The menu is carefully crafted by the chef and he wasn't able to deviate when we asked for a substitute of bacon in place of chorizo in the breakfast burrito which was a bit odd but I'll just pretend it's because he respects his recipes. The cook was also late to show up that morning so it took longer than expected to get our food. Luckily we weren't in a hurry and it was super pleasant sitting in the back patio.
