I ordered a cosmo and it was well made. The bartenders were overwhelmed with the amount of people and just two of them so service was reasonable for the amount of people ordering. They did add a 3% entertainment fee which was extremely weird because the music is standard in a sports bar. But overall we all really enjoyed ourselves. read more

Honestly discovered this place about 2 years ago. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Love the vibe so much on weekends, it gets lit. Dj set up, bar drinks flowing.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]We mostly come and visit during football season, such a great place to come watch sports here everyone we've ever came across here were very friendly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Food is also pretty solid, here I had an avocado toast but I've had their finger foods too, like their wings, nachos which are pretty yummy. I absolutely enjoy just ONE of their patron towers they are strong but still enjoyable lol. Can't wait for football season to start again so we can plan more visits here. read more

I have had a lot on the menu including the Chicken Poppers, Crispy Wings, Mozzarella Sticks, and the Creamy Mac & Cheese. The Sliders and Smash Burgers are pretty tasty as well! The Pepperoni Flatbread and the Shrimp Pasta are so good, too! What an interesting spot... So my partner and I went to a comedy show and were looking for some easy food after. Maybe a sports bar or something simple with both vegan and non vegan options. I found this spot just looking up things nearby. Based on the website and menu I expected a standard sports bar. I was wrong.. haha. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We get there around 10 and there's a security guard outside, loud music playing, and it's giving a club vibe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We were hungry so we didn't care. We walked in and sat at the bar. We were greeted fairly quickly by the bartender (I think his name was Judah, sorry if I'm wrong!). I looked over the menu and noticed it was a little different than the one online. Less vegan options. But still one or two so it was fine. I ordered a burger lettuce wrapped and my partner got a vegan version. He just got an NA beer and I got a cocktail. First thing I'll say is the food was actually really delicious. Not worth the absurd prices that they charge (but I feel like everything is insane now, even a burger and fries). But the fries were to die for. Truffle and cooked perfect. Burger was so good too. My drink was yummy. Again, not worth the price. But for a speciality cocktail, it was worth it. Thankfully that's all we really cared about. We ate quick and got out of there. This sports bar was recommended by the staff at our hotel. It was initially not what we had in mind for our first night in LA. We were looking for something more upscale rather than a sports bar. However, we ended up having a great time here. It was the recommendation we didn't know we needed. The food was actually good and we loved the drinks! I would visit again. read more

From the front to the side to the back to the bathroom![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The wings were really good. I would definitely come back for the lemon pepper wings specifically. Man it was a lot of fun...until it wasn't! Ended up here after a comedy show we were honestly just looking for a place with food and good vibes. It operates more like a club but I was with it because we wanted to keep the party going. Paid the cover $20 and were able to grab a seat at the bar. The service was fast. I did happen to notice they had a b rating eek but I was hungry lol. The tacos I ordered were pretty good only complaint they were so small I ate them in 5 mins and paid 20$ for a plate that definitely was not worth more than 6$. Had to eat some of my friends shrimp alfredo it was just ok the shrimp was definitely overcooked. Brussel sprouts were really good. Here's where things started going from bad to worse. [[HIGHLIGHT]]A fight broke out and someone was pepper sprayed. All the windows were closed in a tight space and the air quickly filled up and it was hard to breathe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We headed for the exit gasping for air. On the way out I managed to stop and pay my tab which I noticed automatic 18% gratuity. A little pissed I even paid anything given my experience but honestly not being able to really breathe I signed my check and bounced as quick as I could. Service: the first woman that served our group of 4 was not friendly at all. You can tell she was ready to leave. She walked out with her bags about 10 minutes later and just waived at us., motioning goodbye. Jasmine, Lexi, and Marisa were so helpful to us after that encounter! They all were approachable, sweet and Jasmine had a great knowledge of the menu. They made it a good night! Food: I had a Cesar salad which was slightly over dressed but still good overall. I had one of the most frustrating experiences trying to make a reservation here. I wanted to plan a surprise birthday dinner for a party of seven, and their website told me they would notify me once I submitted the request. I never heard back, so I went out of my way to find their email address and sent not one, but two emails. I never received a response. On top of that, I tried calling multiple times both the main phone number and the reservation number listed right next to the email address and no one ever picked up. It felt absolutely impossible to get in touch with anyone. All I wanted was to make a simple reservation for a special occasion, and instead I ended up with nothing but stress and disappointment. Ok so 3rd base was definitely almost a home run! I came here on a Friday night and it was poppin' very good Dj that played good selections! The service was fast and easy at the bar! I did not get a drink but my friend ordered the sunrise tequila and she said it was very tasty and on point! The ambiance is very good and fun environment for sure! I would say that it is for the age group that are 25-35. It was pretty packed but it was still cool because they have booths, a nice bar, and area where you can stand. Overall, 3rd Base is good if you want to dance and have a very good time! They have food options as well if you want to eat! Overall, I will come back the weekends seem to be very fun! I just highly recommend that you carpool or do Uber because parking is pretty high from $15-$25 for parking. Best happy hour in town, and it starts weekdays at noon and runs til 7pm! I, of course, had to have their jalapeño margarita while hubby ordered an IPA. We started with their Shishito Peppers, Brussels Sprouts, Vertical Nachos, and 3 types of Tacos! Our entrees included their Flatbread Pizza (hubby only eats pepperoni!), Creamy Shrimp, Pasta, and their Atlantic Salmon. And let's not forget the most beautiful photogenic dessert: Bread Pudding! We walked in without a reservation and were lucky to snag a table just before the Dodgers World Series game. The staff was super accommodating, giving us an actual table rather than just a spot at the bar. We enjoyed delicious wings and fries while catching the whole game. I'm here for the FLATBREAD!! It was THE BEST I EVER HAD!! This was my first time fl mind to 3rd Base LA and it did not disappoint. First thing- they do have valet for $20 but we found parking the street over. There's plenty of parking, but it does get pretty busy. The host- I had the pleasure of talking to two of them, both super generous and welcoming! The manager was very kind as well. Great smile. The price and menu- I love their HH! Very reasonable prices! This was some pretty remarkably bad service. Our server, Morgan P did not answer any of our questions, admitted she hadn't tried the food and forgot several of our menu items. It was my birthday and we had gift bags and others coming up to us asking what we were celebrating and the server didn't acknowledge anything. She also forgot my food... on my birthday. It didn't get brought out til the end end and not even an apology!! The food was very mid also. For the prices, steer clear of this place. Maybe it was Morgan's first day or something but dang she should not work in customer service with that attitude. read more

