I went to 360 Brunch House for my birthday brunch today and it was a complete disappointment. The customer service was absolutely terrible. We experienced long wait times for our food, and when we brought it to management's attention, the general manager didn't even offer a simple apology. That alone set the tone. But what really took things over the edge was what happened when our food finally arrived. Before we even touched our plates, the general manager came over and warned us that if we cut into the fried chicken and it was pink, we would NOT be allowed to return it because "all sales are final." I'm sorry...WHAT? Since when does a restaurant have a "no return" policy on food--especially when it could be undercooked or unsafe? That's completely unacceptable. So if there's something wrong with the food--undercooked, hair in it, anything--we're just stuck with it? That's not how dining works anywhere. And to top it off, be aware: if your bill is $100 or more, they automatically add a 20% gratuity--regardless of party size. For service like that? Absolutely not. My work friends and I had a surprise off day on Monday, May 4, 2026 which was amazing. We searched on Yelp for a brunch place that was in a central location to all of. We found 360 Brunch House off of Mockingbird which is very conveniently located by Mockingbird Station off of 75. We made a reservation and had the sweetest server Angie who truly made our brunch special. She was very knowledgeable of the menu and lead us to the menu choices. The food was absolutely AMAZING and the environment was PERFECT for a girls brunch date. We were able to find a nice booth area that was nice and quiet and super comfy. Came for a work lunch on a Monday around 11:30am, there were 6 of us. I got the chicken bacon ranch wrap and it was pretty tasty. However, my coworker got the chicken and waffles and the chicken was undercooked and pink (see photo). The manager came over and said "our chicken is just on the pinker side, and that's just how our chicken is". Which if you know anything about food safety is completely incorrect. Was not impressed with how he handled the situation. Me and my friend order the lamb chops and the waffles. We had been to this location before and they were great. Today the first round food: My lamb chops were overcooked and my friend had a hair iron one of his waffles. The manager only wants to take that one mini waffle back, but we talked him into remaking the whole plate. Mine were also sent back to have it cooked again. Second round of food: my food was OK prepared correctly. My friend, his lamb chops were overcooked and cold and the balsamic drizzle that's supposed to be on. It was missing. The manager offered to cook it again however at this point he was just sending the waitress back-and-forth to the table to relay a message. Third round the lamb chops were completely overdone. At that point, we decided just to pay for the food and drink concerned and leave it since my friend never really got to eat. Eventually, after some cars were from the waitress, the manager did take both meals off of the bill and we just ended up paying for the drinks. I didn't want to give a shout out tomorrow or just Tiffany. She worked really hard to make things right and we appreciate her for that. As far as a manager, we never saw him again after the first encounter, and then on our way out, he was looking at his phone, never made eye contact, attack, and never said goodbye. Where do I start? ... my reservation was for 12:30pm My mom showed up promptly at 12:25pm and they didn't check her in, so when I arrived at 12:35pm they said my reservation was cancelled. They told me, "the rest of your party wasn't here so it was cancelled, but we'll put you back on the list." Usually places have a 15 minute grace period. 5 minutes late and cancelled? Ok. The lack of organization at the front door is crazy too. They had people crowding around the podium and you can't tell who is checking in from who is just waiting around. Our waiter's name was Drake - he was very kind and helped us make our decision for food. Food took 50 minutes to arrive - this is no exaggeration. My husband's burrito was served with sour cream packets and small to go salsa containers. I find this to be cheap and very tacky. He asked to substitute chorizo for steak and they uncharged an additional $8 and didn't add much at all to his burrito. $23 for a breakfast burrito with mostly cheese and veggies. I got the chicken bacon ranch wrap - I'd rate it 6/10. The music kept going in and out because it was connected to someone's phone over Bluetooth. I'd like to add the decor is very minimal, this place was extremely crowded for subpar service from the hosts and food not being that great. My mother and I exchanged words with the manager who was a tall Asian man (I forgot his name), and when we tried to give feedback he was looking everywhere else but at us. I came looking for brunch because I had just dropped my dog off at the vet and had some time to kill the coffee comes