Owner disappeared and returned saying that she talked to some friends who have service animals and said that it is true a person did not need to show any documents, but if it was a real service dog, that person would show it anyways. She made comments that the dog did not look like a service dog. Anyone could buy a collar and tag from Amazon. She grumbled about it to other ladies at the bar and was completely rude.
