So amazing, the service was unmatched, the food was the best I've ever tasted, and the scenery was beautiful. Must try the butter flight!!!

Disappointing. I've had this restaurant on my list for quite a while. After seeing the reviews from fellow yelpers whose palates I trust implicitly, I'm convinced something drastically changed here in the last year. Located in the Blue Sky lodge, described as "Bond-villain" aesthetic on the outside with modern luxury inside, the staff were absolutely professional, warm, and attentive. The restaurant, however, was one let down after another. All around, very low effort on food presentation and flavor. Nothing remarkable or memorable about the food except for how disappointing it was. The salad was bland and bitter. The pork rib resembled spam, honestly. The story of the Horse Theif cocktail is heartwarming, but the drink itself left a lot to be desired. We spent over $300 on our meal and wished we had skipped it, entirely. We were also absolutely shocked to see a bottle of wine priced at $22,000. Thinking it was a typo, we verified with our server. I can't imagine a restaurant offering this kind of product without a menu to match it.

Went here on whim while driving back to park city from Wyoming. As a fine dining location, the portion sizes are on the smaller size so we ordered 2 appetizers, 1 entree per person, and a dessert to share. We left full and satisfied! I always admire the science behind fine dining flavors. Normally I'm not a mushroom or raw meat kind of person, but the Yuta chef made those things and everything else taste so good! We would definitely return for a special occassion. My husband wants to renew our vows here someday. Here is what we ordered: Wine - Cab, Hall, Napa (great full bodied option!) Ceviche app Beef tartare (liked this one more) Short rib entree (AMAZING, husband got this, wish I had) Iberico pork entree (good, but liked short rib more, the peaches were ) Raspberry S'more dessert (WOW!!!! Still dreaming of this)

Caviar hash browns (2, one was eaten quickly!)

Absolutely loved our trip to Yuta. Fantastic food, views and service. From glasses of wine and a good chat with the sommelier, to amazing meals and a brief walk after dinner. We ordered the lobster tortellini, caviar hash browns, sesame hand roll , tomato salad, beet salad, wagyu tenderloin and striped bass. So tasty and gorgeous presentation.

Solid 3. The food was just okay. Started with the Bibb salad and it tasted like salty old grocery bag salad. Loved the story behind the horse thief cocktail, but it wasn't great. The pork was good but to say it came with kale was an overstatement--not even a full leaf. Nice servers but I was also freezing the whole time. Wouldn't recommend it for the price

Great place for dinner in wanship at the Blue sky resort. Went here with 6 folks. We started out with the tuna appetizer which was great and several of us had the steak which was amazing. We had great dessert with with the brownie and ice cream and the ice cream sandwich with fresh cookies. Could do better on the cocktails but it is an amazing overall experience worth coming back for again and again

The drive to the restaurant is so nice! You'll enjoy a pleasant drive up the mountain that hides a truly high-end resort. The dining area is slightly rustic but otherwise contemporary. The scenery is amazing and the service, from the valet to the servers to the hostess is nothing less than great. The food, well it was amazing! The pasta is made in-house (as it should be) and the short rib is some of best I have ever had - unforgettable! The wine selection is "lean and mean" hitting the right notes with the menu items with a few different chardonnay options (light and even lighter) to reds that are very complementary to the heartier selections. To finish, the complementary sweets are the perfect ending. I had also ended with the cheese board, and it seemed to create an even better balanced finish. Lastly, bring your wallet, as for two people each with a couple of glasses of wine and a couple of appetizers and main dishes (gratuity is included - even for two) is about $250, and so worth it!

We decided to splurge and have dinner in the alpenglobe. It proved to be perfect as it provided privacy, a view, and a feeling of a personalized experience. The globe is spacious enough and the staff wore mask (properly!) at all times. They provided us with a Bose speaker so we could listen to music as well (a simple but really nice touch). We had several dishes. The octopus was solid but tuna appetizer is otherworldly. You MUST try that if you come. The kale salad was great as well. I ordered the steak which was flavorful and excellently prepared. The waiter, Tim, made a great wine suggestion that my wife loved and also paired with the dinner. Great food, great vibes, please visit.

I love the experience of going up the vernacular to the bar area and the hotel and restaurant is very nice in general. The drinks and the food looked good. This is definitely the type of places I always go to with this kind of vibe. The drinks were good and very cute! For the food, I go back-and-forth because it wasn't very good, but it was good for bar food. But then it's really expensive for bar food so I would expect more... for escargot at fancy hotels or places in general I expected to be better and just like a few pieces. This felt like it was quantity over quality. The brussels sprouts were good, I would say that was the best food item that we tried. I was really excited about the escargot, so I'm a little disappointed. Our server was very nice and helpful! It was great service in the bar area, but the staff throughout the hotel getting there was not the friendliest. Overall, I don't regret coming here and I definitely want to give it another chance and possibly try the main restaurant.

We were seated by the window, and the sweeping mountain views paired with the elegant interior created a serene and elevated dining atmosphere. While the experience inside was exceptional, the arrival left a bit to be desired. The hotel entrance felt somewhat understated for a property of this caliber, and on a 35-degree evening, the outdoor heaters were not in use. When I inquired, the response suggested they are only turned on when it is "really cold," which felt slightly misaligned with the level of comfort and attentiveness one expects from a St. Regis experience. That said, the cuisine, ambience, and views were truly wonderful. With a more polished and welcoming arrival experience, this would easily be a five-star destination.

The hamachi was so fresh, and the duck confit Caesar salad was fantastic! I did a starter size of the parpadelle as my main, and it was the perfect amount of food, as I had a bite each of my dining companions Wagyu steak, Bavette steak and the lamb "New York." My husband loved his lamb so much (he doesn't get it at home because I don't like lamb) but we all agreed that the Bavette was the winner. Making the evening even more perfect was our server Victor. He was amazing! So fun and friendly, and it was like he could read our minds & would bring things we were talking about without us asking. We joked that there must be a microphone hidden at the table. It's a great room too, with windows into the kitchen and beautiful decor. Special shoutout to our waiter, Alex, who was not only friendly and attentive, but truly knew the menu inside and out. He also was happy to help with alternatives for those of us who had allergy or food preferences. The ambiance here is nice - very simple and warm but still felt upscale. Given there were 8 of us, I can't say I remember everyone's orders but below is what my partner and I ordered to share: Pappardelle Yellowtail Carpaccio Crispy Duck Caesar Wagyu Strip Loin All of the food was cooked or prepared beautifully. My biggest complaint was portion size, as the dishes are pretty pricey. But hey, you're paying for quality, not quantity. The group split a handful of the desserts, and while I can't remember the names of what the table ordered, I do have photos below. I personally ordered the persimmon sorbet which I was a huge fan of. One final note - our group stayed LATE yapping. Like closed down the joint and not a single person tried to rush us out. I'm so appreciative of their kindness and willingness to let us finish out our evening when I know for sure we overstayed our welcome. I'm honestly surprised this place isn't hyped more on social media but I'd absolutely recommend if in the area. 8/8 of us agreed it was the best meal we had while in town.