served in these very large turquoise colored cup and saucer sets which are very nice and breakfast was reasonably priced for what I got two eggs scrambled or any way you want two large chicken sausage patties that were deliciously seasoned and four mini Belgian waffles. Everything was fresh and hot. My sister got the Chilaquiles, she said it was seasoned and the different textures were a HIT! She said, her preference would be to add an extra egg to the dish especially if you're an egg lover. Beautiful interior in an interesting location. I dined here for brunch with my 4-year-old daughter and I ordered the lobster omelet for myself. It's a generous portion and definitely something you could share with a friend if you're ordering multiple dishes. It cost $35 and has a good amount of lobster in it 10/10. They do have a kids menu but my daughter wanted the smoked salmon platter. It's deconstructed which worked for her young palette. She usually only eats the bagel, cream cheese and salmon. It also came with microgreens, grape tomatoes, capers, a micro greens salad and pickled red onions. For $20 I'd rate it an 8/10 only because it was a typical smoked salmon plate, nothing too memorable. We shared the fresh Berry French toast and that was pretty good (9/10). The oatmilk cappuccino I had was just OK. The espresso tasted burnt which was disappointing and it looked more like a latte than a small cappuccino. I wouldn't order it again so I give it a 7/10. I have had brunch from here a couple times now and while it's not one of my favorite brunch spots, I still I really like it. I typically get the BST omelette with side pancakes. I love the omelette, but their pancakes could pack a little more flavor. I also like the decor of the place, but I really despise the long wait. I have visited 360 Brunch House on several occasions and have always had at least a decent experience. However, my visit today was quite disappointing and I will never return. Situation: My husband and I visited and since neither of us eat much we decided to split a meal. I immediately saw that the menu had changed and asked Angie our waitress for that confirmation and she said yes. We decided to order the stuffed avocado since I've had it before and the portion was very large. I asked Angie how many pancakes came in the side order of pancakes that was listed on the menu.for $8. She said one. She then said that the 1st pancake would be '$8 and a 2nd pancake would be $10. The way she explained it sounded like it would be $18 for only two pancakes but she said they were very large. Based upon how Angie explained it, we decided to order one pancake. Upon receipt of our food we noticed that the portions were very small for both the stuffed avocado and pancake. I asked Angie again about the pancake prices. Angie clarified that two pancakes would be a total of $10 not $18. I commented that made more sense. I then said, since you clarified, I'd like to order the second pancake to pay $10. Angie said , ummmm, I don't think that you can do that but I will check. Angie left for a moment and returned saying you can't order like that and I've already checked with the manager, but you can order another pancake for $8. I then asked to speak to the manager whose name is Frank. I explained the situation and asked Frank if he had the empowerment to simply allow us to order the additional pancake to pay the total of $10. Frank went through this long outdrawn explanation about how it is a long process to make that change in the system and how it makes the restaurant look bad to the owner. All of what Frank said was so unnecessary when he could have simply accommodated a very simple request. After all, I wasn't asking for anything for free. Frank EVENTUALLY said that he'd make an exception to honor my request to have two pancakes for $10......by the time Frank got around to offering that, I was frustrated and my appetite was totally shot‼ That exchange was entirely too much to honor a simple request. Dallas has MANY more other dining options without the unnecessary drama‼ I'll rather pay my money and patronize a business that'll return a pleasant dining experience. read more

Probably one of the most underrated Front spots in all of Dallas. I've only been before 9 AM so maybe it's not that underrated and people just get crunch at after 10 AM. I'm normally here with our little ones and they get pancakes and I end up getting an omelette or one of the poached egg specials . The most recent time we were here, we were taken care of by Drake. The food okay, I had the BST omelette added sausage and veggies and it was suppose to come with an English muffin that never came out. We also tried the chicken and waffles, they only carry Cholula which doesn't pair well with chicken, that was not bad. They offer 2 types of Sangria, a twisted sangria which is made with white wine and the other is a red made with whiskey. We tried both, the twisted sangria has the fruit muddled at the bottom which didn't make for a pleasant experience. Drink wasn't great itself