Caesar salad, very different but delicious
Elon A.

One of the best steakhouses I've been to, the steaks are delicious. Appetizers are amazing and the sites are unforgettable. Staff is very attentive and classy. And of course they have soufflé.

Overall great experience. Conveniently located in the resort we were staying. To sit outside in the dome, it's extra 200$ which is a bit pricey for outdoor seating with no real view. The complimentary bread is big It makes you so stuffed you can't enjoy the real meal! Comes with lavender butter. Bread was fluffy but lacked flavor Steak was made well- loved the cognac peppercorn sauce to top it off Soups were not the conventional soups (like the onion soup) but both lobster bisque and onion soup were presentable and delicious Spicy shrimp - 8/10 Caesar salad- 7/10 - presentable with the anchovies in top, but there was only 3 pieces of anchovies, some sauce and a good number of lettuces on the plate with almost no dressing on it. Sea bass- 8/10 Sides- Mac n cheese was very salt, Brussels sprouts were tasty/crunchy Chocolate soufflé 10/10 Service was good!

Customer service is the best here! Edge has a really cute vibe, small and intimate. Great variety menu and full bar. I highly recommend!

My friend said this is the best steak house but we came here after we had dinner but we wanted to try their popover and some snack. I've had popover at other places with house made butter that changes all the time and I always liked it so I was excited. But the 2 came to us were cold, hard and not fresh, the butter was regular butter that was cold and hard. We also ordered edge salad recommended by the bartender but it only had 1 tiny asparagus that was split in 2, couple of tiny slices of avocado, tiny chips, some butter lettuce, it was boring and we also got beets salad which was also boring. At last we ordered tiramisu cheese cake but it was like berries drowned in chocolate sauce. My friend told me it used to be good, even though we didn't have steak I would not come back here for steak, dessert or anything...

Chocolate Souflée

Had a wonderful meal with amazing service seated at the bar! The bartenders were true mixologists and had great drink recommendations! The food was all PERFECT! Service was great but it was a 2 hour dinner (keep that in mind for younger audiences). We left Edge Steakhouse feeling like we had just left Europe. The stars of the meal were the steak sashimi, Elk, and the homemade popovers!

Appreciated the effort in the "extras" but weren't a fan of the chefs starter bite before our meal nor the popover bread. The bread was beautiful though!! Husbands Waygu steak was delicious as expected. The Seabass was fishier than I expected. The Cinderella story was the sides- my goodness.. the brussel sprouts and Mac and cheese were some of the best we've ever had!!! Highly recommend both. Crème brûlée was our favorite of the desserts we tried. They also ended the meal with a chocolate- come hungry!!! The service was top notch. White tablecloth, catered to our specific needs, presented wine appropriately, kept our area clean. Very professional and enjoyable atmosphere. Would love to come back in spring when you can sit outside on the patio.

We love this restaurant. Make a reservation in advance because it books up quickly. We ate most of our meal so quickly we could not take pictures. We started with some amazing drinks and the Seafood Appetizer. It was delicious and had lots of options. I recommend to share and you won't be disappointed. We love the bread they serve. I tried to bake some at home but they were not nearly as delicious as we had Edge. They are warm, fluffy and so light. We each had a different cut or size of filet. The Wagyu beef ruined me. It is the best!!! Highly recommend if you are a filet lover. And we ended with the chocolate soufflé. I don't know if this is still on the menu but it is the best soufflé in town. If you know me I judge most restaurants by the appetizers and desserts and this one wins!!! Five star service and food. What more can you ask for when on vacation! It's worth the splurge!

Wow! Everything about this dining experience was phenomenal. The service and the food were stand out amazing. We were seated right away and brought to a spacious round table for 6. Drinks, bread, appetizers and entrees were timed perfectly. It ended up being a multiple hour dining experience because of the courses we ordered. The cocktails were lovely. We tried several, including one with cocktail with muddled strawberries and another with elderflower. Delicious. The bread is outstanding. It is basically a giant puffy piece of cheesy bread. We all struggled to not finish it so we could save room for the next food. The server also brings an amuse bouche, which was a small crostini. We ordered the small seafood tower, which was so fresh and delicious! It comes with about 5 different dipping sauces including cocktail sauce and melted butter. We also had the beet and goat cheese salad, the spicy shrimp, the lobster bisque and the wedge salad. The lobster bisque was my favorite part of the meal. They pour the hot soup over and small biscuit filled with lobster meat. The steaks were delicious and perfectly cooked and seasoned! The flavor of the filet mignon was immaculate. The side dishes were big enough to share. We loved the truffle mac n cheese. We were stuffed beyond belief but we could not skip desert! The bread pudding was amazing! I wish I had more appetite left to eat more of it. Definitely recommend sharing deserts. The portions are large! The only down sides of this establishment are 1) The hallway of the hotel connects right to the side wall of the restaurant, so it looks like you are peering down the hall from your table. 2) The bathrooms are not as nice or upscale as they should be given the overall restaurant vibes.

THE best place for a super nice dinner with great atmosphere. Matt was our waiter and made great recommendations and provided some good conversation as well. Bravo!

The atmosphere and food presentation, minus the chicken foot, was the nicest part of the meal. The food was very bland and flavorless, the cream corn was really stringy and the ice cream was freezer burnt. I was expecting to be wowed for the price. Much better restaurants in SLC. Service was VERY slow!

