The pizza was pretty good. I had an amaretto sour. That was good. The pizza however when we went was like soaked in grease. It was my first time eating at a Trevor's and my friends insisted the pizza is not usually covered in grease. But anyways still tasted good to me. Didn't taste like a chain pizza restaurant. The cheese melted perfectly and it was kinda spicy. So good. I would come again for sure. The store is also very good. Lots of different choices for drinks and they even had a cigar room which was interesting. Nice to notate that the bathrooms were spectacular. 1st time at this great location. In what used to be the old mall in Paradise Valley. It was very busy, as I was meeting with some friends, mid-afternoon on a Saturday. I shared in the charcuterie board, that had prosciutto, cheese, olives, jam, and toast. Any place that uses Noble bread is a big gigantic plus. Definitely great to split amongst three people. This particular space is gigantic compared to the original and home location on McDowell. From golf simulators, to a gaming area with Golden Tee Golf, as well as a cigar bar. The bar as well as the outside patio for dining is also very spacious. Our sweet server was funny as she was attentive. I picked up a pizza from this Trevor's location last week, just before closing. I tried to order my pizza online, but the website didn't let me as it was so close to closing. I called the restaurant and was able to place my order without issue. The employee who took my order over the phone was friendly and efficient. When I arrived at the restaurant, my pizza was ready and I was able to quickly pay and scurry off. On this occasion, I went with the white sausage pizza and a side of Trevor's version of ranch (which is better than ranch). The pizza was still hot when I arrived home and was super tasty. So... I have been here a few times when they just opened to grab a cigar. I never got the chance to check out the outdoor cigar lounge. Came down on a whim during the NFL playoffs. It's really nice! Plenty of comfortable seating, probably seats about 100 people; couches, leather chairs & high top seating. Lots of tables for each small gathering of seats. Fun atmosphere, the entire back wall opens to provide open air along with good ventilation. The decor is spot on, multiple large TV's & a water station with . Service was great, thanks to Naomi & her partners. I didn't eat, so I have yet to try the food. I love dining in to enjoy the energetic ambience, but I would also not be against taking pizza to go to eat outside on the PV lawn. Service is always friendly and polite. Love coming here on Sunday mornings to sit on the patio to relax and dine. This would of been my 3rd time here. There are plenty of big screen TV's for customers, like my friend, to watch the sport games. Each time, we arrived at 11:15 AM to be greeted and seated in the patio area. Keep in mind they do not take reservations for small parties and it gets filled fairly fast. Our servers, very friendly and attentive, checking in on us regularly. The past time we were here, we just stopped by for a quick Sunday bite. My friend had a beer while I had an Espresso Martini and we shared a Meatball appetizer which was delicious. This time we ordered a pitcher of beer, a Large Caesar Salad and a Large Double Pepperoni all to share. The Beer and Salad came out. The Salad was great, big enough to share or eat as a whole meal alone. The Pizza came out, hot out of the pizza oven. There was a little more than a quarter of the pizza was a bit overdone, the crust burnt. I did take note that there have been a few reviews with the same complaint lately. We got our pizza and drinks quickly, then didn't see her until we asked for the bill. No refills on the drinks and no check ins. Even after she brought the bill, she vanished again so the manager had to check us out. While he was ringing us up, she came back super late asking if we were ready to pay. I have been wanting to check Trevor's out for a while because I was so intrigued by this idea of a liquor store with a restaurant. I was not disappointed! Trevor's is that and so much more: a liquor store with literally every speciality booze you could imagine, a liquor accessory store, a cigar store and cigar room, Christmas store, restaurant, bar, top golf, video games, sitting areas, liquor tasting. I'm tired!! There is so much at Trevor's and they are so helpful too. So I had two friends from out of town and we checked Trevor's out in a Friday night around 630. The place was packed!! We checked in with the host and the wait was going to be 45 mins. Also they do not take reservations. We decided to put our names in the list and browse the store for a bit and see if we could wait. Luckily the store kept us very busy.... So much to look at!! A friend found some blackberry Meade and the next thing we knew our table was ready. They text you to let you know which I appreciate! We were seated at a high top table and immediately scanned the menu for a drink. My friend got the "Purple Drank" which looked delicious. My other friend and I got white wine, she got Pinot Grigio and I had the Sauv blanc. My wine was crisp and refreshing. Now on to the food... menu is not extensive and only features pizza, salad and a couple of apps. It is also not very vegan friendly. You can get a build your own pie but if you don't want cheese you have to get a large. My friend is a "mea-gan". A meat eater with a dairy allergy and I am a vegetarian who eats cheese. We wanted to split a large and that was not possible. She ended up just getting the bruschetta without the cheese. My other friend and I got the mushroom pizza with peppers, and I got a house salad. Both pizza and salad were good but not amazing. The bruschetta had mushrooms on it... I have never seen bruschetta only with mushrooms. Apparently there was one with tomatoes but I didn't see it in the menu. The service was good and attentive but she kept trying to upsell us which is kind of annoying. Trevor's has been on my must-try list because my friends raved about the pizza and the wide selection of beer and liquor. I finally checked it out and had lunch there with friends to celebrate a couple of birthdays. This location is in the Paradise Valley Mall area, near Whole Foods, Flower Child, Blanco, Wren House, and so much more. Upon entering you see rows of liquor and behind that are the fridges of