Stumbled upon this cafe and it's really cute! Great indoor seating for a coffee shop and the staff was very warm and friendly. I got the banana matcha & it was pretty good But a little grainy. I like that the 24oz size is only a $1 more. Good place to work if you need to! My only complaint is the area/plaza it is in- it was a pretty run down area and a couple of people kept coming upto me trying to sell stuff so I had to speed walk into the coffee shop. But they had a good flow of people coming in and I feel it will make the plaza better as a whole!

Love this place! Between drinks and food it's a win win. It's a roomy coffee shop and beautiful lighting and lovely garden vibe. Everything I've tried is great here.

I enjoyed the rose latte and enchi-lata pizza. Good sizes for the price, lovely atmosphere, and a nice local business. Great service, and comfortable seating.

I had never seen/heard of this place and found it on Uber Eats. I ordered the Aztec mocha and the caramelo malcriado. First- the uber driver was being super shady and the garden coffee reached out to me- I've never had that happen and was so appreciative. Uber sent a new driver and our drinks were delivered shortly. Wow, so so good!! So creamy and delicious! I will definitely either order or go here again!

I drive past this place all the time on my way to work , and I'm really trying to get out there and support local businesses . I'm a match girlie and I saw on tik tok they had a strawberries & cream matcha , so it was a must try ! And I really loved it . And it was for a great price , I got a 16 oz for $7.99 and for a dollar more you can get 24 oz . They also serve food ! It smelled amazing when I walked in , so I'll have to try their food menu options next time I visit . I really like how spacious it is in there . And I love how they bring you your drink rather than calling you .

Nice cafe with really great menu for beverages and food. Lots of space and seating and has a lot of power outlets so could also be a great place to get some work done as well. Ordered banana bread latte with coconut milk. Beautiful presentation , but extremely sweet and very weak espresso. Didn't feel like drinking a latte. I might try just a coffee next time as the espresso is overpriced for how week it is. If you want a sweet drink I'd say try it, if you are here for the espresso, you'll have to get extra shots because the standard is very weak.

My daughter, grandson, and Friend all enjoyed our first visit to this cute little coffee shop. Plenty of room with tables, comfy chairs, and even a fluffy pink couch. Lots of photo opportunities. Also liked the big open feeling. The doors were left open for some fresh air. Great ambience. We ate breakfast before we went, not realizing they also had food options. We all enjoyed our various drinks. My daughter had some kind of a coffee with espresso, I had a chai latte, and my friend had some type of pineapple smoothie type thing. We all enjoyed them. The service was quick, and the workers were very friendly.

The food and drinks were pretty good, looking forward to trying the rest of the menu. Location is not good but it's close to my house so cool. Had no idea this place existed. I had the banana bread latte (iced) and the Basil Bomb. My daughter had a matcha latte and steak bowl. Everything was good enough to come back again.

First time in... it is spacious but not a ton of seating. I ordered a berry lemonade and she ordered a strawberry and cream matcha. I dont like matcha, but this one was very light and not overpowering. I did not taste a lot of coffee though... not sure if there was any in it..my berry lemonade was delicious. The customer service was excellent excellent. They were very friendly. Now, I'm not sure I would pay $8 for a berry lemonade again, but it was a super cute place.

This place is adorable! Comfortable seating, very friendly staff and they have sugar free lavender syrup! There is lots of greenery everywhere adding to the garden feel. I didn't order food, but I overheard the guests a couple tables away talking about how delicious everything was and how generous the portions were. I am taking a class nearby and I got the time wrong so I came here to work and I'm so glad I found it!

Cute for photo ops and fun caffeinated and not caffeinated drinks! Came here with my mom, toddler, and my mom's friend. I ordered the Aztec mocha, my mom got a chai, and my mom's friend got some sort of cherry drink! They have a huge selection, truly something for everyone. My coffee was 24 oz for iced so I got an extra shot of espresso so I could split my drink over the course of 2 days haha. The drink was served in an almost milkshake like fashion, it did feel very middle school frappachino-esque haha. But it was good! Flavor was yummy, good amount of chocolate and spice and the extra shot helped it not taste overly milky! My mom liked her chai and my mom's friend liked her drink as well! Good service as well, they write cute stuff on the cups and drinks were ready fast. Loved that there was plenty of comfy seating. Good experience here!