We celebrated Bryan's birthday here while visiting Park City. It was delicious! I was pleasantly surprised to find Japanese A5 Wagyu in the middle of Utah. They did swap our steaks accidentally - we ordered medium rare & Bryan ordered medium, but we were all being polite and didn't realize the steaks were switched until we were nearly done with them. We thought they overcooked ours & Bryan thought they undercooked his steak. Other than that, everything was delicious! The steak was even good cooked medium... which I normally would never say out loud. I loved the truffle mac & cheese with demi-glace. I'll be making my mac & cheese like that from now on. So yummy!!!

They're not kidding when they say their lobsters are fresh! Other than the taste, my next favorite thing about their lobster rolls is the quantity. Finally, I have found a lobster roll place that does not skimp! Truly, that fact alone makes it a rare find. Other than lobster rolls, they also serve soup, salads, crab rolls, etc. I had the lobster bisque, which wasn't bad either. The blueberry bbq chicken salad was fine. To be transparent, this place is not cheap, especially not their lobster rolls. However, they pack it on and the quality is unmatched. I wouldn't say I would dine here every due to the sheer high prices, but whenever I am in town, I always try to stop by my favorite lobster roll place ever! PS - I have been to Boston where they claim they are home to the lobster rolls. Nonetheless, Freshies here in Park City, Utah does it better.

For reheated frozen food and needing to bus your own dishes, I was a little disappointed. Service was friendly! We came right when they opened and paid almost $300 for a meal for 6 people. The clam chowder (5/5) was flavorful and well-salted, and chockful of potatoes and meat. The bisque (3/5) was not nearly as flavorful or delicious-- it needed way more salt and creaminess. We each had either a lobster roll or lobster sliders as our main entree, but those were just pretty average lobster rolls. I think they could've been more buttery and salty. The salad that we got was really good! Overall, would not come back but happy to at least try Freshie's.

We had such a lovely experience here…read more Every dish felt really special and thoughtfully done. We started with the house-made focaccia with whipped ricotta, which was incredible. The Utah elk with huckleberry jam was a standout, such a unique and well-balanced combination. The elk ragu was also amazing, super rich and full of flavor. I loved that they source locally. It really shows and makes the whole meal feel even more special. The presentation of each plate was beautiful. You can tell a lot of care goes into the food, and everything felt intentional and well seasoned. I also really appreciated how they handled dietary needs. The menu clearly labels gluten-free and dairy-free options, which made it easy to navigate without any guesswork. Our waitress was attentive and gave great recommendations throughout the night. Even though it's located in a strip mall, don't let that deter you. The interior has a modern, elevated feel, and the easy parking is honestly a huge bonus. We ended with the strawberry apple tart and the brownie sundae, and both were fantastic.

Thankfully we made reservation and were seated right away. The two of us shared the creamy Baked Brie for appetizer which was pretty good. Hubby got the Double Wide Pork Chop, and I opted for the Colorado Bison Bavette. Very nice presentation on the entrees but too salty. We found the saltiness overwhelmed the flavor on both dishes.

The service here was fine.. nothing noteworthy. We ordered cocktails, but did not care for them. The duck was unique, but it was a very small portion of meat. This meal is mostly bread and veggies in sauce with small pieces of duck (think pulled pork). The Cacio e Pepe was shockingly expensive and insulting for this pasta dish. For that price we were expecting a large dish with a wow factor, but it actually lacked flavor. For parents with children, I will also note that this is not a convenient place to come with small children. If you want to go to the restroom you need to leave the restaurant and go outside and across a hall to a more public restroom (it was clean), which is less than convenient with little kids. They don't have a kids menu either, it's just verbal, but they did have a few basic options (my kids had pasta).

They treat you like royalty. Your water is never below a certain level and they clean your utensils and change out new plates every time. My friend and I ordered so many courses and the timing they came out and how each dish was explained was truly incredible. Most importantly my friend was gluten free and the chef was able to make so many changes without compromising on flavor or experience. Every dish was divine but my favorites were the salad (so simple but incredible marriage of flavors) and the seafood sampler! Being from California I was shocked to find such good quality seafood but it happened! The trio of wild game was delicious but the only gripe is that we ordered the meat medium and one piece came out well done. However our server Nicole fixed that right away and brought us out a whole new cooked piece. Again, service is exceptional and this meal was worth every penny. Big shoutout to Nicole for being so amazing and great energy. We enjoyed this meal so much and cannot wait to come back whenever we are back in Utah next!

A beautiful setting with thoughtful servers. Nicole was so knowledgeable and friendly, popping in at just the right times to check on us. I felt the whole experience was thought out - meticulous. From plating to, setting, decor, and how long they wait between plates. I have a gluten allergy and the chef accommodated very easily. There was even gluten free bread served instead of focaccia. We had the seafood platter - it's SO fresh. It was considered for 4 people because there's 4 shrimp, 4 bites of lobster and halibut ceviche but my friend and I shared it amongst just us. There's cucumber served with the oyster - never thought that combo would work but i absolutely adored it. Oyster size was a bit small but still really fresh. The beef tartare.. i mean just look at the photo. Idk what else to say. The pear & burrata salad was so simple but the elements came out nicely. The crunch and freshness of the lettuce with the bits of crushed Marcona almonds... and pepper crushed on top.. Last but not least, a wonderful trio of meats: buffalo, elk and venison. If anything, I'd recommend going for the fresh seafood and fresh salad if you have problems choosing but really - you can't go wrong. We were stuffed for dessert but the pastry chef gave everyone some dark chocolate bark that was super good! Not overwhelming yet so flavorful. I can't race about it enough. I'm sure I'll be thinking of this place for many years to come