craft beer. I didn't browse the alcohol too much and headed to their restaurant. There is bar seating, tables, booths, and patio seating. There are plenty of TVs and even a golf simulator (not all of their locations have one). Pizza comes in 11 inch or 18 inch. My group of four ordered two 18 inch pizzas - Trevor's Combo (spicy Soppressata, spicy Italian sausage, pepperoni, Calabrian chili relish) and Mushroom (roasted mushrooms, roasted garlic, fresh basil) with added sausage - each additional topping is $4. Both pizzas were so good! The crust is thin yet it holds up with all of the toppings. Between the four of us, we devoured all of it! Also recommend pairing the pizza with the "Better Than Ranch" (house-made roasted garlic and parmesan dipping sauce). For dessert we got a Pizza Cookie (half-baked, house-made malted dark chocolate chip cookie with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream), and devoured that as well. My husband and I recently moved to Phoenix and have heard nothing but great things about Trevor's so we finally made the stop. The entire concept is super cool, it's a liquor store, tasting bar, retail store and restaurant all in one. This location offers a beautiful dining room, outdoor patio, bar area and even some indoor golf simulators. We came on a Friday night around 6:30pm and had about a 45 min wait for a table which wasn't bad considering we could enjoy our pre dinner drinks in the tasting area and store. He said it was one of the best Negronis he's ever had. We were seated on the patio which was lovely with the heaters going. Sally was our sever and she was awesome, super friendly & helpful. We opted for the Supreme Pizza in a large so we'd have some leftovers. I really enjoyed the flavor and the crust was cooked perfectly. The only reason for me to dock a star if I'm being picky is not having real ranch. Nothing can sadly replace actual ranch for me but their "better than ranch" option wasn't a bad contender. I've been to Trevor's twice now, and unfortunately both experiences were equally awful. The service is genuinely some of the worst I've ever had. This time, our group of six was seated and then completely ignored for 15 minutes--no greeting, no drinks, nothing. Eventually I had to walk back to the host stand just to ask if anyone even knew we were there. The host said she "wasn't sure" and would double check... which pretty much says it all. When we finally tried to order drinks, we were told they couldn't do pitchers--during brunch. Despite the fact that they literally advertise a $20 pitcher special. Instead, I was forced to order a $10 single glass of beer, which is absurd. To make matters worse, the food is wildly overpriced and honestly not good. For the prices they charge, you'd expect at least decent service or quality food, but you get neither. I bought the original make Carajillos and to leave at their home "for the cause" since I was flying. We've had take-out pizza (outstanding), but we didn't eat this time. We waited at the tasting counter area for at least 5 minutes with no help :( even though there was plenty of help on the floor... But that isn't the important part. When Trevor's Liquor opened at the old Sear's Auto Center this past year as a part of the Paradise Valley Mall redevelopment plan, I was certainly curious about what to expect. I appreciate having going into a wine store every now and then, and I certainly love good pizza or a happy hour. Trevor's has much more than wine though it's not just about liquor. It's about retail stores, restaurants, bar and lounge, indoor golf (unfortunately only at the Mayo location), cigar lounges, and private tastings. My wife and I had stopped by Trevor's to enjoy their restaurant on several past weekends, but the wait was always two hours or more, so we'd find ourselves at one of the nearby pizza restaurants (Oregano's is in the same corner of the intersection, and Federal Pizza is coming soon). We always said we'd try again though. Yesterday being Easter Sunday, we thought we'd give it a try for a to-go order since they were open. We placed an order for pizza and a salad and were informed it would be ready in 15 minutes. I parked in the 15 minute parking available in front, and after a small mishap where I was accidentally given someone else's pizza (but we caught it in time), I was heading home with the pizza and salad. We ordered an 18 inch cheese pizza and a large Caesar salad. While the pizza and salad didn't taste too unique, it was still good. I don't think I'd pay more than $40 for a single pizza and salad again, though I'd go enjoy some appetizers or drinks at the bar or restaurant in the future. Then again, it may be a different feel ordering a meal at the restaurant instead of taking it to go. They had some wine tasting events going on while we were there and other free samples throughout the store. I learned that you can purchase a drink to enjoy while walking around the store, or choose drinks to bring over to the restaurant for a corkage fee. The food menu consists of mostly pizza but they also have some apps, salads, and sandwiches. Honestly, the best thing we ate here was the meatballs. For pizza, we got the Trevor's Combo and the White Sausage. Both were spicier than expected, but good overall. The crust was not super firm, so stuff was falling off every slice I picked up. A little pricey, $18 for a small pizza, however, the ingredients seem better than your average pizza place. Be prepared for it to be LOUD. Seems popular for post-work happy hour, lots of larger groups donned in business casual. They have areas with golf simulators that you can rent. We are frequent patrons of Trevor's love the pizza, however went last night and had a poor experience. Waitress was friendly but not sincere. We ordered 2 pizzas one was supposed to be light sauce and when we questioned it she was like "yes it is" and walked away or other pizza was supposed to be half olives and it came with full olives. When we questioned it she said I will let me manager know and never saw a manager and didn't see her for 45 minutes. We ordered dessert and again gone forever. Not sure if she ever said anything to the manager but her service was awful and this is the 1st time we had this bad of an experience. They have a great beer list in addition to an extensive cocktail list. We ordered a small pepperoni pizza and the Italiano Panino sandwich.
