects from a St. Regis experience. That said, the cuisine, ambience, and views were truly wonderful. With a more polished and welcoming arrival experience, this would easily be a five-star destination.
