Pretty quality fast food wing spot. Was excited to try for the first time. Went inside to order and was pleased with thr cleanliness and friendly staff. I would say my largest complaints are: 1) the Baumhower way of advertising wings by the pound. I got the one pound wing combo and that came out to six traditional wings. Saying 6-pc is more common and probably more helpful to people gauging out much to order. 2) the rice was somewhat bland but always okay to allow customer to add seasoning. One of the Best Quick Eats in Fairhope! Wingfingers is hands-down my go-to when I need something quick, tasty, and affordable. I've been several times (probably five now), and not once have I had a bad experience. The staff is always friendly, the service is fast, and the food hits the spot every time. The gooey fries are addicting, the chicken tenders are delicious, and even the regular fries are solid. Prices are very reasonable, and for the quality and speed, you really can't beat it. For a chicken place I was so happy to see some chicken that wasn't fried. It was the most amazing lemon pepper grilled chicken and to keep it light I opted for the veggies and they were really good. Get the white bbq sauce with it and you won't be disappointed read more

I told the young lady that I was sharing the sandwich but she gave it to me uncut, which was ok but they didn't have s knife in the plastic ware area so I went to the counter to get them to cut it and there was a manager there and she had an attitude, she wasn't verbally rude but she acted like I was bothering her and it was her cashier that was helping me. Our family has had each offering from southern tenders, Buffalo style to mojo grilled. However the kickers are the sauces butter milk ranch is our favorite. Other spicy choices are Freddy's fav and white BBQ sauce. Everything is fresh and salads crispy like the chicken. Go to this place and try everything. For the most part, the food is good. One time, the order was incorrect, and when I called and spoke to management, he simply offered his apologies. I did not pursue the matter any further, but I hope that the management used the error as a tool to help in training and reinforcing adequate service. The going lady who took my order was so professional, but (1) I watched the manager put the wrong food in the wrong bag and then watched the young lady fix the error, and (2) I waited fifteen minutes in the drive thru for French roast and a biscuit. Upon my first bite I found my vegetables to be ice cold. I brought my plate back to the counter and the manager on duty was pleasant and said he would heat them up. Anticipating an entirely new plate (especially with Covid-19), I was surprised that it appeared my plate was just microwaved and given back to me. The vegetables were hot, but that was the best part of the meal. The chicken was mediocre and had an odd after taste. The garlic sauce was overpowering, the rice was sticky. I really wanted to like this place because I LOVE baumhowers, but it just seemed like a cheaper version of it. I got the finger salad and the salad was hot. I understand that the tenders on it are hot but that shouldn't make the vegetables in there wilted and gross. THE WORST..... first of all, from the name alone I assumed there would be a choice of wings and fingers, WRONG. They have chicken fingers, in buffalo sauce or not. It's just chicken strips the same as you find on any kids menu in any restaurant. It was definitely hot right out of the fryer, a little salty and greasy. Fries were good.
