Check their socials, as they're pretty good in updating the days/times. We ordered: +a slice of banana bread - this was wet and soggy, so not sure how this is even available for sale +a slice of carrot cake - this was extremely dense and decadent, and good for any carrot cake lover +an oatmeal cookie - large and had a nice crisp/chewy texture +a chive scone - super dried out and had absolutely no flavor +a hibiscus drink - super weird beverage; not sure if it was mixed with something, but it was not enjoyable +and, a milk tea - this milk tea was not prepared well; contained some pearls I was curious about their sandwiches and their pizzas, but the latter is only sold as a whole, and not by the slice. All in all, we felt that the items were misses; not worth waiting it out unless you are spending a few days in the area or are a local. Note that there's usually a line, moving along at a slow and steady pace, and they allow only 1 party in at a time. There is no seating inside, as this is strictly carry-out only. Street parking can be found in the area. +oatmeal cookie +evening hours only

It was delicious. It was a banh mi sandwich that is not just one of those, "It's good for a small town," but really genuinely good and well-prepared. The sandwich was about $13, if memory serves. Whatever sauce they had on it was also delicious, and the sandwich was filling. The restaurant is a very large, airy, comfortable space in back of Rite Aid and Aldi, and is a pleasant space. The place also has coffee, bagels, croissants, bagel sandwiches, poke, and pho, along with numerous kinds of tea (milk tea, Thai tea, Matcha tea). The pho and bagels I saw other people eating looked delicious. The people who worked there were very friendly.

They also forgot the bag of bean sprouts/lime/cilantro/jalapeños for the second bowl of pho. But, with only two pho spots in the high desert, can beggars be choosers? Vibes were nice inside though, with a lounge area with a stage for performances that you can also eat at while chillin' on some really comfy couches and chairs. Might have to meet up with friends here sometime for random hangs without having to cook. They also get a star for the nice lady working the register.

I got the breakfast burrito around 2pm and I have to say it was delicious. It feels very healthy. The burrito was wrapped in a spinach tortilla with bell peppers and eggs. I was impressed. The turkey, while good, wasn't freshly carved, which took a little away from the "special" feel. And while the breakfast sando was light and all alone on the plate, the way the mayo fused the flavors together was delicious. But I do wish the beverage fridge had prices listed so I wasn't surprised at the register. The restaurant, while it's a bit tricky to find on the side of a building, inside is a modern space. It's spotless and very clean. The aesthetic is minimalist and if it were just you, it could feel a bit cold, if not for the steady buzz of activity behind the counter. There were three staff members who moved swiftly. As I watched I was impressed with their efficiency as the kept things running smoothly. When we entered an hour before closing, we made the mistake to sit and pause to look over the menu. It was a mistake because it seemed like the front door kept swinging open as wave after wave of hungry visitors poured in. My guess is these folks were all returning from Joshua Tree National Park. In fact, it felt like nearly everyone there had just come from the park. The business concept appears thoughtfully geared toward travelers, particularly those with a bit of disposable income and a discerning palate. Overall, this is a certified foodie stop: quality over quantity: taste over filling up.

We all enjoyed them, but wouldn't crave the pizza here more than at other locations that offer more value. What did make this place standout though was the fun decor and opportunities for play! We had a fun time playing street fighter on their video game console and an even better time playing on their shuffle board. All in all, I would definitely come back for the vibe, and would love to check out a live event.

Very friendly, gave me prices and sizes, and told me she would take care of me when I got there. I got there about an hour later, didn't tell her it was me on the phone, and STILL got great customer service. Welcomed me to the store, was quick to offer options, I even needed more shrimp than what they had and she went out of her way to go get more and thaw it for me. I went to grab a few extra things and by the time I came back she already had the extra shrimp bagged and tagged, ready to go. She was cleaning, helping, and being friendly, all by herself!