We came here on a fight night night and we had to pay a cover, even though we were going to get bottle service. Honestly, this shouldve been included in the price of the service but anywho. We were taken to a separate room in the back and I wondered about this, as the whole front section was open and empty, but later that night I saw why. 3rd base huh? They should have named the place Home Run! That was literally my experience in a nutshell. The layout and design of the restaurant was definitely eye catching. Showing up during golden hour was prime time for a great atmospheric experience, with those open windows and booth seating. We were greeted and seated by an incredibly kind angel named Nicole. She made sure we were well taken care of. She was there for everything we needed and was even so kind to be patient and give recommendations. The menu was stacked with everything I could want. Unfortunately, I only have one stomach. But we ordered something from every category on the food side of the menu. 1 word that I would choose to describe the taste is "fire." Everything slapped! The Thai chili wings, street tacos, extra sleazy burger, shrimp pasta, and that bomb bbq chicken pizza! They even had a food and drink happy hour. I'm already planning my second and third trip back. We came here on a Saturday in the early afternoon and had no problem finding seats at the bar. There are tons of tvs everywhere here, so there is no bad view of any tv or game here! We each ordered a flight, Mimosa ($50 for 4 flutes) and Spritz ($60 for 4 flutes), and they were TASTY and kept me in a good one here! Bar was practically empty and the bartenders don't ask you if you want another drink (like don't you wanna make more money?), don't ask how your drinks or food are, and just disappear for like 20 minutes at a time. I don't know a thing about sports, but you can take me @3rdbasela anytime! If you're looking for an elevated sports-bar experience that is also reminiscent of fine dining and the club, definitely check out @3rdbasela , the official bar of the @rams fans. Overall, I was definitely impressed by their high quality and beautifully plated dishes, which utilize ingredients from farm to table and were definitely an elevated take on traditional bar bites. Their handcrafted cocktails were also delicious and well-made, and I would highly recommend getting the margarita tree if you're with a larger party! First time here & I really enjoyed it. Located right in the heart of Hollywood, the vibe is super cool and inviting at 3rd Base LA. If you want to come in, and just sit at the bar, there's no need for a reservation. We however wanted to try the menu! Our waiter was awesome, offering great suggestions and making sure we were well taken care of. Now, onto the food - it was delicious! We tried mozzarella sticks, buffalo wings, mini smash burgers, fries, shrimp, pasta, mac & cheese, and two delicious mocktails. Everything was flavorful and cooked to perfection. We really appreciated the waiter making 2 creative mocktails for us & making sure everything came out perfectly! This is a nice bar with loud music and great vibes. We came here for Saturday brunch and surprise at how empty this place was. Everyone here is super friendly. The host and waitress was really nice and helpful. The food here is great. Nothing to write home about but it's definitely good. I got their breakfast place which came with two eggs, bacon, hash tots, and two bread. The hash tots had green sauce on it. It's better than just plain tots. The croissant sandwich was yummy. The margarita tree was something fun to order. You get four different flavor of margs on the tree. We got watermelon, strawberry, mango and pineapple. Strawberry was my favorite. Super creamy and yummy. It's a fun place to go with your friends to enjoy a nice chill brunch. read more

