1st thing that caught me was the SPACE! This place is sooo spacious! There is plenty of seating everywhere for large parties & even intimate ones. They have an outdoor patio that wraps around to the side .. just huge. I sat at the bar & selected the Dynamite Shrimp for my appetizer & my oh my was it absolutely delicious! It also was a very nice serving size. I then kept it simple with the 30hop burger & was blown away again at the flavor! The patties were perfectly cooked, the pickles were sweet & the aioli crunch was a great combination with the grilled onions! They couldn't have executed the burger more perfectly ! My first experience here at 30hop was a few days ago and I had to come back to try something different. I ordered the shrimp tacos and again, I wasn't disappointed. My only critique is that the cup provided for the salsa dip for my chips was too small to efficiently dip the chips. The service was as good as my last trip. Also, it would be nice if they aired more than two games on a few of the numerous TVs. But this is a Wednesday, so the choices might be limited. This is one of our favorite restaurant in the area. Not only for drinks but food as well. We have been coming here at least once a month since they open. Most of the time, the restaurant is crowded and we sat at the bar. The bartenders are friendly and always on point with the drinks. Last visited on Friday for dinner. Weather was nice and we sat outside on the patio this time. It's a lot quieter than inside. The music they play in the background is always great. It's an upbeat kind of vibes. We were waited on today by Hayden. He provided great service and was tentative during our dining experience. Happy hours is 3pm to 6pm. You get 30% off appetizers and drinks. I ordered the Umami burger and opted for a side of Very Berry Salad instead of fries. They give you a pretty good amount of salad for being a side. Enough to share with two people. The burger is one of their best. Juicy and full of flavors. I also had their Blueberry freeze margarita and it is one of the best drink there. I came here with my niece on a weeknight. There was plenty of seating inside and outside and a pretty chill vibe. The staff super friendly and lively. I tried the 30hop burger off of the handhelds menu and my niece tried the chicken tender and fries. It may have been because we were lost in chatting and catching up but we ended up taking out food to go because there was quite a bit left. I'm not sure if there is a happy hour, but I would've been interested in seeing what small bites I try.If you're looking for something kind of casual but different, this is a nice spot to try and bring the kids because of how diverse the menu is. We finally had a free Saturday, so we decided to give 30hop a try. We came in around brunch time, so it wasn't very busy, but by the time we left, it was getting pretty full. The place is clean, nice and open, with plenty of TV's to watch. The greeters were welcoming, and the servers did a great job answering questions. They also did a great job checking in with us just the right amount and at the right times. Before we ordered our food, I tried the Golden Hour Bourbon Sour. I thought the flavors mixed well together, as I could pick out each ingredient. It is pretty sweet, which I really like. I also tried an old fashioned, which was spot on. The bar did a great job on both drinks. My wife got the chicken tenders with fries. They were really good. Both were seasoned well. They gave her four big tenders and a good amount of fries. She only ate half of her plate, and brought the rest home. I had the Brekky Burger with breakfast potatoes from the brunch menu. It was awesome. Great flavor and cooked right. Brunch Win at 30hop! We were out running errands and decided to stop in for brunch -- so glad we did! Our server was absolutely amazing (which is rare to find these days). She knew the menu inside and out, was super friendly, easy to talk to, and just one of those people who makes you feel welcome right away. Great recommendations and clearly has that gift for relationship building. The menu itself is full of great options. We ordered the Carnitas Scramble with a Pineapple Mimosa (how do you say no to a $1.99 mimosa?!) and the Smothered Burrito. Been here twice now for the soft opening and then for brunch this past weekend! Both times were great. My first time I got a mocktail which was good and the breakfast burrito, big fan of the queso they use. This past visit we took advantage of the $2 mimosas which were a good ratio of champagne to juice. I did the biscuits and gravy and it was very good. I've now been here multiple times in the last month, taking a different friend or family member with me each time... I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS PLACE and now so is everyone who I've taken there! I keep meaning to talk to the manager to tell them how amazing everything is, but keep forgetting. The atmosphere is comfortable and classy/ modern- not too much. Every single person working there has been an absolute delight and they work hard and are always friendly. Whoever hires and trains people here, really knows how to find the best people! And now the food... it is sooo tasty and there is something for everyone! The portions are large enough for me to have a couple of meals! The flover of the food is fine, it's the fact the kitchen can't get the temperature correct on anything. I ordered fish tacos that came out with semi warm fish and ice cold tortillas that made everything COLD, the tomato soup was also served just Like Warm. Then the server gave excuses that they don't have a microwave. We'll then be sure to have the temp correct to start with. Even when we ordered a Munster burger medium rare with pink throughout, it was server well done, No Pink. Need better training????Just lost a customer. We have a brand new location in Lee's summit and we wanted to see what it was all about. We stopped in sat afternoon just to see what the beers were like and sit up at bar. The options were good, plenty of locals and others to choose from, they are very new and still have a lot of kinks to work out. We waited at bar for several mins before anyone noticed us. But once we got our beer we asked for credit card I'm not sure if this is the best way but it is what they have been asked to do. There are customers who may want to pay cash as they go even if would like. I did end up going back for happy hour specials the following week, 30% off apps and beverages. The same tho happened with slow starts and asked for credit card as soon as I ordered my beverage. The food we ordered was pretty good had lot of flavor and was sent out in a couple of minutes after the order was rang in. The bar was clean. Again I think the service could be a better and they could get a better rating once they work through some issues. We will try it again. read more

The restaurant is very big inside with a huge patio. It's very clean and nice atmosphere. I had the Turkey pesto panini with sweet potato fries and tomato basil soup, it was tasty and a lot of food. I brought 1/2 home.My daughter had the fried chicken club with potato soup. They mixed up her soup but she ate the tomato they brought her anyway. She liked her sandwich too. I wanted to give this place a try because I saw when it first opened up because I frequent the lee summit area quite often. My husband and I always like to try new places and sometimes we have to order online instead of going into the establishment. Today we placed an order online for pick up. I ordered the chicken wing appetizer, the chicken and avocado sandwich sub with salad instead of fries. I also ordered two kids meals and the steak cheese melt sandwich. My husband went to pick the food up and when he came back, he said it was very crowded and there was a long wait thankfully we ordered online. He said it was nice on the inside, but that is where the compliment ends. Our food was cold. I had to warm it up in the microwave. The salad was not added and it was a three dollar up charge for the salad. One of the kid meals was not a kid meal but an actual meal for an adult. The breading was so thick on the chicken that I had to pull it off of my sandwich, the bacon, although supposed to be hickory, had a sort of an after taste to it. I understand that new establishments have issues that they need to work out, however leaving someone's food and incorrect portion sizes should be lesson one day one things of not to do. I made a reservation for 6:15pm and we showed up earlier than our reservation so we asked if we could be sat. The hosts agreed but told us we had 20 minutes to eat once we're seated because they have a large party coming at 7. I spoke with the manger and she said " well technically you do have only 20 minutes but the host could've said it nicer". We decided to leave and the manager did not apologize or acknowledge that it is bad for business to give only our table in the whole building a time limit. I rated them a one star only because you can't post a review without any. I will never be back here and I will never recommend this place to anyone. read more
