So I'm really not a fan of chain joints so I avoid them like the plague on average. My friends I come to Foley, AL to visit often eat at this Buffalo Wild Wings on a nearly daily basis. I did discover that Buffalo Wild Wings does fry their food in tallow which is a fantastic thing I am a big fan of. So then we start to run into problems here as the service is constantly lacking and VERY slow with really simple things like getting a straw or drink refill taking forever. This restaurant ALWAYS seems jam packed and understaffed. My order is constantly done wrong here although they usually have been VERY good at making it up to me. I also really appreciate they offer a decent veterans discount here. The other huge draw to this place is they serve food later than most of the other spots in the area. The ambiance here is mostly sports bar with a side of way too many people and far too few employees. My largest overall complaint about this spot is they don't have mustard in a squeeze bottle but they do have a squeeze bottle of ketchup. How can a place like Buffalo Wild Wings with their huge variety of sauces not have a basic condiment like mustard? Well actually they do have mustard but only in those teeny tiny little crappy plastic packets that utterly suck ass. You see I'm 1000% on team mustard and I literally despise ketchup, catchup and all other versions of that horrid red concoction. I like plain yellow mustard, creole mustard, spicy mustard, horseradish mustard, German mustard and all manner of other mustards but I don't want a honey mustard or other sweet mustard so I'm utterly confused at the lack of mustard options at this huge national chain? How can you have a big squeeze bottle of ketchup but no squeeze bottle of mustard as that is utterly barbaric! My last visit here I walked into a HUGE brawl going on which seemed to be a bunch of Bama fans fighting with other Bama fans... so that was interesting to say the least... The Yankee bartender then utterly amazed me with some special magic by yelling out "War Tide" which fried all the Bama fans brains and totally stopped the fight. I've since tried that out on some unsuspecting Bama fans with fantastic results in freezing their brains. So all the ongoing issues, other than the brawler Bama fans, are VERY fixable and just seem like they are EXTREMELY easy ways to get far better results. Maybe just have straws sitting out where anybody can grab one. Maybe have self-serve iced tea and soft drink dispensers (which the beer will still be slow to come out but maybe if servers and bartenders ONLY have to deal with the adult beverages they will move faster than the current situation! For God's sake just put BOTH mustard and ketchup on EVERY table and on the bar as has been the LONG standing custom and tradition of these United States of America! What kind of commie BS is ONLY having nasty ketchup on the table going to teach the future generations of this nation? This mustard issue isn't just at Buffalo Wild Wings as I've been a witness to this cultural degradation at multiple spots in Alabama now. So to all those naughty evil people doing this desecration of the sacred traditions of the USA take a fair warning to NEVER, EVER make me have to eat my burger & fries without a huge squeeze bottle of yellow mustard and extra bonus points for several creole mustard bottles as well! My issue was with the service, yesterday I came in with my husband and his family and they are of color I am white. And as soon as we were sat down our waitress came over and immediately had a horrible attitude and at first none of us knew what was wrong with her we weren't really worried about at the moment. But then she clearly let it be known that she did not like what she was saying she was very noticeable about how she felt she did not keep it to herself she had her ways of telling us that she didn't care for it. It was to the point where my brother-in-law's had to tell her that she needed to calm down and back up. The attitude did not get no better through the whole time we were there at one point she walked up and asked me which one I was with and I pointed at my husband and said the oldest she rolled her eyes and let it be known that she did not like that he was with a white woman. I think it was inappropriate the way she was acting I think it was inappropriate that she was calling my mother-in-law mama and my sister-in-law sis very flirtatious with my brothers in laws and at the end of our visit there my brother-in-law gave her the money for the bill including her tip and my other brother-in-law tried to give her $20 my brother-in-law that paid for the bill stopped him and said way I already took care of that and she snatched the money out of his hand and said don't get in the middle of my business you're messing up my stuff. That is very unprofessional we were not okay with it. Because of her attitude and how she was towards me personally I even told my husband that I was afraid to eat my food but I took my chances because well my brother-in-law was paying for it and I didn't want to cause no problems with the whole family there and we got done eating at 5:30 p.m. and by 7:30 p.m. I was highly sick throwing up I don't know what happened to my food but out of nine people I'm the only one who got sick and I was the only one who got disrespected the most and I know it's because of my race and I know it was because I was with my husband and his family who are black. The boneless wings were very small and sad looking, the one showed in the picture is popcorn chicken sized and it did count as one of the 12. This specific location in Foley is probably one of the worst ones I've been to. We went in to watch a game (they do have great TVs which is why I'm giving any stars) but no one came to take our orders for probably 15-20 minutes which is what I read with other reviews. When we finally ordered and got the food it was ice cold - I read other reviews that said the same thing so I'm guessing that it's just the regular here and not a one off. Also just an additional note, Our waitress was sweet but unfortunately just really not good at her job but it didn't really matter. I usually love BWW and have never had this happen before.... but tonight I was served cold wings... below room temp, and after eating a couple, which I hated, I asked if they could heat the wings up a little. The girl informed me that once an item goes to the table, they can't take it back and fix the problem??? So all she could offer me was a to-go box, so I can take it home and do what I paid them to do. I get that it's a health code violation. But, If they actually wanted to make it right, they would have offered a discount on my food or offered to throw these cold wings away and bring some actual hot food like every other restaurant in the world. As a former restaurant worker, I'm extremely forgiving and easy-going, but management and owners need to know this isn't acceptable and hopefully they don't test people like this in the future. I contact Buffalo Wild Wings and spoke with a manager named Ashley. She said she couldn't do anything, and I would have to contact the app. An hour later someone from the app finally gets back with me only to say they could only refund half my order. When asked why, the person stated because that's all Buffalo Wild Wings would agree too. We were a party of 2 sitting at the bar with 2 bartenders working. 80% of TVs were on bama game until a few other games were added. (Multiple SEC games are on at same time.) We received drinks but no menus for almost 10 Minutes and had to ask for menu. I have eaten here twice, both times they have completely got my order wrong. The first time I ordered I did not confirm with them over the phone so when I picked it up and it was wrong I just didn't complain and I ate the food. I asked for 10 boneless medium buffalo wings and 10 medium boneless garlic Parmesan wings. When I got home I had 20 boneless wings with all buffalo but not the sauce the powder, on top of the order being wrong they were all over cooked and also cold. Today I ordered the same thing 10 boneless buffalo wings half garlic Parmesan half medium buffalo sauce. I received 20 traditional wings and fries I did not order fries and I ordered them boneless.
