Bad customer service. My wife and me went there today and were told we had to wait 10 minutes for a table; they invited us to wait at the bar and forgot us. 30 minutes later and after watching several people that arrived after us get seated, I asked the same girl when a table would be ready; she looked high and puzzled. She sat us at a table adjacent to where we were asked to wait; the table was empty the whole time we were waiting. We ordered food and the waitress said we had to give a credit card and let them hold it because "It's a bar and people run out". I wonder if that's the policy for all, or only Black and Hispanic people like us. We left and went to Te'kila's on Hollywood Blvd. 1000000% better customer service! Plus they trust you and treat you with respect. STAY AWAY FROM 3rd BASE if expect good service - they don't respect customers. read more

Sorry to the hostess but can you get some energy, we came at 4:45pm on a Tuesday and she advised us there was no seat available even though every booth and tall table was available but there weren't any waitresses even though there was one in a bikini top by the back room where they show all their storage boxes and kegs common people you have big shoes to fill at least try! There was a couple sitting at a booth who the hostess claims is the manager but if so then please let them know your food smells horrible as soon as you enter, all your electric wires are showing, bathroom locks don't work, and your staff is low energy and the space has no lively dinamic. Margaritas are horrible I had to get a beer because I couldn't trust the smells. We came to have dinner but won't be staying another minute. Honestly the best sports bar and bar in general in the LA area! Love watching sports here (any sporting event) because of the good vibes and the DJ spinning hits during the commercials, the people, the staff, the yummy drinks, and the food is delicious too. It's always such a fun crowd here - day or night and even when no sporting event is on. The layout is great too with open air and a great bar in the center. A must visit! read more

Last Saturday I had reservations for 20 people at your establishment for my 30th birthday. We chose your establishment because of your lounge area which we were promised over a week prior on the phone. When we showed up, no one had any record of our reservation. The lounge area was full and they were asking us how to fix the situation and telling us things they couldn't do. Finally they sat us in the corner in a booth that would not fit our party. We ended up leaving in which your staff said nothing. I emailed the restaurant about this and never received a response. I've never had such an unpleasant and unprofessional experience at a restaurant. You've lost 20 costumers. read more

It's Sunday morning and if you are like me I know what you are thinking. It's FOOTBALL time and where can I watch the mouth watering fixtures with good eats, fun atmosphere and lots to drink. Don't overthink it because 3rd base could be your ideal haven. I made a reservation (required), the atmosphere is outdoorsy and the setup of the screens will give you a wide array of options, very sports bar esque. There's a DJ that spins between timeouts so the energy is vibrant. I must commend the menu because everything I ordered was really just a touchdown every time. The chicken poppers to open up the belly especially if you are feeling peckish. Some mango habanero wings at halftime and the black mamba burger was in every sense delicious. If Kobe liked burgers, he would approve of it. Overall pricing was very reasonable and service was okay. The servers were attentive, and friendly-our order was correct. We had a large group but it all worked out. I can only give 3 stars. There were a lot of gnats flying around. One was even served to my husband as it was catching a ride on his burger. That was a little concerning bc we had gnats we shoo'd away for the duration of our meal. The drinks were tasty. Recently went to this establishment and did not have a good experience. Out of 4 meals, 3 had the same lent looking substance on the slider bread used by the establishment. To be clear, we never said there was hair in our food, we simply could not figure out what the substance was. We brought this to the waiters attention and after all 3 of us sent food back because of this weird lent looking substance, the manager came and informed us no more food could be sent back to the kitchen. The attitude from the waiter and the manager were horrible and they said it was something from the skewers on the sliders. Either way, none of us wanted the lent covered sandwiches. We ordered different meals but the wings weren't worth it. All in all, I won't be returning due to the horrible attitudes but also because of the mediocre food and drinks. read more

Great place to hang out with a few friends for some food and drinks. They have set up a patio area that creates a chill atmosphere. I have been here for brunch and dinner and their food quality was impeccable along with nice presentation. You have to make a reservation because they have a high demand on tables. They have tv's set up outside for game and fight nights. I love food and definitely recommend anyone coming here that wants a good meal paired with some good cocktails. We asked for a table , plenty were available. However ever the hostess said they were all booked for reservations which I totally understood she said the bar was open and we could sit there which we did , we were there for an hour and not one reservation showed up. The bartender didn't know how to make the drinks properly and she took forever to make them. Thank goodness for the other bartender he made our drinks the right way. We asked for water and the cups had lipstick on them WTH! We ordered one round and couldn't get out of there fast enough. It took forever to get our waitresses attention to check out and while we were sitting there waiting , we were observing someone that was the manager serving drinks in glasses that were filthy with dust and water spots. I'm only leaving a two star review because the waitress and the wait staff were very accommodating to the issues I had with my food. I had ordered a steak that was not done well at all, I asked for medium well steak and I kept getting well done. The steak was unseasoned and just did not have that char. I requested for the steak to be done again under the assumption that this must've been a mistake and it was still bad I'm guessing people really come here for drinks and not the food because I asked about how the food was to my other guests and they also said that their food was very mediocre or subpar and could've been better for the price. read more