Avoid this place at all cost. Had my professional camera stolen and the manager and owner were unwilling to let me see the surveillance footage to help identify the perpetrators. DO NOT COME HERE - they have no regard for other people's well being. They asked for a subpoena so now I will be seeing them in court. Came in on a Sunday during the NBA playoffs. There was a flea market happening outside. Eventhough the playoffs were on this place was super empty! Caught a little of the Clippers game but had no sound eventhough no one was there. Food was mediocre at best and service was horrible. Server would disappear, maybe checked on me 2x in an hr and half that I was there. I found nothing special about this place so confused with all the positive reviews. I would pass on this place and check out other sports bars. read more

Hands down thee worst experience I've ever went through at a food spot. Came in for the national college championship game, I ordered food at the 1st quarter well into the 3rd quarter the food still did not come out. The waitress kept telling our table that it was a busy night, which was interesting she chose to lie to our face because the place was basically empty for a title night game as multiple tables were open next to ours. Everyone else at my table got their food before me and they ordered after me. Some people even got a second round of food. They even told us that if we wanted a pitcher of tap water we'd have to pay for it. Back to the food, I thought maybe the server didn't put the order in but she came back when I called her and she repeated the order back to me with no problem and told me it was put in and people there don't know how to do their jobs.... Typically bs fluff being told to me when you know you're messing up. Even as she was at the table we had MULTIPLE ORDERS come to our table that were not ours. I was beyond frustrated as the only thing she said was I'll take care of you and offer you 75% off.... That would be nice but you can't get 75% off of something you never received. With 5 mins to go in the 3rd quarter and another round of food came to our table that was not ours. Or my original order. She offered me a free beer or drink. I think she might have been a little disconnected, because I needed food not liquor. And I was well over an hour in without food. I told her this was a joke and trash. I told her and the rest of my party I was out. I left and went to Del Friscos for a solid meal. This establishment has been falling off over the years and tonight solidified that I will never return. Trash service, trash waiters, trash cooks, trash operating system. Neveeerrrrrrrr going back! Hollyweird keeps on getting worse. Maybe tourist fall for this bs. I've been to 3rd Base a few times now. Good place to come watch a game and vibe with friends. At night it lowkey turns into a legit club. Music is on point, and I've never had any issues with the staff. During my last visit I tried the 3rd Base loaded nachos, and it was fire! Huge portion and the chips were cooked perfectly! The toppings were also layered just right. It's a must try! One downside is that the bar is on the smaller side, so it can get packed at night. And if there's a big game or event going on, they will likely charge a cover or sell tickets to get in. So not the best play on those days unless you want to pay $20-50 just to be present. Overall though, one of the better bars in Hollywood, especially for Black and brown people. I have to try their famous Patrón margarita tree next! read more

This place looked cool and meet with some clients here. The Bartender was completely oblivious to the patrons needs and was also tied up with the Budweiser guy. He never checked in before getting into the other task of swapping out half kegs. Repeatedly had to try and get him to come over. The food wasn't bad but the Bill for the drinks was definitely heavily inflated. read more

When I arrived, there were only about 15-20 people ahead of me in line. As the afternoon progressed, the line stretched down the street, yet no staff member came outside to communicate capacity limits, seating availability, or where the line should reasonably end. Even more concerning, patrons were not admitted until after the match had already started. The situation quickly became chaotic. People who had waited for hours were understandably frustrated, and many were openly voicing their concerns. Groups were admitted one at a time, creating further delays. When it was finally my turn to enter, I was informed that all tables had been taken and that only standing room remained. I was allowed to look inside before deciding whether to stay. What I observed was particularly disappointing: many individuals who had not been ahead of me in line were already seated at tables. I have no idea how they got in but I suspect they were allowed in through some other entrance. After waiting more than two hours based on the information provided by the establishment, this felt unfair and misleading. Most disappointing was having invited friends to join me for the match, only to have the experience ruined by what appeared to be poor planning and inadequate crowd management. The demand for a major World Cup match should not have come as a surprise. If the venue anticipated significant attendance, additional seating, staffing, and clear communication should have been put in place. This was one of the most poorly managed event experiences I have encountered. At a minimum, I believe the ownership should publicly acknowledge what occurred and apologize to the many customers who invested hours of their time only to be left without the accommodations they were promised. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

