Julio took care of me, and he was an exceptional brand ambassador for High West. He was extremely knowledgeable about the different offerings and took the time to answer all of my questions with genuine patience and enthusiasm. Since this was my first visit, I really appreciated the level of service and attention he provided. The drinks were exceptional, and Julio's recommendations were just as impressive. His knowledge of the whiskey and the different offerings really added to the experience. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area. Great drinks, great atmosphere, and exceptional service. The ambiance was timeless farmhouse meets upscale fine dining. Our waitress Simona was excellent. She guided us through the just-released summer 2026 menu. The two page menu had an a la carte page and a tasting menu page. We opted to do a la carte. What we ordered: Artisan Bread for the table first course: Smoked Trout Toast + Yellow Tail Carpaccio second course: Burrata & Prosciutto third course: Bavette dessert: Goat Cheesecake + drinks: Carajillo + Espresso Martini I don't even know where to begin or what was my favorite. Everything was so flavorful and plates were so thoughtfully designed. My hubby's favorite was the smoked trout toast. The Bavette (steak) we both equally loved. The yellow tail carpaccio may have been my favorite. But the burrata and prosciutto was so unexpectedly a top contender too. And then that goat cheesecake was the perfect way to end the experience. And the bread... locally made and paired with house made butter... definitely need to add this to your meal! The only problem was that I wanted to order everything on the menu but my stomach and wallet told me otherwise LOL I want to fly back to Park City just to eat here again!

I had the Espresso Martini and it was easily one of the best I've ever had. Perfectly balanced, rich, and smooth. I also tried the Bramble Barrel, which was amazing as well. The blueberry and pomegranate flavors paired so well with the gin and lemon. The lounge itself is really cozy with a stylish, living room type feel. Great lighting, comfortable seating, and overall just a really good vibe. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. While we were there we saw a cocktail class happening, which looked really fun. Definitely something I'd love to come back and try next time. Small detail, but I also loved the bathroom products. I was so impressed - the cheese sauce was amazing and the dip was sooo good with the pita. I am dreaming about it still!! The Bloody Mary was great and we really enjoyed just hanging out inside while it rained. It was pretty crowded which made getting in and out of the table kind of tough, and the backs of the chairs are no joke - they are absolutely straight metal plates, and they were pretty uncomfy (maybe a pillow would help?) but that definitely didn't take away from the charm or the food!!

This wasn't a great experience for me…read more The first thing that struck me was the ID check at the door. I pulled up my Colorado digital ID, and the employee seemed completely thrown by it and insisted on seeing my physical license. I understand businesses have policies, but the interaction felt unnecessarily awkward. I'm in my mid-40s, don't even drink alcohol, and still felt like I was being treated as if I were trying to sneak into a bar. It just set an odd tone from the start. I didn't choose the restaurant, but as someone with celiac disease, this was an even bigger issue. I let the staff know up front that I have celiac disease and need to avoid gluten. I ordered a bunless burger and skipped the fries since they don't have a dedicated fryer. I ordered a side salad instead, only to find out almost all of the dressings contained gluten, so I went with the vinaigrette. The burger itself was overcooked and honestly pretty underwhelming. The worst part came at the end of my meal. I took a bite of my salad and felt a crunch. There was a crouton mixed in. I had to spit it into my napkin in front of my coworkers, but by then I'd already chewed it and had crumbs throughout my mouth. For someone with celiac disease, this isn't just an inconvenience. If I'd never mentioned it, that would be one thing. But after telling the staff up front, there should never have been a crouton on that salad. That's beyond normal cross contamination. It was simply careless, and unfortunately it overshadowed the entire experience.

She never said her name or what her position was at the restaurant. It was over 100 degrees on this day. I was carrying coconut water to stay hydrated. When I sat down she approached me & said it was illegal to bring outside drinks into a restaurant. Illegal? What a liar? What was her purpose? To try and scare me? Am I going to be arrested? There is no law in Utah or any federal law in the USA that states it's illegal to bring an outside drink into a restaurant. All she had to do is say "I apologize but we prefer no outside drinks in this restaurant, may you please place it under the table" and everything would've been fine. Nope she wanted to try an intimidate me. Maybe she's prejudice towards Latinos. It is Utah but who knows? The food was great, the Latina waitress was nice too. I really wanted to love dinner here, but unfortunately it missed the mark for me…read more I started with the gnocchi, which had a somewhat spongy texture and was lacking in flavor. I followed that with the ribeye, and while it was okay, it was tougher than I expected. The accompanying vegetables also didn't feel up to the level I would expect at this price point--they reminded me more of frozen vegetables that had been quickly seared. Even the bread seemed fairly ordinary. The chocolate mousse-style dessert was enjoyable, although probably not something I'd specifically come back for. On the positive side, my better half absolutely loved her pasta, so her experience was definitely better than mine! Ultimately, considering the price of the meal, I expected a noticeably higher level of quality and execution. I'd have a hard time spending that much for dinner here again. Overall dinner grade: D What a difference breakfast was--quite possibly the best breakfast buffet I've ever had! There were so many great selections, and I especially appreciated that the bacon was actually crispy and tasted freshly prepared rather than like the typical pre-cooked buffet bacon. The peanut butter pancakes were fantastic, and the fresh whipped cream was such a great touch. Even the fruit selection was outstanding, with plenty of variety and everything looking fresh and inviting.
