I've called and used their website portal multiple times and it seems there's no one there. Essentially, you buy anything from them, you're stuck with it even if it's defective. In August 2025, bought a beautiful premium long sleeve tshirt. Before giving to my daughter to wear, I washed in on cold delicate with a few minutes in a low heat tumble cycle. The gorgeous lettering just flipped off halfway--it wasn't like a corner here or there--it was most of the letters. It's December. The purchase was made in August. STILL NO RESPONSE. Here the FIFTH email I sent to them and still no response: Hi, I've contacted your store several times, using this email portal and via phone calls and voicemail that have gone unreturned. I'm hoping this time, it will get through to someone who can and will follow through on customer service. I come in every year and buy my daughter something special to remember her family vacation. My family has a condo across the street. We've been coming in since the days Ilan and his college age daughter were running the shop. We've been loyal customers. This summer, I bought my daughter an Existing Kids Tshirt in pink with a lovely PK and turtle logo. I washed it on cold delicate partial tumble dry low before she wore it and the letters were flopping off of the tshirt. I contacted the PK Trading Co using this online portal and left voicemail. No response. Another two times, no response. Months later, I attempted to low heat iron the letters back on and it didn't work. I contacted PKTC again. No response. This tshirt is a nice quality and the right color and it isn't wearable. How frustrating. I have photos I'd like to share with you and sincerely hope that someone does respond and make good on this purchase. I plan to update this review IF I receive ANY response from them. If this review hasn't been updated, it's just because there is STILL NO RESPONSE.

Came to the pink souvenir store to browse and I couldn't believe my eyes, HERMIT CRABS WITH NO WATER?! that's just the the tip of the iceberg here. How do you take a animal that lives in water and sell it and can't even provide WATER for it, there was 45 workers in the store? Maybe you need to have a meeting and teach the children you hire how to provide BASIC essentials. I told the worker and waited in my car to see if he'd go get them water, DIDNT HAPPEN. So disgusting. SO BEFORE YOU BUY A TRENDY HERMIT CRAB HERE ARE SOME FACTS, maybe chose a toy for your far to young child who isn't capable of taking care of anything. * Wild-caught: Nearly all pet hermit crabs are taken from the wild. They're ripped from their natural habitat, often have their shells forcibly removed, and are sold in souvenir shops. * Short lifespan in captivity: In the wild, hermit crabs can live 20-30 years. In captivity (especially in poor setups), they often die within a few months to 2 years. * Social creatures: They need to live in groups, not alone. * Molting & stress: They go through delicate molting cycles where they bury themselves and are vulnerable. If disturbed or improperly housed, they can die. * Humidity & heat: They require 70-80% humidity and warm temps (~75-85°F) or they will slowly suffocate and die. A wire cage or dry tank is basically a death sentence. Hermit crabs must have both fresh and salt water available at all times. And not just in a bottle or shallow dry dish -- they need enough to submerge themselves, because they use it to: * Breathe (they have modified gills that need humidity!) * Soak during molting * Regulate their salt levels * Stay alive. Further more it is ILLEGAL In Alabama, charging a price higher than what is advertised, posted, marked, displayed, or quoted for a commodity at the time of sale is unlawful, and this is addressed under the Alabama Deceptive Trade Practices Act (ADTPA).
