    Cacio e pepe

We had the most amazing dinner here, our server Julius was so kind and and helpful throughout our meal. He recommended us the squash, cacio e pepe, soft shelled crab, and sea bream. We also ordered the cauliflower, bok choy, hamachi, and fried chicken. The sea bream, cauliflower, and bok choy were my favorites! These dishes were super well balanced and delicious. However, I was really disappointed by the fried chicken and the hamachi was a bit underwhelming. Overall this was a really good experience! I recommend trying the whiskey caramel pudding for dessert

The crispy tuna from the raw menu was hands down the standout. I'm also a fanatic for crispy tuna in general but this one was incredible. The Baller is of course baller... who can hate a delicious steak. The mushroom bolognese was also full of flavor. I even tried the beets which I don't like in general but I could handle it, so that says something about the quality. It was a bit strange of an experience for our group (company outing) with the server running in and out but everything came out timely and tasty so no complaints! The venue is a bit off the Main Street path so it's a little odd to get to, and the lighting inside was a bit irritating shining right down in your face at the table instead of being dispersed more evenly and calmly. That being said still an overall great food eating time.

Very cute and nice date night spot. We did a girls dinner here while we were in Utah. This place is located in park city close to deer valley. We had reservations for 630pm and when we checked in we were seated immediately. Our server was attentive and polite. For our appetizers we ordered a half dozen raw oysters and the charcuterie board. It came out really fast. The oysters were fresh anf delicious. The board was also good. For entrees we ordered the Bolognese pasta, and fried chicken. Everything came out hot, fresh, full of flavor and tasted delicious. This place exceeded my expectations especially being from New Orleans. I have added this place to my list for when I go back to Utah.

Another great evening with friends at Handle. Always enjoy sampling the tailored cocktails and ordering a smattering of appetizers to share with the table. Hamachi Crudo, Scallops, Kale Salad and Collette Steak were all excellent.

10/10 - I took my dad here for our last night in Park City and it was a real treat. What started out with a surprisingly incredible chips & onion dip, ended with me googling if Handle had been awarded a Michelin Star on the ride back to our AirBnb. Having learned that the Michelin guide had only just expanded to Utah in Dec. 2025, I hope Handle is on their list. The restaurant was a little tricky to find as the front entrance of the building was under construction, and the bathroom situation was a little unique being outside the restaurant, but none of that mattered. Inside the restaurant is beautifully designed and the ambiance sets the tone for a truly special dining experience. The staff were all very kind, and the food was easily the best I've had in a long time. Each dish was incredible, bursting with flavor and expertly presented. The duck fat croutons on the Caesar salad were quite literally exploding with warmth and flavor. The fried chicken... I mean from every angle that dish was down right awesome. The slaw was the best I've tasted, and the chicken was so crispy but juicy and tender. Then that Thai Ice Tea ice cream on top of the Tres Leches?! - just wow, mic drop dessert. I left knowing that I will surely be making a return the next time I'm in Park City. Thank you for such a great meal and experience, truly a very talented crew at Handle.

The kale salad and the cocktail labeled "Tequila". Kale salad was delicious and I normally don't love kale!

The food was amazing, all the people who worked there were super nice, and I had a surprising amount of options considering the limited menu and that I am both celiac and vegetarian!! They are very knowledgeable on cross contamination (and allergies in general), and our server went through the whole menu with me and described how they could make most of the dishes gluten free!! She also was super sweet about asking the kitchen any questions we had about alterations to dishes and possible allergies with the drinks as well. The drinks and the food were both beautiful and everything was delicious! One of my favorite drinks was the Japanese Whisky, and the cauliflower made gluten free was soo good!! My girlfriend and sister said that the soft shell crab was incredible as well! We had a big group and I don't think anyone ordered anything they didn't end up enjoying, very little food was left unfinished. It can be a bit dark, depending on what room you are in, but it is a very comfortable temperature and noise level inside which I always really notice and appreciate!!

