This is one of the most amazing and well run businesses in Phoenix! My family loves coming here, we enjoy the patio with our dogs or pick up through the drive thru. It's honestly amazing how well they do things here especially what seems to be such a small kitchen! We have never had anything that was bad here! Breakfast is absolutely delicious, lunch is amazing especially the caprese sandwich and dinner is just as great (the burgers and milkshakes are super good too). I came through the drive through for my morning breakfast sandwich and there was a little confusion with my order. I brought it back and they were very accommodating. I liked this place for a while, but the service isn't the best. My boyfriend and I have had some bad experiences with cashiers at the front. They always seem very impatient. One made a huge mistake giving us too much change and we were honest in telling her she made a mistake, however, she was rude towards us still about the whole situation. Another time we came to get a kids meal pasta and parmesan to go (very simple and is usually made in 5 minutes), but it took 20 minutes. We decided to give this spot a try. Arrived to find a quaint little place that reminded me of Sedona eateries. Great Patio. Super friendly staff and very attentive. Very creative menu. We ordered the tuna n chips along with the Spinach Artichoke Dip. Both were fantastic and made for great appatiotizers. They-were on their Happy Hour Menu. For the main course we selected the Lobster Mac n Cheese. Besides being absolutely delicious...hold on for this fun fact...I could not believe the amount of Lobster built into this terrific dish. I'm right up the road from here and it is my default choice when I want something well-priced without a long wait. The serving sizes are perfect! I don't like to eat much first thing in the morning so I order a $5 item which fills me up. My husband who is just shy of six and a half feet tall orders two items ($10 total) unless he is just wanting a snack. I can't stand when places are expensive just to be expensive and could easily give you 2/3 of the food at 2/3 of the cost and be reasonable, this place solves that problem for me. They also have alcohol for any time of day... that makes me sound like an alcoholic, but I'm sure you can understand what I mean. If you want a morning cocktail, they have mimosas and bloodys (though you'd seriously injure a vamp with your garlic breath after their bloodys). Lunch rolls around and you want a glass of wine, they've got you covered. Don't feel like cooking dinner and want to let loose with a cocktail, they've got a ton of options. For about a month, I had an obsession with caprese salads (I still do, but it has lessened) and theirs is only $6 so I'd get a caprese with a sauv blanc for lunch or go through the drive thru on my way home from work which is surprisingly quick. They have so many options that are very affordable. I definitely recommend it! read more

I don't know what the hype is about but I surely didn't take a liking to the food. I was excited to try this location since I saw the reviews of the popular items and overall experience. I went through the drive thru on a not so busy Sunday. It took us 15 minutes to get our food. Not a fan of that. -I ordered the New Mexico burrito. Huge let down. The egg inside was bland. The potatoes were crumbled into pieces that fell off after every bite of the burrito. Not to mention, they lacked flavor and didn't taste fresh. It comes with a green salsa (which was very dark green) that was pasty and diluted. I would have taken a picture but I disliked it so much it went straight to the trash. -I also ordered the Nutella Mocha which had hearts on it assuming it was a favorite. Usually I am hesitant on drinks like this since they're usually overpriced and overhyped. I was right. I didn't taste any Nutella in it. In fact, I didn't taste anything at all. Not a hint of chocolate in general. Just an overall disappointing experience - most likely wouldn't bother dropping by again. read more

I've been here twice, but plan to come back a few more times before I decide if there are enough pros to overcome the horrific management. They have HH 6am-6pm and a "Munchie Hour" 4pm-6pm. The HH includes $6 mixed drinks, $5 wine, and $4 beer/cider. The Munchie Hour menu includes a list of 8 $3 bruschetta and $5 dips or a caprese salad. The employees who work here are pretty fantastic so no complaints there. The first time I came here I got the Stacked Turkey sandwich with a side salad and an iced Nutella Mocha that they promote as "the only Nutella Mocha in the valley" which isn't true. I've been to plenty of coffee shops that offer Nutella coffees in the valley. The Mocha was underwhelming. The Nutella didn't shine through at all, it just tasted like a milky Mocha. The Stacked Turkey had quite a bit of Turkey on it, the bread was delicious, and it had a horseradish Dijon spread that had a bite too it. I almost with there was a little less sauce because it overpowered it a bit. Other than that it was a fine sandwich. Nothing to write home about. The salad wasn't good. Small pile of leaves with a tasteless oil dripped on it. I'm writing this review on my second visit. I got the Caramel Blended Freeze (they call it something similar to Starbucks' Frappuccino) and The OMG (prosciutto, mascarpone, fig, and honey sandwich) with a side tomato bisque soup. The soup is delicious, but pretty small. The Caramel Freeze was better than the Nutella Mocha, but not by much. It was still really milky and not too much flavor to it. It tasted like a milkshake made out of milk and ice with caramel drizzled in the cup. The real star of this show (besides the soup) is The OMG. This sandwich is an adventure of flavor. I literally said 'oh my god' out loud after my first bite. It's subtly sweet at first and takes you on a gentle rollercoaster ride as it turns salty in the best possible way. What I don't love is being told it would be easier for them if I paid with a card instead of cash, and being left on hold for 15 minutes last week to order takeout. I'm kind of horrified a business THAT ACCEPTS CASH would ask me to pay with a credit card instead. And I'm equally horrified that calling at 11:10 am would result in a 15 min hold, and then when they finally got back to the phone they hung up on me because I didn't respond within a split second. Needless to say, I ordered takeout elsewhere last Monday. Like I said, the food is great. I'm really disappointed to leave a negative review. I have been a regular at 32 Shea for almost 4 years. I fell in love with it when I came here for lunch, and decided to come back for breakfast and coffee. Their coffee is amazing and their food is really good, for good prices. However, the experience and service is extremely inconsistent. I ordered breakfast this morning and waited 45 minutes for it. 3 other couples that ordered after I did; they received their food, ate it, and left before I even had a chance to ask them where my order went. When it was brought to my table, it was placed in front of me with no, "sorry about the wait," or explanation as to what happened. I know you are a small, local business trying to make it work. Consistency is what builds a brand and builds success - I think you need some help standardizing the expectations for your employees to ensure guests receive the same, great experience time and time again. I invite you to visit 32 Shea for great food and even better drinks, but it'll be hit or miss on timing and guest service. read more

We recently held my dads 70th birthday party at 32Shea on their patio. Their patio is perfect for small to large functions, we have 50 people and it still felt like we could of had at least 30 more comfortably. As always the food was delicious and they set up a very nice bar on the patio for us. What made the night even more special was the service, chad, Barry, Hayden, amber, Nicole, Jennifer and JoJo all did an amazing job. The food is disgusting and the owner and staff are soooooo RUDE! I order the the lox $8.75 the salmon was translucent, oily, stale and inedible don't even want to know how old it was. I also ordered the early bird sandwich $5 which included a microwaved square of pre frozen eggbeaters, 1 small piece of microwaved bacon, a soggy tomato, topped w a scoop of brown avocado squished between two tiny pieces of old bread. The staff is extremely unorganized, the kitchen is dirty and the food is awful. Will NEVER return! read more

Absolutely amazing, my friend and I had just gotten out of the gym and I was craving avocado toast. Absolutely delightful and worth the price, it was practically a sandwich, we added egg and bacon on there. We also loved their nutella mocha and dirty chai. They have dairy alternatives which were great for me. We had oat milk in our drinks. Amazing. Inside it has a cafe feel and sitting on outside it had a nature restaurant feel.
