Some of the worst service I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. I was on vacation in The Wharf this week (7/20/26 - 7/23/26), and my first night there the female bartender made me a drink that contained a lemon seed when the drink does not come with lemons. I only noticed it after I took a sip and it came through my straw (imagine my surprise). Luckily I wasn't harmed, but this kind of carelessness could have resulted in a negligence suit against the bartender and the business itself being held vicariously liable. I didn't make a fuss because the female bartender was very apologetic about it, and I appreciated her for handling the situation as well as she did. However, the worst of my experience was my dealings with the older white male bartender. During the day between the hours of 1pm and 5pm, he was extremely rude to me. Not just once, but each time I went to go indulge in their famous daiquiris, for which I was really looking forward to. He never once asked me how I was doing and if he could get me anything. He would just stare at me with this look as if I was bothering him, waited for me to say something, made my daiquiri and slammed my receipt on the counter still without saying anything. I thought maybe he was having a bad day, but his behavior was consistent each day/time I visited the location. This was shocking, especially considering the number of positive reviews online and upon seeing how different his interactions were with other customers. After my fourth visit and encounter with him, I felt discouraged to return and spend my money there. I spent, in total, approximately $165 that I wish I could take back because I was extremely dissatisfied with the situation, but they were the only place I could enjoy a decent daiquiri without leaving the comfort of The Wharf. Honestly, if you are vacationing in this area, I would not spend my money here. Obviously, it is not appreciated and sincere service is inconsistent. 0/10, would NOT recommend. read more

fun dive bar with specializing in frozen drinks. they also offer traditional cocktails and beer. there is a limited food menu available. the bar tenders do a good job filling orders. there does not appear to be table service available. they have live music playing on the " outlaw" stage making for a fun time. read more

We had the worst service imaginable here. We went to celebrate a family occasion and were treated so rudely by the woman behind the bar that we couldn't get out of there fast enough. I've never seen anyone behave so crudely in all my life. She acted so awful that I felt as if we were being "punked." I kept waiting for hidden cameras to be revealed. It was that extreme. I've worked in the service industry and have always left tips, even when the service is poor. I always offer grace because anyone can have a bad day. But this was beyond exception. We go to the beach and concerts often but we will never go to this business ever again. I don't usually write bad reviews but people need to be warned about this woman. Beyond horrible. I felt so bad for my older relatives who were treated like absolutely garbage by this woman, even though they were all very respectful, polite, and patient. I won't post her name publicly and I don't wish her any harm but if you're looking for a decent daiquiri stop, you may want to find an alternative. No one deserves to be treated the way she was treating ALL of her customers. I can't begin to understand what could make someone behave that way, but I hope she feels better soon and can find her own peace and happiness because she was certainly determined to steal the joy from all who entered her establishment. This a cool spot at the Wharf in Orange Beach but this locally owned and operated business is a bar first and foremost but they've got some pretty great food that goes great with those daiquiris, bushwhackers, I've cold beer and other libations! I gotta talk about the thing that keeps me coming back here time after time, it's the totally delicious piping hot shrimp pizza, it is legit!! The crust is just right and always cooked crisp, the sauce and cheese are spot on and OMG those big plump Gulf fresh shrimp are cooked just right with spices that compliment the whole and that combination makes this one of my all time favorite pizzas of all time. It's that good! They also have cheese and build your own pizzas but the shrimp is it while their cheese bread and kick ass cheese bread go pretty nicely with a cold beer :-) I'm also a big wings person and their wings are not bad at all. Their seriously bigger than most wing joints, their juicy, prepped and cooked just right. Your choices of temp and sauces are outstanding with mild, medium or hot, extra hot and ghost pepper. They offer BBQ & hot BBQ (my fave), sweet & spicy, garlic parmesan, lemon pepper, teriyaki and Jamaican jerk with sauces including fireball, old bay, Greek dry ranch or Bleu cheese. They've got a meatball sub and 1/4 beef hot dog but they're not anything special and that's it for food choices but like I said, it's a bar. Big screen outdoor by the patio bar which is great for those Bama games or MMA plus there's a small stage for some good live music too. The seating inside is limited but there's a decent number of tables and chairs on the concrete deck outside. BTW YES, you can get your drinks to-go and shop The Wharf with them, gotta love that! Bottom line: Brittany is very friendly and knows her stuff, the atmosphere is not fancy, like I said "it's a bar" but for drinks, wings & pizza it is worth the trip. read more

The food was excellent. I ordered the cheese pizza. The pizza was cooked to order and was perfect. Make sure you try the bushwacker... you will thank me later.. especially if you like coffee... I went at lunchtime.. the wait was not long, and the service was fast. The location is in the WARF. EASY ACCESS... You must be 21 to enter.. this is not a place for small children. Signs are posted that state you must be 21 to enter. At night, there is usually someone at the door checking ID. They do have a full bar for mixed drinks and beer. read more

SO to start off, I posted these reviews on their facebook, but they decided to turn off their reviews on facebook. SO here we are on yelp. First review, I went in yesterday and ordered 2 drinks: one for me and my mom. No issues, bartender super nice, and great drinks. Came back today, ordered 3 drinks: one for me, my mom, and my dad. Bartender (different from yesterday) was rude telling me she could only sell me 1 drink. Precedes to tell me it depends on the bartender lol. So now having to drive back to pick my mom up so she can get her daiquiri. Pissed is an understatement with the service I received. Second comment, Make sure to read this review bc the bartender still is. Third comment, We went back today 5/18/22 for another daiquiri even though we received bad service yesterday. The bartender was SO rude AGAIN. She made our drinks (only 1 each this time) then refused us service when the 2 men beside us asked us what was going on. We WILL NOT be back if she is working there. If you need to just hang out and have a frozen drink, this place is great! We really enjoyed talking with people and the bartender, Brittany, was attentive and seemed to enjoy her job. Reasonably priced, but the add-on shots are too expensive. We watched the Masters and they have 20+ big screen TVs. We will go back during football season! Good time! read more

I always shy away from these type of "tourist trap" looking places because they usually are just overpriced and don't have good food or service. This one breaks the mold. The service was fast and friendly. The drinks were a generous pour (we didn't order the frozen ones). The food was unexpectedly good. It is definitely a locals spot with quite a few regulars. Everyone was very friendly and welcomed us right in. They do have bands but we were too early to hear them. Overall, this is a pretty cool spot. read more

Definitely one of the hidden jewels within The Wharf. Beautiful location and the owner had some true southern hospitality. He sat and chatted with my girlfriend and me, who were visiting out of town, about the area and about the events going on around town. The drinks were great too. I had the margarita and my GF had the "dream sickle" drink. They drinks were a bit pricey ($7.50 for a 16 oz. drink), but the bartender refilled my drink for free before we left the bar. The price of the drinks have deterred me from giving the place 5 stars. read more
