Cool little outdoor bar in a shopping center compound. Has a decent selection of tropical liquor drinks, beer and wine. Several restaurants are also nearby along with a marina and tennis courts.

    Overlooking the marina!

It's closed. This used to be at the wharf. We searched for a bit and finally asked another bar.

The people are nice. The atmosphere was inviting. The music was good and the drinks were cold and inexpensive.

It was a fun place to chill, listen to music and have a drink. Try the Vegas Bomb! Margaritas were good too!

Fun atmosphere especially for a Monday night. Delicious Bushwackers. The bartender was friendly. Great music. We had such a good time!

I don't know what kind of magic they're putting in that bowl, but if every diplomatic negotiation started with this dish, we'd have world peace by noon. The grits were creamy, the shrimp were perfect, and the egg on top? Absolute brilliance. It was like the chef said, "Let's take perfection... and then promote it." The water view was so good I forgot for a moment that I'm a responsible adult with things to do. If you're trying to lower your blood pressure or pretend you're in a country music video--this is the spot. Our waitress was a delight--friendly, fast, and somehow always there exactly when we needed her but never hovering like a helicopter parent. A true brunch ninja. And let's talk about the $1 mimosas. I'm not saying they changed my life... but I am saying that after the third one, I briefly considered becoming a full-time brunch influencer. To finish strong, the bread pudding arrived and it was huge. A portion so generous it made me question every other restaurant's life choices. Warm, rich, perfectly sweet--basically dessert therapy. Bottom line: If you go to Ginny Lane Bar & Grill and don't have a good time, check your pulse. This place nails brunch, vibes, service, and value.

It was constant sexual commentary from start to finish. Our server didn't "read the table" at all. He made a comment to my son's girlfriend asking what protein she wanted with her mac and cheese, then followed it with, "or do you get enough from him?" while pointing at my son. That's not part of the act I am guessing...that's just inappropriate!! Every interaction had some kind of sexual angle. Not witty, not timed well--just nonstop, low-level, crude remarks. At some point it stops being the restaurant's "thing" and just becomes uncomfortable and honestly embarrassing. What he wrote on my hat was also sexual and vulgar for no reason. Again, not funny--just lazy shock humor. I'm not offended easily, and I don't walk into a place like this expecting fine dining behavior. But there's a clear difference between being playfully rude and being outright inappropriate, especially when you're speaking to someone's girlfriend in front of her family. Then the bill hits--$107 for extremely basic food. Mac and cheese, plain noodles, tater tots with a little bowl of melted cheese labeled as "fondue," and sodas. That's not even average quality, let alone worth that price. If you're going to charge like that, at least deliver an experience that's actually entertaining. This wasn't entertaining--it was uncomfortable, repetitive, and way below the mark. If this is the direction the place is going, they've completely lost what made the concept work in the first place!! Do Better!! Update: The owner publicly stated they would be reaching out to me privately, but no message has been received. If the goal was to resolve this, there was an opportunity to do so.

Chef Jon Kastner (yes, the same culinary genius formerly at Anchor Bar & Grill and Southern Chili Lab) is working magic in the kitchen here. Every dish was creative, flavorful, and beautifully executed. We started with the boiled peanut hummus--a bold, Southern twist that somehow tasted like comfort and innovation all at once. The pickled collards (and other veggies) on top perfectly complemented the smooth hummus. The wings were crisp, juicy, so flavorful, and the Alabama white BBQ sauce was downright addictive. I seriously could eat that sauce on everything. We couldn't resist trying a couple of other wing sauces, too, and every one was a win. The fried green tomato salad was another standout--fresh, tangy, and just the right balance of crispy and creamy. From start to finish, the food was elevated but not fussy--exactly the kind of place you want to linger with friends, savoring every bite. Whether you're here to play or just to eat, Tee Off is officially on our must-visit list.
