But then it's really expensive for bar food so I would expect more... for escargot at fancy hotels or places in general I expected to be better and just like a few pieces. This felt like it was quantity over quality. The brussels sprouts were good, I would say that was the best food item that we tried. I was really excited about the escargot, so I'm a little disappointed. Our server was very nice and helpful! It was great service in the bar area, but the staff throughout the hotel getting there was not the friendliest. Overall, I don't regret coming here and I definitely want to give it another chance and possibly try the main restaurant.

Your sister bar in Manhattan is perhaps the greatest cocktail bar ever made - where Dali himself once spent his final happy hours! This is basically a Mariott with 2 fancy funiculars. Not good enough for the brand. Not good enough for inflated rose.

Smooth, perfectly balanced, and not one of those knock-you-over-the-head strong drinks. Dangerous in the best way because you could easily have another... and another. The vibe? My husband loved his lamb so much (he doesn't get it at home because I don't like lamb) but we all agreed that the Bavette was the winner. Making the evening even more perfect was our server Victor. He was amazing! So fun and friendly, and it was like he could read our minds & would bring things we were talking about without us asking. We joked that there must be a microphone hidden at the table. It's a great room too, with windows into the kitchen and beautiful decor.