Firstly, they didn't include the parmesan crisps as they mentioned in the menu. Secondly, the sauce was different compared to other tteokkbokki sauces I'm used to. It was dark red in color, soupy, and oily which I did not like. Thirdly, the rice and fish cakes themselves were very unique in shape. The cakes and sausages weren't that bad and the textures were good, but the sauce was just not it. Lastly, the ramen was such a scam. For $15, it was just regular shin ramyeon with some mussels, jalapenos and peppers added. For all the food dishes, the portions were all small relative to the price and were not great for sharing in big groups. The interior was spacious and vibes were decent. The music from the DJ booth was good. The photobooth wasn't working when we visited which was a minus because my friends and I like the photobooths. There's a free and private parking lot next to the pocha which can get filled. Overall, not the greatest experience at this pocha mostly because of the food and drinks and I would probably not visit again.

Food is solid, I just had some of the chicken wings and kalbi poutine as I watched Korea's inglorious defeat and Mexico's rousing victory, and there's plenty of beer and soju on the menu. I think I had my first Delirium Tremens here many years ago, and I spent the other night drinking soju and the house Biergarten lager, a nice, refreshing beer you can order by the pitcher. I always have fun at Biergarten and look forward to my next visit, even if it is in another four years.

This is actually a 4.5 stars for me if I could do half stars. Service/Ambiance: We made a 7 PM reservation for Thursday night. Parking is street parking, which we didn't have an issue with parking by the church/school down the neighborhood street. The interior is dark and vibey, when they sat us down they turned on the lamp on our table. Our table was a small two person table so at times it was packed with all of our dishes. They have the hand wipe that looks like a little tablet that they add water to. Though we put we were celebrating on our reservation, they didn't do anything special for it or even acknowledged it which was a bit of a bummer but I guess it's just a default field on the reservation app. Just know they won't make your night special for it. Drinks: Their drinks menu has a lot of sake options but we opted for the yuzu soju cocktail (it was so refreshing and delightful - reminded us of a calamansi juice) and the seasonal golden ale from Japan (was refreshing). I saw they had non alcoholic Suntory but I wish they had their regular beer. Small Bites: The waiter advised for two people to order 2 small bites for the table and three handrolls each. We did three small bites, three handrolls each, and a dessert. We left stuffed! For our small bites, we ordered the crispy rice, half a dozen oysters, and their most popular uni toast. The ratio on the crispy rice was perfect and I loved how there was a sliver of avocado too. It was fried perfectly and still had the white rice inside. This dish was pretty sticky and got stuck to my teeth so might not be a great option if you're on a date but it came off after chewing for a while. The oysters were fresh and standard. The uni toast though, absolutely delicious. The taste was phenomenal with all the individual components making a symphony of taste. The uni was fresh too, my girlfriend does not like uni unless it's very fresh and she enjoyed the uni toast. A must try! Handrolls: Now for the handrolls, everything blew me away. The standouts for me were (in order of my favorite to least) the salmon, seared salmon, blue crab, and the bossam! Almost everything we ordered except the scallop. Don't get me wrong though, the scallop was good it just wasn't especially tasty like the others. It came aesthetic and I loved being able to decide which ones to eat first/taking my time without having to worry about the seaweed soggy-ing up. All the fish was fresh and seasoned perfectly. The chili yellowtail wasn't too spicy. The bossam was such a unique blend of flavors and the mackerel didn't taste really fishy. Dessert: We finished the meal off with the matcha basque cake and it was a 10/10 too. The matcha wasn't overpowering and the texture was done perfectly.

