Excellent service by the Bartender Larry, we mentioned we were in a bit of a rush to catch our flight but we still felt we dined very elegantly and it was splendid service. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance was a bit fancy but some people were dressed casually.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Food was prepped very quickly, our drink was amazing, it was one of the best Old fashioned I've had in a while. For our food we got the fois grois, steak sashimi, and the bone marrow to share. Portions were perfect for the two of us to share and still be pretty satisfied. The fois grois was a bit too rich for me, but Jen loved it. The bone marrow was a bit dry with the arepa and the fritter needing a bit more of the mouse and bone marrow to make it more satisfying. The star was the wagyu steak sashimi. It was a perfect bite and hit the spot. The tenderness was otherworldly and with the wasabi it was a blissful bite, especially when dipped in the au jois and with the mashed potatoes. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience and even though we were constrained by time, we really enjoyed ourselves and the service simply was exemplary. Thanks Larry for the recommendations and the excellent drink!

One of the best steakhouses I've been to, the steaks are delicious. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Appetizers are amazing and the sites are unforgettable.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Staff is very attentive and classy. And of course they have soufflé.

Overall great experience. Conveniently located in the resort we were staying. [[HIGHLIGHT]]To sit outside in the dome, it's extra 200$ which is a bit pricey for outdoor seating with no real view.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The complimentary bread is big It makes you so stuffed you can't enjoy the real meal! Comes with lavender butter. Bread was fluffy but lacked flavor Steak was made well- loved the cognac peppercorn sauce to top it off Soups were not the conventional soups (like the onion soup) but both lobster bisque and onion soup were presentable and delicious Spicy shrimp - 8/10 Caesar salad- 7/10 - presentable with the anchovies in top, but there was only 3 pieces of anchovies, some sauce and a good number of lettuces on the plate with almost no dressing on it. Sea bass- 8/10 Sides- Mac n cheese was very salt, Brussels sprouts were tasty/crunchy Chocolate soufflé 10/10 Service was good!

Customer service is the best here! Edge has a really cute vibe, small and intimate. Great variety menu and full bar. I highly recommend!

My friend said this is the best steak house but we came here after we had dinner but we wanted to try their popover and some snack. I've had popover at other places with house made butter that changes all the time and I always liked it so I was excited. But the 2 came to us were cold, hard and not fresh, the butter was regular butter that was cold and hard. We also ordered edge salad recommended by the bartender but it only had 1 tiny asparagus that was split in 2, couple of tiny slices of avocado, tiny chips, some butter lettuce, it was boring and we also got beets salad which was also boring. At last we ordered tiramisu cheese cake but it was like berries drowned in chocolate sauce. My friend told me it used to be good, even though we didn't have steak I would not come back here for steak, dessert or anything...

Appreciated the effort in the "extras" but weren't a fan of the chefs starter bite before our meal nor the popover bread. The bread was beautiful though!! Husbands Waygu steak was delicious as expected. The Seabass was fishier than I expected. The Cinderella story was the sides- my goodness.. the brussel sprouts and Mac and cheese were some of the best we've ever had!!! Highly recommend both. Crème brûlée was our favorite of the desserts we tried. They also ended the meal with a chocolate- come hungry!!! The service was top notch. White tablecloth, catered to our specific needs, presented wine appropriately, kept our area clean. Very professional and enjoyable atmosphere. Would love to come back in spring when you can sit outside on the patio.

Had a wonderful meal with amazing service seated at the bar! The bartenders were true mixologists and had great drink recommendations! The food was all PERFECT! Service was great but it was a 2 hour dinner (keep that in mind for younger audiences). [[HIGHLIGHT]]We left Edge Steakhouse feeling like we had just left Europe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The stars of the meal were the steak sashimi, Elk, and the homemade popovers!

Wow! Everything about this dining experience was phenomenal. The service and the food were stand out amazing. We were seated right away and brought to a spacious round table for 6. Drinks, bread, appetizers and entrees were timed perfectly. It ended up being a multiple hour dining experience because of the courses we ordered. The cocktails were lovely. We tried several, including one with cocktail with muddled strawberries and another with elderflower. Delicious. The bread is outstanding. It is basically a giant puffy piece of cheesy bread. We all struggled to not finish it so we could save room for the next food. The server also brings an amuse bouche, which was a small crostini. We ordered the small seafood tower, which was so fresh and delicious! It comes with about 5 different dipping sauces including cocktail sauce and melted butter. We also had the beet and goat cheese salad, the spicy shrimp, the lobster bisque and the wedge salad. The lobster bisque was my favorite part of the meal. They pour the hot soup over and small biscuit filled with lobster meat. The steaks were delicious and perfectly cooked and seasoned! The flavor of the filet mignon was immaculate. The side dishes were big enough to share. We loved the truffle mac n cheese. We were stuffed beyond belief but we could not skip desert! The bread pudding was amazing! I wish I had more appetite left to eat more of it. Definitely recommend sharing deserts. The portions are large! The only down sides of this establishment are 1) The hallway of the hotel connects right to the side wall of the restaurant, so it looks like you are peering down the hall from your table. 2) The bathrooms are not as nice or upscale as they should be given the overall restaurant vibes.

