First time here and was looking for Tina, my gal at my old place, but they said she's on vacation. Anyways, Kelly(?) gave me a pedicure and 10 minute foot massage because I asked for one and needed it badly. Overall the experience was good, nothing spectacular. Cons: My big toe nails were trimmed a little uneven and didn't look professional. -One nail chipped within 1 hour and another nail chipped in 3 hours after my visit. I've never had that happen! Sad. Pro: They use liners for their pedicures which is a big MUST for me. -Takes walk-ins, but you may have to wait like I did for 15-20mins, no big deal. -Wide variety of colors -Good foot massage -Seems like friendly staff Overall, it was okay, but I will have to go and get the chipped nails fixed. If I could give half no stars I would. These people had me waiting for an hour and let 3 people go ahead of me and when I told them I was only going to get a pedicure and not the full set anymore because I had waiting so long. I told them to just take off my old nails and I'd come back next week to get the full set. THEN they let 2 more girls ahead of me just because I was no longer spending as much money. read more

While I was there an argument broke lose between two workers, the lady doing my nails tried calming it down ( as far as I could tell since it was in their language). I had my nails done by Vivian today first time. I had sns on my natural nails I think she did a great job. But one thing I was upset about is the removal she filed my nails like the acrylic the reason I get sns is so it doesn't mess up my nails. I have gone other places they don't file the removal is like the gel. If they file they do it so lightly. I mean I love my nails but I hate how she made my nails thin by filing It. But Vivian was nice. One of my nails chiped I went back and she fixed it. I agree with one of the reviewers I felt she was rushing. She probably didn't want to wait long for the removal process which is wrapping it with foil and let it melt. That's why she filed. I'm a little hesitant to go back, because of that alone. read more

It was the worst experience I've had at a nail salon. The reason I tried this place was my regular place was closed and I didn't have time to go at different days. I called before I go to make an appointment. I picked a color from the samples they showed me. Long story short they couldn't find matching color what I picked for my gel manicure. (Did regular on pedicure.) Other places I go to they always pick a color closest to the gel color but they had tough time doing that and also attitude was bad from there. They started from my pedicure and when I started gel on my hand the color I picked from their sample was totally different look of the color... it's not a little I picked a dark green and it looked bright light green.. As soon as they did one nail I told them this isn't the color I picked.. then the guy (Tom..?) who was working on my hand started say I'm too picky for color..and started being really rude. Their explanation for why the colors look different for some was because the samples were made long time ago. Which I understand but then why don't you update on those? Anyway their color selection was way less than other places and quality of pairing was lower as well. The price was little cheaper but I rather pay little more and get better service and quality. I love 3D nail spa. I drive all the way from Highland Park because the prices and service are so good. I love getting the incapsulated glitter full set manicure. The nail technicians are very skilled and work quickly to produce unique nail designs. If you want a simple french tip this may not be the place (although they do a great job with french tip) there are much more cool and unique manicure styles to choose from! Every time I visit this salon during the week they are not busy- avoid Sundays as they overbook their appointments and you will have to wait. Other than that- great place for unique nails! read more

It was very clean and peaceful in the salon, which I look forward to since this is suppose to be a relaxing experience. My nail tech (I forgot her name) didn't rush me and was nice as I kept changing my mind on the color. She took her time and really got down on my nails! Something I've been wanting in a salon but never found. For a new set with a manicure and gel polish, $35. Not too bad considering she did an excellent job. I will keep returning to this salon! I don't typically write reviews but need to warn others - if you want your nails to look their best for one of the most important days of your life, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I had heard that SNS dip nails were supposed to be better for your nails so I looked around and read a bunch of reviews before choosing this salon. The pics of their work looked awesome so I went in 2 wks before my wedding and got sns dip chrome nails to try it out. It looked so good and lasted 2 wks so I went back 3 days before my wedding and got sns dip ombré nails. It looked really pretty at 1st but started chipping THE SAME DAY. My wedding was 1 1/2 hours away and I was kinda busy so I ignored it and went along with you know, getting ready to get married but it was such a huge bummer. Like there isn't enough to stress about days before your wedding. I told the girl before she started that it was for my big day so it was really frustrating that more care and effort wasn't put into making sure my nails would look their best. read more
