Once inside, the atmosphere was classy, intimate, and really well done. The pianist was fantastic and played a mix of modern songs, which was a fun twist and added a lot to the vibe. The bartenders were also wonderful, very attentive and genuinely helpful when we were deciding what to order. They asked about our preferences and helped each of us find a cocktail that suited our tastes perfectly. The drinks were delicious, smooth, and clearly well made. It contained shredded chicken, which was a little different, and had a strong spice flavor that I couldn't identify (tarragon). I didn't dislike it, but I wouldn't reorder. The Old Fashioned was disappointing. The Guinness and French 75 were both good and met expectations. None of the food was actually bad. We simply had much higher expectations based on the restaurant's reputation and what we were told they do exceptionally well. Service was good, and the atmosphere was cool.