We love this restaurant. Make a reservation in advance because it books up quickly. We ate most of our meal so quickly we could not take pictures. We started with some amazing drinks and the Seafood Appetizer. It was delicious and had lots of options. I recommend to share and you won't be disappointed. We love the bread they serve. I tried to bake some at home but they were not nearly as delicious as we had Edge. They are warm, fluffy and so light. We each had a different cut or size of filet. The Wagyu beef ruined me. It is the best!!! Highly recommend if you are a filet lover. And we ended with the chocolate soufflé. I don't know if this is still on the menu but it is the best soufflé in town. If you know me I judge most restaurants by the appetizers and desserts and this one wins!!! Five star service and food. What more can you ask for when on vacation! It's worth the splurge!

THE best place for a super nice dinner with great atmosphere. Matt was our waiter and made great recommendations and provided some good conversation as well. Bravo!

The atmosphere and food presentation, minus the chicken foot, was the nicest part of the meal. The food was very bland and flavorless, the cream corn was really stringy and the ice cream was freezer burnt. I was expecting to be wowed for the price. Much better restaurants in SLC. Service was VERY slow!

We celebrated Bryan's birthday here while visiting Park City. It was delicious! I was pleasantly surprised to find Japanese A5 Wagyu in the middle of Utah. They did swap our steaks accidentally - we ordered medium rare & Bryan ordered medium, but we were all being polite and didn't realize the steaks were switched until we were nearly done with them. We thought they overcooked ours & Bryan thought they undercooked his steak. Other than that, everything was delicious! The steak was even good cooked medium... which I normally would never say out loud. I loved the truffle mac & cheese with demi-glace. I'll be making my mac & cheese like that from now on. So yummy!!!

Yes! Many people bring their infants in to our restaurant. Just to let you know, we are fine dining and not fast food, so the dining experience generally takes a couple of hours.

There is no law in Utah or any federal law in the USA that states it's illegal to bring an outside drink into a restaurant. All she had to do is say "I apologize but we prefer no outside drinks in this restaurant, may you please place it under the table" and everything would've been fine. Nope she wanted to try an intimidate me. Maybe she's prejudice towards Latinos. It is Utah but who knows? The food was great, the Latina waitress was nice too. In terms of attire, it's a mixed bag as with other places here.. we were pretty casual but some were dressed up a bit more. Our server was wonderful, and the food and drink was phenomenal. This was, hands down, the best meal we had in Park City. We started with cocktails. The gin cocktail I had was the perfect combination of floral and citrus and left me wanting more. My husband enjoyed his as well. The wine menu here is insanely overpriced, so next time I'd ask the corkage fee to consider bringing our own bottle. They brought out a bread that was cooked with a Japanese seasoning on it and a side of butter, and it was delicious. The bison was the best thing we ate; incredibly tender and cooked to perfection, if we lived here we would be back often for this. The elk was very good as well, with fresh herbs that helped bring out the flavor. Can't go wrong with either of these dishes but the bison was the star to us. My daughter ordered the kids pasta with butter and parm, and my son ordered the kids chicken fingers which came with potato wedges. Both were a good portion for children. For the sides, we ordered the Japanese sweet potatoes and the fried rice. The sweet potatoes were something different and were tasty but not our favorite or something we would order again. The fried rice with egg was delicious; it was full of sliced garlic and amazingly seasoned, we could not help but finish it all. At the time of the check, our server offered cotton candy for the kids. It was very flavorful and soft. It was a nice finishing touch. We'll definitely be booking this restaurant for our next trip to Park City.

The spicy tuna on top was really flavorful and well balanced, bringing just the right amount of heat without overpowering the dish. The miso soup was also a pleasant surprise -- the portion size was generous and perfect for sharing. It was warm, comforting, and a great start to the meal. We also ordered the karaage. Unfortunately, this was the weakest dish for me. The chicken itself didn't have much flavor, and if it weren't for the dipping sauce it would have been quite bland. It was also made with dark meat, which I'm personally not a big fan of. The hamachi nigiri was fantastic. The fish tasted incredibly fresh and clean, and the simplicity of the dish really let the quality of the hamachi shine. Another standout was the Wasatch roll -- a true dynamite roll with lots of flavor and fresh hamachi. Every bite had great texture and balance. To end the meal, everyone was given a small bowl of cotton candy, which was a fun and unexpected touch. I hadn't had cotton candy in years, and it was a playful way to finish the night. Overall, there were some great highlights, especially the sushi and fresh fish, and the experience had a lively and enjoyable atmosphere.

When we requested a table, the host informed us there was an active reservation for our table in 1.5 hour and we could dine as long as we could be gone by that time. That took me by surprise as the restaurant was very much empty. We were too invested now to find a different restaurant, but it felt degrading. So, I agreed to vacate our dining table on time, if they could ensure our food would be served in 30 min. So, we sit and order hastily. So, here a hastily written review to match our dining experience. The cheddar biscuits were tasty. The smash burger is just another burger with a side of fries. It had some fun Parmesan crisp for extra flavor and texture. The birria tacos were very unexciting in flavor. The burrata salad was interesting, and sparked my culinary curiosity. I didn't want to push my luck with dessert. To not overstay our welcome, we paid and skedaddled. Although I felt rushed and judged, the server was polite and kind. In conclusion, the food ranged from interesting to disappointing, but service was great. Maybe next time I'll make a reservation for a table that comes without a hot timer... if there is a next time. Also, when we left, only about 30% of the tables looked occupied. The forced rush was really unnecessary.
