While visiting LA, some friends and I came here to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday. It was very busy as it was during the game and we had a relatively large party but our server, Nacole, handled it like a champ. We ordered SO much food and drinks, it was a celebration after all! But throughout it all, she was attentive, patient, and personable. We could not have had a better waitress. The food was good but I would be back just because the customer service was excellent! Worst service in my entire life. Waited an hour after my first drink to get any service. Not even busy since they only had outdoor seating and waitresses sitting and drinking with people instead of actually serving. Instead of spending so much time on locals that will buy your $7 beers it would be better to spend time on tourist that are willing to drop money on your overpriced cocktails. read more

so my wife saw this restaurant on TikTok and we decided to try it out. First of all, the only good thing there is the food and the patron tree. second, our first waitress left us without telling us that she was leaving and another waitress was supposed ego help us out until we ask where our first waitress went and the send waitress told us that she was our waitress for now on. We paid $200 for everything including the gratitude. They really force a 18% ($21) gratitude on your bill without knowing how your experience will be. It's not really worth it I'm just saying. read more

Worst service! Sat down at the bar, bar tender says I'll be right with you. Stands there drinks her water for a good 10 minutes. Makes change for another customer that needed change for the valet. That wasn't even a customer! Does something on the computer walks away and doesn't come back! So we wait thinking she or someone will be back and nope! No one helped us! We sat there patiently for 45 minutes thinking maybe change of shifts. So we walk out and the host says thank you guys for coming in! Went out with a couple Friends on a Sunday night. Not sure if anyone else has experience this type of discrimination but the host offered us the back room with a whopping $3000 minimum. Not even La Mesa ( Le Jardín ) has a minimum that' extreme. I would recommend TAO or any other high scale place for that minimum. read more

We came here for brunch on Sunday and it was amazing!!! The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome right off the bat. The food and drinks were also amazing and they have a couple mimosa options, including a pink hibiscus one that was so refreshing and dry! Also try the avocado toast and philly cheese steak sliders! We definitely felt safe too as the staff wore face masks and shields and restaurant had glass partitions between the booths to keep their guests safely distanced but still kept the vibes elevated. It was a nice vibe for the night. We intentionally made reservations for 6:30 so we could catch happy hour, but we arrived a little late, and happy hour wasn't even mentioned to us by any staff. It was okay though since we knew we were a little late, but it would be nice to advertise it? Like maybe have a happy hour menu? I was out bar hopping since post covid. I was referred to this establishment by a TAO staff. When we arrived, we self seated at the bar area. The nba game was on and the atmosphere was great. The waitress was very nice and patient. I gave a 1 star because the same waitress raised her leg and put her air force one shoe one the bar and wiped it with a towel and placed the towel right back on the counter. Me and husband was in disbelief. My husband didn't want me to say anything, but being a nurse and working post covid i could not let it go. I called her to the table and told her what she did and she said "OH"! No apology or anything. She then took the towel and removed it from the bar. I was so bothered that i didnt order any food. I finished my beer and my hubby ate his flatbread. What if some staff picked the towel up and dried the glasses we were drinking out of. Many of the waitress was smoking the e cigar pipes in the open. I guess this may be the norm. The hostess was nice also. Im just disgusted with what she did. The shoes she had on was not even new. I worry about sanitation issues. We cant let staff work in customer service without no conscious. I will not return. I was planning to bring my out of town family here. But that will not happen. This may not be right but i must expose this young lady and young man. Also the bar tender was scratching his neck and touching the glasses without sanitizing. read more

Honestly, it was not the best experience. Before arriving we had called and they explained to us that we had to make a reservation online and that they were very busy. When booking, you have to pay $150 + tax upfront. It goes towards your bill and they include 22% gratuity after your meal. We agreed and paid $165. When arriving, the place was barren. Not busy at all. One of the main issues was the look of the place. You'd expect a pricy sports bar in Hollywood to be a lot nicer. For paying $150 upfront, we got damaged tables, gross booth and unclean silverware. On top of the expensive flights of alcohol, you receive them in PLASTIC flutes. Our waitress was nice, but we asked multiple times for something as simple as water.... 2/5 plates of food came out first. Totally fine. But the next 3 plates didn't come out till 10 minutes after the first plates. When we finally had enough of it all, a hostess came over and we explained we had asked many times for water (which we still didn't get). She got the water for us right away, but when we asked for a manager, she gave us major attitude. All over experience wasn't the best. TikTok made it look a lot cooler than it was. Stopped by after work one night about 5pm. Party of 3. Waitress was very nice and attentive. Food was good and nice menu selection. I thought it was a sports bar and it does have a lot of tv's but it has a club atmosphere. Very loud music. If you are looking to watch sports and talk baseball, this is not the place . When we went to pay there was a 20% service charge already on our bill. I'm not sure what the service charge was for unless they already include the tip? There was a spot on the bill to add a tip though . Is the charge just for walking in the door? I didn't care for it, I prefer to tip my servers in cash and I tip 30% lately because of the pandemic. The other issue was the women's bathroom had 3 stalls and all of the doors are broken. One doesn't even close and the other 2 close but the locks are broken so both times I went to the bathroom someone walked in. From the review responses they seem to defend the high prices by suggesting they prefer to serve high class clients. If that is the case 1) don't market your bar as a sports bar when it's really a nightclub type place and 2) fix the broken bathrooms. read more

Went with my girlfriend for a Sunday evening out and we loved the pictures and the ambiance that we saw. The wait wasn't too bad and understandable since there was a pretty good crowd of people. The cocktails were good. I was disappointed with the service we got and we just felt overlooked. We kept trying to flag down our server multiple times. I do have to say that the expo and the bussers made our experience a lot better. They were very attentive and always asked if we were doing okay. (They should've been our server) We got the Mac and cheese, which was beautifully presented, but was way too undercooked and lacked flavor. read more

The music here is great! They have a DJ that transitions the music very well. Everyone was vibing and singing along. Taking away 1 star bc the waitress did not check up on us or bring us the check. This is the brand new spot for a high end sports bar that turns into a night scene. I'm vegan and they have options for me so it's not just a typical sports bar. It's hands down going to be the place for Super Bowl. read more
