The design was perfect, totally on-theme, and it became the center of attention the moment everyone walked into our Airbnb. They instantly knew they were in the right place with good vibes. The staff was top notch. We called to let them know we were on the way, and they gave us clear directions to their location in the strip mall (on the back side--FYI). She also told us our cake was stunning and ready for pickup. She was so kind and careful when handing it over, and even gave step-by-step instructions on getting it home safely and storing it. On the day of the pick up, they also remembered we were coming in from LA and followed up with us to make sure we were going to get there before they closed at 4PM. They had a wide variety of flavors to choose from that could be cake, but we settled on traditional chocolate, one of the flavors that allow for a custom design. We sent them an inspiration photo of what we were looking for along with the color scheme and they absolutely knocked it out of the park on the looks.