Love this place it is a local restaurant and can not say enough about the atmosphere and how lovey the people are

I can not say enough about this place everytime! They are consistently good Show up my friends give this place some love

There is a nice variety of sweet treats, and the service provided by the team inside the truck was stellar. One of our student organizations was hosting The Scookie Bar, and after walking around their event, you could score a ticket for a complimentary Scookie. As we pre-ordered so many as incentives for our students, I thought I'd give it a try. Unfortunately, something wasn't set up properly so we didn't have the cookies themselves, but we did have sundaes. We had six options to decide between. I went with The Standard consisting of vanilla ice cream, chocolate chips, and chocolate sauce, and on a normal day, there would have bene a chocolate chip cookie, too. The other five options included the Chocolate Lover, The Celebration, The Signature, Reese's Lover, and The VNA. While I enjoyed the sundae, I'm sure it would have been even better with the cookie included. The Scookie Bar is "where the scoop met the cookie" and serves freshly baked, warm deep-dish skillet cookies also known as scookies. They have a location at The Churchill in Downtown Phoenix, though I would assume I would more regularly see them when their food truck stops by ASU. Their Churchill location is closed on Monday but open Tuesday through Friday from 5-10 PM and Saturday and Sunday from Noon to 10 PM. If you want to order catering, it includes 2 hours of service and a 100 scookie minimum. They can provide a Build Your Own Menu where guests can choose the cookie, ice cream, and toppings, or they can choose from the Signature Scookie Menu which is what ASU did. They have been operating since 2016 in Phoenix. Now that I realize that I was missing the chocolate chip cookie, I need to try it again with that included! I definitely recommend this sweet treat to others.

I can't speak on the customer service as we never left our table and our waited just walked over and got what we needed. We were pretty stuffed from our massive meal, but we decided on sharing a cup of gelato just to satisfy our sweet tooth. I peeked inside as our table was right at a little walkway from the restaurant to the bakery. Gelato is just one of many things they serve here. They also have all your typical Italian desserts. Cakes like tiramisu, pastries like Italian flag cookies, cookies like Italian wedding cookies, cannolis of different varieties, and of course gelato. What was suggested to us if we wanted gelato was the hazelnut flavor. I was expecting a little cup for the 6 of us just to get a taste, but what he brought over was a massive serving. I don't know how many scoops it was or even how much we even paid, but we all got plenty with some even left behind. Now this gelato was life changing. Probably the best I've had in the states. I know it's gotta be way better in Italy, but I'll take what I can when I can. Think of a Ferrero Rocher but in gelato form. It was delicious and I couldn't get enough of it. It wasn't overly sweet and it had a little crunch with bits of chocolate and hazelnuts. My sweet tooth was extremely satisfied after having dessert here. I have literally been thinking about that gelato since I left Phoenix. Luckily this company has locations in Texas so I will definitely be seeking out this gelato soon.

Have a meal at The Sicilian Butcher and then follow that up with dessert at The Sicilian Baker. There are several locations in town, with this one being in North Phoenix. On my most recent visit, I stopped by on a Thursday. Parking tends to be busy in their complimentary lot, but you'll find a spot. Ambiance (4/5): The Sicilian Baker is connected to The Sicilian Butcher. It's a small bakery, with only a few seats. More of a grab-and-go type of spot or the source of your dessert if you're dining at the restaurant. While small, the decor and ambiance is nice. Service (3/5): A little bit of bad luck, but on my most recent visit, they were having trouble with their refrigeration so no gelato was available. While interacting with the staff, it was an average experience. I will say that the service was much better in the restaurant. Drinks (N/A): I only got dessert, but they do have coffee and a few other beverages available. Food (4/5): The Sicilian Baker is known for its cannolis, tiramisu, gelato, and lobster claws (dessert, not real lobster haha). On my most recent visit, I had a cannoli. They have your classic cannoli but also a nice variety of other fillings including pistachio, Reese's, and more. A+ for creativity, though I decided to stick with the classic. Solid. In fact, all of the desserts I've had here over the years have been quite good.

It's smooth, rich without being too heavy, and the flavor actually develops as you eat it instead of just being one-note sweet. You can tell they take this part seriously. Leave it outside the fridge for an hour and watch that cheesecake melt on your tongue crystals (if you have the patience for that) Their rotating monthly flavors keeps things interesting, and you're not just stuck with the same lineup every time. Out of what I tried, the banana pudding one was easily a standout--super nostalgic, creamy, and just done right without being overly sweet. The coconut one was also up there, more subtle but still really clean and flavorful. Love me some coconut! They also have a punch card system--buy 9 slices, get the 10th free--which is a nice touch. It lowkey turns into a mission because once you've tried one flavor, you kinda want to work your way through all of them anyway. Now...the downside. The customer service just isn't great. It's not aggressive or anything, just noticeably lacking. There's not much warmth or engagement--it feels pretty transactional. For a place that clearly puts effort into their product, you'd expect at least a baseline level of hospitality, and it's just not really there. So overall, if you're going to Banhams, go for the cheesecake. The rotating flavors keep it fresh, the quality is legit, and it's definitely worth trying. Just don't expect much from the service side, and you'll enjoy it a lot more.