but the sucking up small pieces of fruit threw the entire drink off. I advised the waiter thinking, I could probably just order a few mimosas instead. Apparently, they "couldn't remove the drink", and were pretty stern about it. The waiter took the drink to the back, and came right back untouched. Advised, they just checked to make sure it was okay. I've never had to convince a restaurant to provide a different drink option, especially knowing it's brunch. We could've easily ordered a few other drinks. We kept the drink and didn't order anything. Left with a bad taste in our mouth, later on they offered us to try some cinnamon toast. Oh man, such high hopes, but given a gentle letdown. Booked last minute on New Year's Day, hoping for a hangover recovery brunch. We booked for around 2pm and showed up to an extremely packed and boisterous restaurant. Indoor decor was eye catching and can definitely see some instagrammable corners in there. There were about 3-4 servers for the entire restaurant and took almost 25mins just to be greeted and get water for the table. Orders came out incorrect and lukewarm and we had 3 changes in who our waitress was (without notice). Lastly, the delivery robots are a fun little thing, but so confusing on whether or not we get our own food or not. Some tables were told not to touch and we were left to (eventually) figure out things on our own. Felt like I needed to tip myself tbh. Anyways, the BST omelet was a 7/10. Urgent Complaint Regarding Manager Frank and Unacceptable Service Dear 360 Brunch House Leadership, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint about a deeply upsetting experience at your Dallas location. 1. Reservation Mismanagement - I booked via OpenTable, which tracked my waitlist position. When I arrived, I was shown as #5 in line, only to be told it was "incorrect" and that the restaurant uses an internal list that takes priority. No wait time was given. Multiple guests around us had the same complaint, yet the receptionist was rude and dismissive. 2. Manager Frank's Dismissive Attitude - When I asked to speak to a manager, Frank stated the OpenTable system is inaccurate and showed me his phone with a long list of names. When I asked for an approximate wait, he simply repeated that he "trusts his staff" and we could either wait or leave. Minutes after leaving, I received a text saying our table was ready, so we decided to try again. 3. Service Issues & Drinks - Once seated, our waitress had a poor attitude. When the mimosas arrived, they looked unappealing and bubbly. I politely asked for a remake, but was told "that's how they look, it's pulp," followed by an eye roll. She then got Frank again. 4. Undisclosed "No Refund / No Remake Policy" - Frank told us there was a strict "no refund, no remake policy," even though we had not touched the drinks. When I asked where this was communicated, he said "it's by the bar" and admitted it does not need to be visible on menus, entry points, or communicated upon ordering. My sister pointed out that customers cannot reasonably know about a policy hidden in a corner of the building. Frank's response was, "we just have to have it noted in the building, it doesn't have to be visible -- it's our policy." This is deceptive and unfair to customers. 5. Discriminatory & Unprofessional Conduct - Frank compared us to another table of white women, saying "they aren't complaining" as justification. As African American lesbians, we felt singled out, dismissed, and disrespected. 6. Escalation & Humiliation - When I explained that this was unacceptable and asked Frank to leave our table, he raised his voice, repeated that he would not accommodate us, and pressured us about payment. Then, as our food was being placed on the table, he instructed staff to remove all of our plates and walked away. We left humiliated, hungry, and shocked by the complete lack of empathy or professionalism. This was one of the most mortifying restaurant experiences we have ever had. From reservation mismanagement, to rude staff, to Frank's discriminatory and hostile behavior, to hidden policies that customers cannot be expected to know -- every step made us feel as though we were the problem instead of valued guests. I urge ownership to investigate this incident and take immediate corrective action. No customer should be treated this way, especially when they raise concerns respectfully. read more

I came here for brunch without a reservation on a Saturday morning. The place was completely packed and we put ourselves on the waitlist so definitely make reservations. The service was very good. Our server was very attentive. The food came out extremely fast, everything was hot and seemed fresh except the bread on the Benedict that was stale. Their menu is quite big so I'll definitely be back to try other items. We had; Chicken and waffles: Very small waffles, very delicious and crispy chicken. Crab cake Benedict: the hollandaise sauce was nice and yummy. The crabcake tasted good. The only issue was the bread was stale. read more