I went to Dunsmoor last night for my husband's birthday dinner (we had to make reservations about a…read moremonth ago because it's been such a popular spot) and I must say the food was really delicious, but the service was so lacking, the food was poorly timed (even after I got a lecture from my server about how I couldn't order items separately because it needed to be timed between courses.....where was that great timing?) where we found ourselves waiting around for 20 minutes between a course. The server (on my receipt the name is Austin) ALSO forgot to do the birthday candle for my husband (which i asked for and saw all the tables around us getting celebration candles - I know it's such a small detail to complain about but if everyone else didn't have an issue, why did we?) - hence my low star rating. She also kept us waiting around forever for our check that I had to flag down one of the hostesses because we waited another 15 minutes with our card out. The service was so bad and distracting so unfortunately it took away from my experience. Positives: street parking is super easy, do NOT pay for the $14 valet. The cornbread is an absolute must, the trout was absolutely delicious, the chili stew was incredibly flavorful, and the cobbler was a nice sweet end to the entire meal. I would maybe come back another time but hopefully have better service.

My favorite item was the spicy arribata pasta! Boy was that fresh pasta savory, flavorful and FRESH. I'll definitely be back a couple more times to get a better grasp of over favorite menu items but I thought I'd give a bit of detail relating to the ones we tried today. This place was so bad . My gf and I werent even mad, it was honestly entertaining. One of the reasons being that the service at the bar( where we were sitting ) was so bad and it wasnt just exclusive to us. We ended up making friends with all the surrounding guests because wed all be laughing together when none of us could get some service. Anyways , it was sat the 19th. Guy bartender and blonde girl. Both hammered !!! watched the blonde chick take 3-4 shots myself. Guy with the goofy hat couldnt even look straight ahaha. And for some reason that foo seemed to always be f the well with ice ahahah but not giving any of his bar tops any attention. All of us would be staring at him at the other end of the bar as he mustered up enough brain cells to read a ticket, it was hilarious.Wheres all that damn ice going By the way, its not like your bar was getting any drinks !! They are a racist establishment. My friend was having his bday party there and had the back room for his guests. We arrive approximately at 11:07 and we were told at the door by a white door man that they boss is not letting people in as its at capacity. Then we see white patrons being let INSIDE by that same door man who just said the boss said its at capacity, which it was absolutely NOT. Its very sad to see how we were treated. We eventually got in after much talking and damn near arguing. When other friends came as well they were dealt with the same situation! At one point this bald white guy (who was at the same birthday party in an all black TUX as the black birthday boy was wearing a tux too) went to go get his girl (a white woman) who was waiting outside with the rest of the black people and the door man let them in. White privilege at its finest. At another moment a black girl from the same party went to go get her white friend outside and they let her in as well. Again I thought yall were at capacity but yall let these Caucasian people inside that were going to the same fucking party! I've been here about 3 times. Most of my experiences have been very positive. The bartenders were really kind and asked often if we needed refills (which I love! I don't want to track people down for a drink). They have vegan options, not a lot, but hey what they have was great. The chef was accommodating and even put together a vegan dessert that he was trying out. I did have an experience where the service was awful, the bartender had no idea what they were doing, and there were issues with the food. HOWEVER, the GM was super cool and comped us. Since that was the exception and not the rule, and the management took care of it, I will definitely give it another go. With any new business, there's time to work out kinks and you have to be reasonable with expectations especially when people are trying. The tomato basil is amazing by the way! Go try it! Vibe is great and as a big sports fan, you can basically watch any game you want. read more

I visited this establishment on 6/9 and while I was pleased with the quality of the drinks and the ambiance, I was disappointed by the poor customer service provided by one of the employees working at the bar. During my visit, the employee in question was smoking an e-cigarette and drinking on the job while making drinks behind the bar. Additionally, he took a phone call in the middle of making a drink for a customer, which I found to be unprofessional and disrespectful to the customer. As a customer, I have never witnessed staff conduct themselves in this manner, and I believe it reflects poorly on the establishment. I hope the management team will provide more attention to the training and development of their staff, particularly in the area of customer service. read more

Hand down the best sports bar food I've ever had. This place located in the heart of Hollywood in a shopping center with valet service. The bar who opened just 2 weeks ago already has great amount of guests. The inside decor is kinda like a library, with bookshelves etc on the walls. The food here is to die for, and that's why I will be coming back. Who doesn't like bar food, burgers, hot wings, sliders, ice cream sandwiches, cheesecakes and more. It's a bit pricey bar food but well worth it because it's quality that you'll receive. There's plenty of staff constantly around asking if there's anything you might need. We need one of these spots on the west side, where you go for more than just a fight night or a super bowl - food! read more