Wow! I don't have enough wonderful things to say about this gem of a farm to table restaurant. Eclectic modern vibes inside, mood lighting, but yet not stiff to the point you feel uncomfortable. The food was some of the most unique I've had in ages-- pictures don't even do it justice. Martha was our server and she coursed everything out perfectly. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

It pains me to write this review and score the restaurant so poorly but I try and be honest when I post reviews on restaurants, hence the two stars. I will state upfront that the food is (as always) quite good. I would score two of the dishes as five star and one as four star and will comment on them below. Our waiter was named Michael D (name badge said Tre) and he delivered some of the worst service we have experienced in ages. We saw him when we ordered, when he poured the first glass of wine and then did not see him again until it was time for the check. We asked him why he could not be bothered to stop by, perhaps to refill our wine glasses, or even to ask if the dishes were to our liking, and he simply stated that we seemed to be ok and he did not want to interrupt us. Give me a break! Service at a fine dining restaurant requires that the wait staff check in now and then on their customers. I will add that we ordered three dishes, a cold and a hot appetizer and a main. We were sitting at a two top and the cold and the hot dish were dropped concurrently. There was almost no room on the table for both dishes which made it difficult to deal with them. Juggling wine and water glasses to make room is just idiotic. Some simple timing would have been of great help. The runners dropped the dishes and no attempt was made to communicate anything about them. Just here is your food. We did complain to the management team on our way out and they simply stated that they were so sorry we had a bad experience and that the extent of their response. As for the food, it was solid. The two (simultaneously delivered) appetizers were incredibly tasty. Handle is a shared plate restaurant so the wife and I had the same dishes. The cold dish was a hamachi crudo, served with radish, Calabrian chiles, toasted bread crumbs and a Calabrian chile vinaigrette. Great presentation and great flavor. Our hot app was a a sourdough toast topped with caramelized onions, apple and ricotta with several cubes of superbly roasted pork belly. The flavor was divine and we were quite happy we ordered both of the appetizers. For our main we went with the mushroom bolognese. Of the three dishes this was the weakest. The bolognese was mushrooms, with a large dollop of truffled mascarpone on top and some chives for garnish along with a small amount of chile oil. Good, not great and I wished for more of the bolognese sauce. The wine list is quite large and varied with a good balance of new and old world selections. We have eaten there before and enjoyed our meals and the service that we got. This was not the case last night (11/29/24) and what with all the choices we have in Park City I really doubt we will ever go there again which is sad.

Dined at Handle with a fairly large party and everything went great. We were actually fit in at the last minute thanks to the gracious people at Handle. Our server Dre was ON IT, super nice, and super knowledgeable about the menu. We got great recommendations from him. They were happy to let us bring our own wine and I also tried the Gin cocktail which was sweet and delicate. This is a place where sharing plates is a must. Here's what we tried: Hamachi Crudo: 10/10 - The fish? Fresh. The sauce? Unbelievable. Licked the plate clean. Bok Choy: 7/10 - I liked the bok choy but I felt that it could've been more caramelized and the sauce could have been thicker. Cauliflower: 7.5/10 - Tasty, but very reminiscent of sweet and sour fried chicken. Wagyu Tartare: 6.5/10 - It was okay. The meat was fresh but there wasn't enough flavor coming through besides the capers and some sort of weird sour flavor. I also am not sure whether chips were the right move with it. Oysters on the shell: 8/10 - Very fresh, and the mignonette is so zingy! Mushroom Bolognese: 9/10 - WOW. So rich, so heavenly. The bolognese sauce is widely flavorful and the ricotta on top adds depth and richness. The pasta itself is clearly freshly made, and has a great bite and flavor to it. Black Cod: 8.6/10 - The fish was very well cooked, but I loved the sauce even more. Creamy spicy sauce paired with roasted corn was genius. Wagyu coulotte: 9/10 - The Wagyu just melted in my mouth; this steak is legendary. Meat at its (almost) finest. They cooked it perfectly and the sauce and enoki mushrooms are great pairings. The only thing I wish for is that they add some sort of crunchy element to the dish! Whiskey caramel Pudding: 10/10 - The hype is warranted. I would NEVER order pudding but after hearing it was named best in Utah, we had to try. All I can say is that it was exquisite. The maple with the whiskey with the caramel contrasted by the crunchy crumble... unreal. Buttermilk Pie: 8/10 - Average dessert for a sweets lover! The ice cream is perfectly chocolatey and the crumble has a good texture. I loved the fact that the marshmallow component was toasted as well.

Handle is a must-visit for those visiting Park City. Their Kurobuta Pork Neck is a standout--tender meat with a tangy tamarind sticky sauce, complemented by pickled onions and fresh herbs. Pair it with one of their expertly crafted cocktails; the bartenders here know their stuff, and the drinks pack a punch. The cozy, lively atmosphere makes it a great spot for a night out and service is attentive and friendly!
