    HUNTER & NICOLE did an excellent job with the oil change, tire pressure check, air filter…read morereplacement, etc. This is my second time coming here after being recommended by my mom. They showed more great customer service this time, as well as the last. Hunter & Nicole were very thorough and know exactly what they are doing. Their communication is top tier and they know what to recommend to get serviced next, without pressuring you. I will definitely be back for more service again, especially since Hunter saved me from having a bad battery. So I got it checked at the dealership, and they gave me a new battery under warranty. I will continue to come back if Hunter & Nicole are there. Thanks again!

I went on a Saturday so they were busy, which makes sense...but the total amount of time spent was around an hour. The team seemed to be pretty efficient, however and I appreciated that. During the oil change I was handed a reminder sticker stating that I needed another oil change after only 3,000 miles. That is so obsolete...very few cars running full synthetic oil need oil changes this frequently. When I questioned it the tech told me he wasn't an expert in that field, which is concerning. How are you performing oil changes but aren't an expert? At the end of the oil change I was asked if I knew how to reset the oil change reminder in my car. Since BMW conducted the first 3 oil changes for me and this is the first one on my own, I said no. I was told someone would meet me on the side of the building to help me but no one ever came. I wound up figuring it out and drove off. They honored my $25 off coupon though, which was nice.

When I called her out on her rude and obnoxious attitude and asked for the name of the regional manager, she refused and said he will call me. Let's see if they do. I am reaching out to their corporate offices as well. Stay Away from this shop they will rip you off. The most dishonest branch of Brake Masters. This is the response I got from their Director of Stores... We would be open to a conversation when you change your very disrespectful an inflammatory review. Until then, there will be no further communication. You all can make your own decision to do business with them. Their team clearly don't care about customers concerns or their own brand. And the disrespect Lori extended to me in front of other customers does not count? You are proving my point. Brake Masters doesn't care about customers. Instead of investigating why two customers have opted to go out of the way to call out an individual at your store. You are trying to brush it under the rug and hope it goes away. I am not changing my honest review and I'd rather be out the $$ then another unsuspecting person get screwed and disrespected at your shop. Shocking this is how you deal with customer complaints. Maybe I should send a note to Alex Rezaee to see if such a culture is acceptable. Update: The only thing wrong was a $45 sensor and I got it done for $200 vs. the $3,000 Lori and this dishonest company. Save your $$ there are many mechanics around the area.