I ordered a drink (just a Coke) and waited 15 minutes, but they told me they ran out. Then I waited another 10 minutes to hear they also didn't have my second choice, a Jarritos. By then, everyone at my table had their food, but I couldn't find a waitress to ask about mine. When I finally got my food, the tater tots were great! However, the chicken in my sandwich was dry and not good, so I couldn't eat it. I would have ordered something else, but our waitress never came back. Was told about this bar after a ridiculous wait at mama shelter. We walked up and noticed several open spots and plenty of tables getting up and leaving. The male host told us he believed they were "at capacity" and stated he would ask the manager?? He came back and said he was told we'd have to spend a minimum of $200. Soooo before even allowing us to come in and grab a drink and food, my wife and I were told right off the bat, we'd have to spend $100 EACH. This place is sexist, homophobic, and shady. What a joke your service has become with exception of a few. Even the district manager makes it seem like he is better than the ones paying tabs to make sure he gets a paycheck. First of all, we called ahead of time A WEEK PRIOR to ask for reservations, and we were told that they didn't take reservations and it was "first come, first served." So we arrive, and there are plenty of tables open, and we point towards a booth that we want and they say that it is "reserved". We then ask for the manager and explained to him that we spoke on the phone to their staff (again, a week prior) and they said that they didn't take reservations, and it was "first come first served." And then he tried to turn it into "oh, it's because it's a booth that fits six people and you're only three people, but I can get you a table." So we were like OK. We understood that it was just the three of us and we didn't want to take up a six person booth for three people. We got a less desirable table. We proceeded to order drinks and food. At one point, I order a drink and 20 minutes go by. I make eye contact with the guy who was taking orders. He acknowledges me, and comes over with his thingamajig, thinking I wanted to get the check and I said "no I'm still waiting for my drink." He says " I'm so sorry I'll check on it." He acknowledged the lapse. Yet another 10 minutes go by. So now, I politely approach the bar to get the status of my elusive drink. I see the man who told me he would "check on it", frantically telling the owner "She wants her martini...right now!" And then the waitress comes running up and goes (literally, snarls at me) with "I put it on your table! You were speaking so you didn't hear me!" Honestly I could not believe my ears or my eyes. This woman has no business being anywhere near hospitality, or customer service. The "owner" clearly doesn't know how to run a business. I feel like the waiter or the man taking orders on his thingamajig/digital device was inept/incompetent or unable to multitask, so he was trying to throw the customers under the bus instead of acknowledging the fact that he didn't do his job. He was the turd in the punch bowl from the moment we walked in. No smile, no "hi, how are you? Welcome!" Just nastiness. There are so many other hotspots to go to in West Hollywood. Or better yet, just stay home. And by the way, that booth that we didn't get - it remained empty, except for 2 people. They were making out the whole time, and they barely ordered anything. If you're going to tell people there are "no reservations", then there should be no reservations. Period. You don't get to do that to patrons, and guess what? We will never go there again. And guess what else? Customer service is everything. People will look past your crappy product, and past so many other shortcomings, but only if you have good customer service. You cannot have rude wait staff who repel local business, and seem so obviously annoyed that they have to serve other humans food and drinks! These are not the people that you need in the hospitality industry. Get over yourselves.

For example, tables of three must order one hookah, tables of five must order two, and so on. If guests choose not to order hookah, there is a required minimum spend or a small fee per person. I have several receipt copies that show the 18% added at the bottom. Legally you're not allowed to automatic add gratuity so I'm sure that's why you're responding to make it seem as though I'm lying, READ THE REST OF THE REVIEWS BELOW - THEY IN FACT DO ADD 18% auto gratuity the servers will even tell you that tip is already included as well. Check your receipts people!!! Weird to lie about that on a public platform when you give receipts to customers that clearly state the auto gratuity. I'll be posting those next. I dont know if it's because 18% GRATUITY is AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED on all checks so they give mediocre service, but its stopped me from coming at times. It rates very high on this girls chart! The meatball ricotta cheese pizza will blow your socks off! OMG! Soooooo good! I also have tried the pepperoni & the veggie...also very good! The Rose froze goes nicely with the pizza and is quite refreshing while you get a little buzz on...The Happy Hour here starts when the doors open: 3:00PM - 8:00PM, 7 days a week! The crowd is fun especially when a game is on. Everyone here is happy and friendly. *There are lots of high top tables and plenty of seats at the bar. Tres casual here... *Parking: There are lots of meters in the area. Bring plenty of change -easier than using a cc sometimes. If you can't find a meter there are a few lots in the area with prices varying. Do your homework and google parking lots before you head over. ~ and that's all I have to say about that...
